Claims (14)
- Frankiermaschine mit wenigstens einem Druckkopf eines Inkjet-Druckwerkes zum Bedrucken von einlegbaren oder durchlaufenden flachen Versandobjekten wie Briefe oder Postkarten, bestehend aus einem um den Druckkopf und gegenüber dessen Düsenmündungsebene vorstehend angeordneter Führungsteil (39), dem eine die Versandobjekte zwischen sich und gegenüberliegenden, um quer zur Förderrichtung angeordnete Achsen rotierende Förderrollen einer die Versandobjekte transportierenden Fördereinrichtung zugeordnet ist, wobei letztere zwei mit dem Führungsteil (39) eine Förderstrecke bildende, antriebsverbundene Antriebsrollen (32, 33) aufweist, die in Förderrichtung betrachtet vor und hinter dem Druckkopf angeordnet sind und dass gegenüberliegend jeweils eine gegen eine Antriebsrolle (32, 33) resp. ein dazwischen transportiertes Versandobjekt einen Druck ausübende, reversierbar anhebbare Gegendruckrolle (13, 15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Gegendruckrollen (13, 15) eine mit wenigstens einer der abhebbaren Gegendruckrollen (13, 15) verbundene, hinsichtlich Abstand zum Führungsteil (39) verstellbare Stützrolle (14) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Gegendruckrollen (13, 15) und die Stützrolle (14) in eine Einlegestellung, eine Frankierstellung oder eine Servicestellung versetzbar sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegendruckrollen (13, 15) jeweils an gesteuerten Gegendruckhebelpaaren (6A, 6B; 8A, 8B) gelagert sind, die eine gemeinsame Schwenkachse (10) aufweisen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützrolle (14) durch ein Schlepphebelpaar (22) mit wenigstens einem der Gegendruckhebelpaare (6A, 6B; 8A, 8B) verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegendruckhebelpaare (6A, 6B; 8A, 8B) mit jeweils an einer motorisch antreibbaren Hauptwelle (3) angeordneten Steuerkurvenpaaren (1A, 1B; 2A, 2B) antriebsverbunden und in eine förderwirksame Lage versetzbar sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegendruckrollen (13, 15) und die Stützrolle (14) gemeinsam absenkbar gesteuert sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegendruckhebelpaare (6A, 6B; 8A, 8B) durch Zugfedern (36) mit jeweils einem auf den Steuerkurvenpaaren (1A, 1B; 2A, 2B) abgestützten Steuerhebelpaar (7A, 7B; 9A, 9B) verbunden sind.
- Maschine nach 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerhebelpaare (7A, 7B; 9A, 9B) an der Schwenkachse (10) gelagert sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerhebelpaare (7A, 7B; 9A, 9B) gegen Federkraft über Steuerrollen (29) an den Steukurven (1A, 1B; 2A, 2B) abgestützt sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Position der Gegendruckrollenpaare (6A, 6B; 8A, 8B) durch einen an den Steuerhebelpaaren (7A, 7B; 9A, 9B) befestigten Anschlag (11, 12) gebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützrolle (14) an einem mit dem Steuerhebelpaar (7A, 7B) verbundenen Stützrollenträgerpaar (21) gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützrollenträgerpaar (21) an dem von der Stützrolle (14) abgewandten Ende mit einer Parallelogrammschwingepaar (16A, 16B) und mit dem Stützrollenende durch das Schlepphebelpaar (22) mit der Gegendruckrolle (13) verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schlepphebelpaar (22) durch Zugfedern mit dem freien Ende des Parallelogrammschwingenpaares (16A, 16B) verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegendruckhebelpaar (6A, 6B) im Bereich der Gegendruckrolle (15) auf dem Parallelogrammschwingenpaar (16A, 16B) abgestützt ist.
