13.The invention relates to means of controlling the operation of winding machines, and more specifically to means of controlling winding strands, wires, etc. with their winding and unwinding. The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality by ensuring control of breaks in a wide range of variation of the thread speed. FIG. 1 shows the block diagram of the device; in fig. 2 - the cyclogram of his work. On the torsion stand 1, the distributing coils 2 are installed with the control wires (wires) 3. The wires 3 are passed through the guide rollers 4 and twisted into a cable Between the stand 1. and the receiving device 6 there are gauge rollers and a sensor 8 of the speed of the cables . The device contains a time delay block 9, an inverter 11 differentiating a chain, an OR 12 element, a trigger 13, an installation block 14 in O, a thread break indicator 15, a power block 16, a slip ring assembly 7, and a static trigger that are separate for each wire to be rolled 3 18, wire break pulse sensor 19, element I 20. Each pulse sensor 19 is associated with a respective guide roller 4. The device may have a different number of output coils 2 If there are no guide rollers 4 in the rewind path 4, the pulse sensors 19 could l are connected to the axes of the respective coil-distributing units. The time delay block 9 is connected via differentiating chain 10 to the installation, inputs of static triggers 18, and through inverter 11 to the inputs of elements AND 20. Pulse sensors 19 are connected to the reset inputs of static triggers 18, outputs which are connected to the inputs of the element OR 12 connected to the installation input of the trigger 13, the output of which is connected to the indicator 15 via the contact ring assembly 17. The power supply 16 is mounted on the frame and through the contact ring assembly 17 is connected to the whole ele cops on the torsion stand 1. The output of the speed sensor 8 through the node of the slip rings 17 is connected to the input 6282. block 9 time delay. The elements AND 20, OR 12, the trigger 13, the block 14, the indicator 15 and the inverter 11 form the registration unit 21. The device operates as follows. In the process of manufacturing the cable 5, the twisting stand 1- rotates around its axis. The wire 3 is removed from. the sending coils 2, passes through the guide rollers 4 mounted on the stand 1, and in the zone in front of the calibrating rollers 1 and 7 are twisted into a cable 5, which is received by the receiving device 6. The guide rollers 4 rotate. and transmitting rotation to the shafts of the pulse sensors 19. At the same time, pulse signals are removed from the outputs of the sensors 19, the frequency of which is proportional to the linear velocity of the wire 3. These pulse signals are fed to the reset inputs in O of the static triggers 18. Simultaneously from the output of the time delay 9 served on the stat-entry inputs. cic trigger 18. The clock frequency of time delay block 9, necessary for reliable operation, is defined by the expression, fg, 5f, 3, where fg is the frequency of clock pulses of time delay block 9; - the frequency of the pulses from the sensors 19. Thus, for the period between two clock pulses., arriving from time delay block 9, comes as two pulses from each of the sensors 19. Pulse voltage Ug (Fig. 2), taken from the block 9 of the time delay, is fed to the differentiated chain 10 and to the inverter 11. The pulses are generated along the positive edge of the pulses Ug and set all the triggers 18 to one state. In the absence of wire breakage 3, all static triggers 18 are reset to the zero state by pulses coming from sensors 19. Pulse signals from the outputs of trigger 18 arrive at the inputs of elements AND 20. On the positive front U, the output potential of inverter 11 appears. which enters the inputs of the elements. And 20 and blocks the passage of pulses from the outputs of the flip-flops 18. In case of breakage of at least one wire 3, the corresponding guide roller 4 stops and pulses from one of the sensors 19 to the reset input O of the corresponding trigger 18 are stopped. Received from the differentiating chain 10, sets at the input of the trigger 18 a Logical 1 U signal, g, which is not reset, but remains constant. This signal is fed to the input of the corresponding element C 2 and, with the arrival at its input of a high potential U from the inverter 11, forms at the output of the element AND 20 a pulse t logical, which is fed to one of the inputs of the element OR 12. Thus, any break or several wires 3 from the output of the element OR 12 pulses arrive. The first of these pulses sets the output of the flip-flop 13 a signal of logic t and „. This signal is fed to the input of indicator 15, KOTopi also controls the stopping of the twisting machine. The indicator 15 signals the presence of a break and generates a signal of a programmable (according to a predetermined 284 law) termination of the technological process of twisting the cable 5 on a twisting machine. The disconnection signaling is disconnected by turning off the power supply voltage of the logic elements coming from block 16 through the slip ring assembly 17. From the output of the sensor 8, rewind speed, through the slip ring assembly 17, to the input of block 9 the time signal is received that is proportional to the rewind speed of cable 5. The frequency of the clock pulses taken from time delay block 9 is proportional to the speed of the linear movement of the cable 5 and, therefore, of the rewinding machine. of the material 3. Thus, at any speed of rewinding during the time between clock pulses, the same number of pulses comes from sensors 19 (there are two pulses in this printer). In this case, the time of the control of the breakaway control device, and consequently its speed, is corrected depending on the rewind speed. The reset unit 14 in O is designed to reset in O the trigger 13 when the unit 16 is turned on. When the supply voltage is detected from the block 16, the unit 14 produces a single pulse of the required duration, which is fed to the reset input in the O trigger 13.
