Claims (8)
- Selbsttätiger Verschluß für elastisch verformbare, tubenartige oder flaschenartige, einen Ausgabehals aufweisende Behälter von pastenartigen oder flüssigen Medien mit einer Ausgabeöffnung (5), die in einer Stirnwand (3) eines Haubendeckels angeordnet und durch ein in Achsrichtung der Ausgabeöffnung bewegliches, stöpselartiges Schließorgan (8) von innen verschließbar ist, wobei der Haubendeckel (4) auf einem auf den Ausgabehals (2) aufsetzbaren Gehäuse angeordnet ist und wobei das Schließorgan (8) Bestandteil einer elastischen Membranwand (9) eines insgesamt aus elastischem Material bestehenden haubenartigen Hohlkörpers (10) ist, der mit einem zumindest annähernd zylindrischen Wandabschnitt (11) eine innere Ringwand (12) einer durch einen Boden (13) abgeschlossenen Kammer (15) umschließt, die innerhalb eines vom Medium durchströmten Hohlraum des Gehäuses angeordnet und durch wenigstens einen Belüftungskanal mit der Umgebung verbundenen ist, welcher in einem Radialsteg angeordnet ist, der die innere Ringwand (12) mit dem Gehäuse verbindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Ringwand von einer zweiten Ringwand umgeben ist, die mit der inneren Ringwand (12) eine Ringnut (17) bildet, daß die Ringnut (17) wenigstens eine axiale Belüftungsöffnung (30, 31) aufweist, welche den Belüftungskanal (28, 29) mit dem von der zweiten Ringwand (16) umschlossenen Hohlraum (27) verbindet, und daß der zylindrische Wandabschnitt (11) des haubenartigen Höhlkörpers (10) mit einer elastischen Lippe (32, 33, 34, 35) versehen ist, welche die Belüftungsöffnung (30, 31) mit der Funktion eines Einwegventils vom Hohlraum (27) trennt. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippe als umlaufende Ringlippe (34) ausgebildet ist und sowohl im Ruhezustand als auch bei Überdruck ringsum dichtend auf einer Bodenfläche (36) der Ringnut (17) anliegt und bei Unterdruck im Hohlraum (27) Luft in den Hohlraum (27) nachströmen läßt.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippe als kegelstumpfartig radial nach außen vorspringende Ringlippe (35) ausgebildet ist und sowohl im Ruhezustand als auch bei Überdruck im Hohlraum (27) ringsum dichtend an der zweiten Ringwand (16) anliegt und bei Unterdruck im Hohlraum (27) Luft in den Hohlraum (27) nachströmen läßt.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Ringwand (16) axial außerhalb der Ringlippe (34, 35) radiale Durchbrüche aufweist, über welche der von ihr umschlossene Hohlraum (27) mit einer die zweite Ringwand (16) umgebenden Ringkammer (42) in Verbindung steht, welche ihrerseits mit dem Innenraum eines auf den Ausgabehals (2) des Behälters aufsetzbaren Verbindungsstutzens (24) bzw. im montierten Zustand mit dem Ausgabehals (2) des Behälters verbunden ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haubendeckel (4) in konzentrischer Anordnung zu den beiden zueinander konzentrischen Ringwänden (11, 16, 20) um die gemeinsame Achse (7) drehbar auf dem Gehäuse (23) angeordnet ist und eine ringförmige Verschlußwand aufweist, welche die zweite Ringwand (16) dichtend umschließt und Durchbrüche (45, 46) aufweist, die durch Drehung des Haubendeckels (4) mit den Durchbrüchen (47, 48)) der zweiten Ringwand in Überdeckung bringbar sind, um die Ringkammer (44) wahlweise mit dem Hohlraum (27) innerhalb der zweiten Ringwand (16) zu verbinden oder von diesem zu trennen.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehwinkel des Haubendeckels (4) durch entsprechend angeordnete Drehbegrenzer (50, 51) auf ein Maß (β) begrenzt ist, das größer ist als der Öffnungswinkel (α) des in Umfangsrichtung größten Durchbruchs (47, 48) der zweiten Ringwand (16).
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haubendeckel (4) mit einem dichtend an der Innenfläche einer zylindrischen Gehäusewand (22) des Gehäuses (23) anliegenden Dichtungsring (40) versehen ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haubendeckel (4) mittels einer zylindrischen Kupplungswand (56) oder mittels ringsektorartigen Kupplungswandelementen, die radial innenliegende Rastnocken (49) aufweisen und mit diesen einen radial vorspringenden Ringbund (57) des Gehäuses (23) untergreifen, am Gehäuse (23) befestigt ist.
