Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Einstellen des Beschlichtungsgrades eines Garns (17) bei dem das Garn (17) in einem ersten Schritt mit Wasser beaufschlagt wird und in einem zweiten Schritt Schlichte aus einem Schlichtebehälter (4) auf das Garn (17) aufgebracht wird, wobei ein Teil des mit dem Garn transportierten Wassers in den Schlichtebehälter (4) abgegeben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlichtekonzentration im Schlichtebehälter (4) einer vorbestimmten Gleichgewichtskonzentration entspricht und dass durch Regelung der Zugabe an Schlichte aus einem Schlichtevorratsbehälter (5) das Niveau der Schlichte im Schlichtebehälter (4) während der Dauer des Schlichtevorgangs im Wesentlichen konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugabemenge der Schlichte aus dem Schlichtevorratsbehälter (5) mit einem Messgerät (7) erfasst wird.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die gemessene Zugabemenge der Schlichte aus dem Schlichtevorratsbehälter (5) der Istwert des Beschlichtungsgrades berechnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch einen mittels einer Walzenanordnung (9) ausgeübten Drucks der Istwert des Beschlichtungsgrades an den Sollwert des Beschlichtungsgrades angeglichen und geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Garn (17) in dem ersten Schritt durch eine Walzenanordnung (8) auf einen vorbestimmten Wassergehalt gebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Beaufschlagen von Schlichte auf ein Garn (17) zum Erzeugen eines einstellbaren Beschlichtungsgrades auf dem Garn (17), wobei die Vorrichtung (1) einen Wasserbehälter (2), eine Anordnung (8) zum Einstellen des Flüssigkeitsgehaltes des Garns (17) und einen Schlichtebehälter (4) aufweist, wobei das mit Wasser beaufschlagte Garn (17) dem Schlichtebehälter (4) zuführbar ist und der Schlichtebehälter (4) zur Aufnahme von aus dem mit Wasser beaufschlagten Garn (17) entfernbaren Wasser vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlichtebehälter (4) eine Regelanordnung (6) zum Konstanthalten des Füllstandes der Schlichte im Schlichtebehälters (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) zusätzlich eine Messanordnung (7) umfasst zur Messung der zugeführten Menge Schlichte aus dem Schlichtevorratsbehälter (5).
- Vorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regelanordnung (6) einen Niveaufühler (23) und ein mit dem Niveaufühler (23) in Wirkverbindung stehendes Ventil (24) zur Dosierung der Zufuhrmenge Schlichte aus dem Schlichtevorratsbehälter (5) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wirkverbindung ein elektronischer Regler ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (8) zum Einstellen des Flüssigkeitsgehaltes des Garns (17) eine Walzenanordnung ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) eine Walzenanordnung (9) zum Einstellen des Beschlichtungsgrades umfasst.
