Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zeitung (7, 8, 9), die wenigstens ein Heft (3, 4, 5) umfasst, welches mindestens aus einem mittig gefalzten bedruckten Bogen (1) gebildet ist, mit folgenden Schritten:a) kontinuierliches Zufördern von einzelnen sequentiell bedruckten Bögen (1), die zur Bildung der einzelnen Hefte (3, 4, 5) der Zeitung (7, 8, ) bestimmt sind, zu einer ersten Sammelstation und Übereinanderlegen (Sammeln) von Bögen (1), die der einem gemeinsamen Heft (3, 4, 5) zugeordnet sind, zu einem Bogenstapel (2);b) Wegfördern eines fertigen Bogenstapels (2) aus der ersten Sammelstation (10), wobei ein erster Bogen (1) eines weiteren Heftes (3, 4, 5) der ersten Sammelstation (10) zugefördert wird, während oder nachdem der vorhergehende Bogenstapel (2) aus der ersten Sammelstation (10) weggefördert wurde;c) Falzen des fertigen Bogenstapels (2) zur Herstellung eines Hefts (3, 4, 5);d) Ablegen des Heftes (3, 4, 5) in einer zweiten Sammelstation (12) derart, dass es auf gegebenenfalls einem bereits abgelegten Heft (3, 4, 5) zu liegen kommt;e) gegebenenfalls Wiederholung der Schritte a) bis d), bis alle Hefte (3, 4, 5) der Zeitung (7, 8, 9) fertiggestellt und zu einem Heftestapel (15) aufeinandergelegt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Bildung der einzelnen Hefte (3, 4, 5) der Zeitung (7, 8, 9) bestimmten Bögen mit einer Digitaldruckmaschine sequentiell bedruckt und der ersten Sammelstation (10) zugefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein fertiger Heftestapel (15) mittig gefalzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Bögen (1) eines Bogenstapels (2) zum Wegfördern miteinander verbunden werden, vorzugsweise mittels Klammern, durch Durchstechen mit Nadeln oder mittels elektrostatischer Aufladung.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweiten Sammelstation (12) wenigstens ein weiteres Druckereiprodukt (6, 7') zugefördert und auf ein dort abgelegtes Heft (3, 4, 5) gelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine weitere Druckereiprodukt (6, 6') zeitlich derart zugefördert wird, dass es auf einem vorbestimmten Heft (3, 4, 5) zu liegen kommt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Bögen (1) einer Breite von 420 bis 508 cm und einer Länge von 580 bis 760 cm verarbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein fertiger Bogenstapel (2) mit einer Geschwindigkeit aus der ersten Sammelstation (10) weggefördert wird, die grösser als die Geschwindigkeit der der ersten Sammelstation (10) zugeförderten Bögen (1) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bogen (1) vor dem Ablegen in der ersten Sammelstation (10) abgebremst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein fertiger Bogenstapel (2) beim Wegfördern aus der ersten Sammelstation (10) gefalzt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche mit:einer ersten Sammelstation (10) zum Sammeln von Bögen (1), wobei die erste Sammelstation (10) mittels einer Zuförder- und Ablagevorrichtung (17) einzeln sequentiell bedruckte Bögen (1) von einer Druckmaschine einzeln zu übernehmen und diese zu einem Bogenstapel (2) übereinander derart abzulegen imstande ist, dass jeweils die Bögen übereinander abgelegt werden, die einem gemeinsamen Heft (3, 4, 5) zugeordnet sind, wobei die erste Sammelstation (10) eine Wegfördervorrichtung (20) zum Wegfördern des Bogenstapels (2) umfasst, und wobei die erste Sammelstation (10) derart gesteuert wird, dass ein erster Bogen (1) eines weiteren Heftes (3, 4, 5) der ersten Sammelstation (10) zugefördert wird, während oder nachdem der vorhergehende Bogenstapel (2) aus der ersten Sammelstation (10) weggefördert wurde;einer ersten Falzeinrichtung (11) zum Falzen eines fertigen Bogenstapels (2) zur Bildung eines Heftes (3, 4, 5);einer zweiten Sammelstation (12) zum Sammeln von Heften (3, 4, 5).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Digitaldruckmaschine zum sequentiellen Bedrucken von zur Bildung der Zeitung (7, 8, 9) bestimmten Bögen (1).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Falzeinrichtung (11) in die erste Sammelstation integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine zweite Falzstation (13) zum Falzen eines Heftestapels (15).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuförder- und Ablagevorrichtung (17) wenigstens ein mit ungleichmässiger Geschwindigkeit entlang einer geschlossenen, wenigstens in einem Teilstück (25a) geraden Umlaufbahn (25) bewegtes Aufnahmeelement (19), vorzugsweise in Form eines Greifers oder Saugers, umfasst, das einen ankommenden Bogen (1) aufzunehmen imstande ist, wobei die Geschwindigkeit des Aufnahmeelements (19) am der Digitaldruckmaschine zugewandten Ende des Teilstücks (25a) im wesentlichen der Geschwindigkeit des ankommenden Bogens (1) entspricht, im Bereich dahinter demgegenüber erhöht ist und in dem Bereich, in dem der Bogen (1) in der ersten Sammelstation (10) abgelegt wird, wieder reduziert ist.
