Description
Bei dieser bekannten Ausführung besteht das obere Gehäuseteil zwar nur aus drei Einzelteilen. Die sind aber zum Teil formtechnisch und montagetechnisch so kompliziert daR eine einfache, insbesondere maschinelle Montage nicht möglich ist, weil die diese Einzelteile bei der Montage in jeweils bestimmten Winkellagen zueinander ausgerichtet und zusammengefügt werden müssen. Außerdem ist diese bekannte Abgabepumpe für die gleichzeitige Abgabe zweier pastenartiger Stoffe eingerichtet, was zu einer weiteren formtechnischen Komplizierung der einzelnen Bestandteile führt. Hinzu kommt, daß der in den oberen Gehäuseteil eingesetzte Hohlkörper, an dem die Membranwand einstückig angeformt ist, eine hohe Formstabilität aufweisen und somit aus einem harten Kunststoff bestehen muß, was der federelastischen Funktionalität der Membranwand abträglich ist.
Ein weiterer vorteilhafter Gesichtspunkt ist auch in der Möglichkeit zu sehen, sowohl die Pumpfunktion des Faltenbalgs als auch die Schließ- und Öffnungsfunktion des Schließorgans der Auslaßöffnung trocken, d.h. ohne das Medium, für dessen Ausgabe die Abgabepumpe geschaffen ist, auf einem Montageautomaten maschinell und zudem praktisch kostenlos zu prüfen.

Der in Fig. 1 im Schnitt nicht ganz komplett dargestellte Pastenspender weist als Oberteil eine Abgabepumpe 1 auf und als Unterteil einen Pastenbehälter 2, der als zylindrischer Hohlkörper einstückig an einem zylindrischen unteren Gehäuseteil 3 angeformt und in bekannter Weise mit einem Nachlaufkolben 5 versehen ist. Der Innenraum 6 des Pastenbehälters 2 ist vom Innenraum 7 des unteren Gehäuseteils 3 durch eine radiale Trennwand 8 abgetrennt, an welcher ein nach oben gerichteter, runder und konzentrisch zur gemeinsamen Gehäuseachse 9 angeordneter Kragen 10 einstückig angeformt ist.
Als Pumporgan dient ein koaxialer Faltenbalg 13, der mit dem unteren Gehäuseteil 3 bzw. mit dessen Trennwand 8 verbunden ist. Dabei sitzt der untere zylindrische Endabschnitt 14 des Faltenbalgs 3 dichtend in einem nach oben gerichteten Ringbund 15 der Trennwand 8. Der Kragen 10 ist mit einer zentralen Durchgangsöffnung 16, deren Rand als ringförmige Ventilsitzfläche für ein tellerförmigen Ventilschließorgan 17, das mit wenigstens drei radialen Führungsrippen 18 versehen ist, die in der Durchgangsöffnung axial beweglich geführt sind. Das Ventilschließorgan 17, das durch einen oberhalb angeordneten, am Unterteil des Faltenbalgs 13 angespritzten Sicherungsring gegen Herausfallen gesichert ist, bildet im Zusammenwirken mit dem Kragen 10 das Ansaugventil 19 der Abgabepumpe 1.
Dieser zweite Hohlkörper 23 weist einen zylindrischen Wandabschnitt 25 auf, der dichtend vom mittleren Wandteil 20 des Gehäuseteils 4 umschlossen ist. Ein Stirnwandteil 26, der an der Innenfläche der Deckelwand 22 dichtend anliegt, ist mit einer radial verlaufenden, keilförmigen Vertiefung 27 versehen, in welche ein an der Innenseite der Deckelwand 22 angeformter Ausrichtkeil 28 formschlüssig eingreift. Diese beiden Elemente dienen als Montagehilfe.
Das Stirnwandteil 26 bildet die eine Begrenzungsseite eines im übrigen vom Wandabschnitt 29 und der Deckelwand 22 begrenzten Pastenstauraumes 40, dem die Auslaßöffnung 30 zugeordnet ist. Diese Auslaßöffnung ist verschließbar bzw. in unbetätigten, entspannten Normallage des oberen Gehäuseteils verschlossen durch ein Schließorgan 41, das einen dritten Hohlkörper aus elastischem Kunststoff bildet, der eine ringförmige, in Richtung der Achse 31 federelastische Membranwand 42 mit einem rundköpfigen stöpsel- oder nippelartigen Schließteil 43 und einem zylindrischen Wandteil 44 aufweist. Die Membranwand 42, deren zylindrischer Wandteil 44 im montierten Zustand die Mantelfläche des Ansatzes 36 umschließt, ist in einem gewissen axialen Abstand von der Stirnwand 37 des zylindrischen Ansatzes 36 entfernt und vorzugsweise schwach konisch ausgebildet, damit die zum Öffnen und Schließen der Auslaßöffnung 30 durch den Schließteil 43 erforderlichen Axialbewegungen sicher ausführen kann.
