CONSTITUTION:Since the tension of a wire material 1 generates the change of the position of a dancer roller 4, said tension is detected by this change and a signal is transmitted to a control part 11. In the control part 11, the above-described tension signal and each position signal of the position detecting sensors A, B, and C is input, and a motor 10 for the traverse shift is controlled.
