Abstract
PURPOSE:To uniformly take up a wire material onto a bobbin by judging the taking-up state in the vicinity of a collar by detecting the difference due to the variation of a dancer roller and changing the set value of a timer count on the basis of the result of the judgement and automatically correcting the reversal position of a traverse. CONSTITUTION:Since the tension of a wire material 1 generates the change of the position of a dancer roller 4, said tension is detected by this change and a signal is transmitted to a control part 11. In the control part 11, the above-described tension signal and each position signal of the position detecting sensors A, B, and C is input, and a motor 10 for the traverse shift is controlled. In other words, by detecting the difference between the tension at the winding position at the center part which is detected by the sensor B and the tension at the position (detected by each sensor A or C) inside the vicinity of the both collars, it is detected that the taking-up state in the vicinity to the collar 7, 8 of a taking-up bobbin 6 is the top part or bottom part, and the number of driving pulses of the motor 1 is set to the number of pulses for generating the uniform taking-up state on the basis of the above-described judgement. By this setting, the reversal position of a traverse 5 can be automatically corrected.