Sobald das betätigt Gehäuseteil 4 wieder losgelassen wird, kehrt es, angetrieben von der federelastischen Rückstellkraft des Faltenbalgs 13, in seine Ausgangslage der Fig. 1 zurück. Dabei entsteht im Pastenstauraum ein Unterdruck, der das sofortige Schließen der Auslaßöffnung 30 durch das an der Membranwand 42 befestigte Schließteil 43 zur Folge hat und zum Ansaugen neuen Stoffes aus dem Pastenbehälter 2 durch das Ansaugventil 19 führt.
Claims (7)
- Abgabepumpe aus Kunststoff zur Abgabe pastenartiger Stoffe aus einem flaschen, dosen- oder tubenartigen Pastenbehälter (2) mit einem federelastischen Faltenbalg (13) als Pumporgan, der verbindend zwischen einem formstabilen, als Hohlkörper ausgebildeten oberen Gehäuseteil (4) und einem unteren, dazu koaxialen, ebenfalls formstabilen, mit dem Pastenbehälter verbundenen oder verbindbaren Gehäuseteil (3) angeordnet ist, wobei das obere Gehäuseteil (4) im unteren Gehäuseteil (3) teleskopartig beweglich geführt ist und ein oberer zylindrischer Wandabschnitt (51) des Faltenbalgs (13) dichtend an einer im oberen Gehäuseteil ortsfesten Ringwand (53) anliegt, innerhalb welcher sich ein Pastenkanal (47) befindet und wobei ein unterer Endabschnitt (14) des Faltenbalgs (13) dichtend an einem Ringbund (15) einer radialen Trennwand (8) des unteren Gehäuseteils (3) anliegt, wobei ferner in das obere, eine verschließbare Auslaßöffnung (30) aufweisende Gehäuseteil (4) ein zweiter Hohlkörper (23) eingesetzt ist, der mit dem oberen Gehäuseteil (4) einen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Auslaßöffnung (30) liegenden, mit dem Pastenkanal (47) in Verbindung stehenden Pastenstauraum bildet, in dem eine der Auslaßöffnung (30) gegenüberliegende, federelastische Membranwand (42) angeordnet ist, die ein zu der die Gehauseachse (32) spitzwinklig schneidenden Achse (31) der Auslaßöffnung (30) koaxiales, stöpselartiges Schließorgan (41) aufweist, und bei der das untere Gehäuseteil (3) mit einem Ansaugventil (19) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zweite aus formstabilem Kunststoff bestehende Hohlkörper (23) an einer rechtwinklig zur Achse (31) der Auslaßöffnung (30) verlaufenden, eine Begrenzungsseite des Pastenstauraumes (40) bildenden Stirnwand (35) einen zur Auslaßöffnung (30) hin vorspringenden und zur Achse (31) der Auslaßöffnung (30) konzentrischen, zylindrischen Ansatz (36) mit einer Be- und Entlüftungsbohrung (38) aufweist, auf den ein die Membranwand (42) mit dem stöpselartigen Schließteil (43) aufweisender dritter Hohlkörper aus elastischem Kunststoff mittels eines an der Membranwand (42) angeformten zylindrischen Wandteils (44) aufgesetzt ist. - Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum (46) des Faltenbalgs 13) mit dem Pastenstauraum (40) durch einen zentralen Pastenkanal (47) verbunden ist, der teilweise von einem zur Gehäuseachse (9) koaxialen Rohrstück (48) des zweiten Hohlkörpers (23) und teilweise von einer das untere Ende des Rohrstückes (48) dichtend aufnehmenden, zentralen Muffe (49) eines vierten Hohlkörpers (50) aus formstabilen Kunststoff gebildet wird, der die vom oberen Wandabschnitt (51) des Faltenbalgs (13) umschlossene Ringwand (53) aufweist.
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vierte Hohlkörper (50) einen in den Faltenbalg (13) axial hineinragenden zylindrischen Ansatz (52) aufweist, an dem die Ringwand (53) und eine mit der Muffe (49) versehene untere Stirnwand (54) angeformt sind.
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Hohlkörper (23) inwendig mit einer vielzahl von axial verlaufenden Zentrierrippen (56) versehen ist, welche den oberen Wandabschnitt (51) des Faltenbalgs (13) zentrierend mit einer zumindest schwachen, radialen Klemmwirkung aufnehmen.
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vierte Hohlkörper (50) am oberen Ende seiner Ringwand (53) einen radial nach außen vorspringenden Ringbund (57) aufweist.
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einige der Zentrierrippen (56) radiale Anschlagschultern (57) für den oberen Rand des vierten Hohlkörpers (50) aufweisen
- Abgabepumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Hohlkörper (23) mit einer stirnseitigen keilförmigen Vertiefung (27) versehen ist, in welche ein an der Innenseite der Deckelwand (22) des oberen Gehäuseteil (4) angeformter Ausrichtkeil (28) formschlüssig eingreift.
