Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Aufspulen eines mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit anlaufenden Fadens (2) zu einer Spule (4) mittels einer mit einem Motor angetriebenen Spulspindel (3),
bei welcher der Faden einer Changiereinrichtung (8) zugeführt wird, die den Faden entlang der Spulenoberfläche quer zu seiner Laufrichtung hin und her verlegt,
bei welchem der Faden vor der Changiereinrichtung über eine zwischen zwei ortsfesten Fadenführern (14,15) angeordnete Tänzerarmrolle (10) mit einem Durchhang geführt wird,
wobei die Tänzerarmrolle an dem freien Ende eines einseitig gelagerten Tänzerarms (9) drehbar angebracht ist,
bei welchem die Spulspindeldrehzahl in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung des Tänzerarms mittels einer Regeleinrichtung derart geregelt wird, daß der Faden einen gleichmäßigen Durchhang zwischen den ortsfesten Fadenführern aufweist,
wobei eine Änderung des Durchhanges eine Bewegung des Tänzerarms mit einer Amplitude bewirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Faden die Tänzeramolle (10) derart mehrfach teilumschlingt, daß die Amplitude der Tänzerarmbewegung proportional zur Anzahl der Umschlingungen verringerbar ist, wobei die hochfrequenten Schwingungen des Tänzerarms (9) die aufgrund der Changierbewegung entstehen, nicht zur Regelung des Spindelmotors (18) führen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Faden (2) zwischen einem der beiden Fadenführer (14,15) und der Tänzerarmrolle (10) mehrfach geführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der der Changiereinrichtung (8) vorgeschaltete Fadenführer (15) mehrfach teilumschlungen ist. - Aufspulmaschine zum Aufspulen eines mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit anlaufenden Fadens (2) zu einer Spule (4), insbesondere zur Anwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
mit einer mit einem Motor (18) angetriebenen Spulspindel (3) zur Aufnahme einer Spulhülse (5),
mit einer Changiereinrichtung (8) zum Hin- und Herverlegen des Fadens (2) quer zu seiner Laufrichtung auf der Spulenoberfläche,
mit einem einseitig drehbar gelagerten Tänzerarm (9)
und mit einer zwischen zwei ortsfesten Fadenführern (14, 15) angeordneten Tänzerarmrolle (10), die an dem freien Ende des Tänzerarms (9) angeordnet ist und eine zur Fadenführung ausgebildete Fadenlaufrille (32) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Fadenlaufrillen (32.1, 32.2) parallel nebeneinander an der Tänzerarmrolle (10) ausgebildet sind, wobei der Faden (2) mehrfach zwischen einem der beiden oder beiden Fadenführern (14, 15) und der Tänzerarmrolle (10) oder einem zusätzlichen ortsfesten Fadenführer und der Tänzerarmrolle (10) geführt wird und jede der Fadenlaufrillen (32.1, 32.2) teilumschlingt, wobei die hochfrequenten Schwingungen des Tänzerarms (9) die aufgrund der Changierbewegung enstehen, nicht zur Regelung des Spindelmotors (18) führen. - Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Tänzerarmrolle (10) aus mehreren unabhängig voneinander drehbaren Rollen (25.1, 25.2) mit jeweils einer Fadenlaufrille (32.1, 32.2) besteht. - Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rollen (25.1, 25.2) mit gleichgerichteter Drehrichtung drehbar sind. - Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
benachbarte Rollen (25.2, 25.2) mit entgegengesetzter Drehrichtung drehbar sind. - Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der vom Faden (2) mehrfach umschlungene Fadenführer (14, 15) aus mehreren mit jeweils einer Fadenlaufrille ausgebildeten koaxial zueinander angeordneten Führungsrollen (25.1, 25.2) besteht. - Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Führungsrollen (25.1, 25.2) mit gleichgerichteter Drehrichtung drehbar sind. - Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
benachbarte Führungsrollen (25.1, 25.2) mit entgegengesetzter Drehrichtung drehbar sind. - Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der zur Changiereinrichtung (8) vorgeschaltete Fadenführer (15) mehrfach vom Faden (2) teilumschlingbar ist.
