Description
Seit längerer Zeit sind Druckwerke bekannt, die mittels eines Stempels einen Aufdruck auf einem Gegenstand erzeugen. Solche Druckwerke dienten insbesondere dem Erzeugen von postalischen Wertzeichen auf Couverts, Karten und dergleichen Versandgegenständen. Mit fortschreitender Drucktechnologie, insbesondere dem Aufkommen der thermischen Transferdrucktechnik, stieg der Bedarf, die u.a. mit diesem sog. Thermodruckverfahren gewonnen Vorteile auch auf den Wertzeichendruck zu übertragen.
Die Erfindung liefert den Vorteil, dass mit kleinem technischen Aufwand und auf äusserst zuverlässige mechanische Art der Druckkopf auf Gegenständen unterschiedlicher Dicke (Bereich quasi 0 bis z.B. mehrere Zentimeter oder mehr) aufgelegt und das Druckbild mit Hilfe des Transferbandes bei stets gleichem Anpressdruck übertragen werden kann. Mit Hilfe der Merkmale der abhängigen Ansprüche kann entweder der Konstruktionsaufwand reduziert und/oder der Automatisierungsgrad des Druckwerks erhöht werden.

Nach einem Hauptwellen-Drehwinkel von etwa 120 Grad wird der Hebel 2 über die Feder 13 soweit abgeschwenkt, dass der Druckkopf 1 mit dem unter ihm durchgezogenen Farbband auf dem Couvert aufliegt. Die untere Seite des Couverts liegt in diesem Zeitpunkt auf der Gegendruckrolle 6.
Dieses Prinzip und das freie Pendeln der Gegendruckrolle um die Achse 3 ermöglichen eine Parallelführung der zu bedruckenden Couvertoberfläche auch bei unterschiedlichen lokalen Couvertdickenabmessungen. Mit ändern Worten: Ungleich gefüllte Couverts lassen sich dank konstantem Anpressdruck und dem frei um die Schwenkachse beweglichen Druckkopf problemlos und reproduzierbar bedrucken.
Claims (8)
- Thermodruckwerk mit einem über ein transportiertes Farbband auf die von einer angetriebenen Gegendruckrolle geförderten flachen Gegenstände wie Couverts, Karten oder dgl. einwirkenden Druckkopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an dem freien Ende eines an einer Achse (3) schwenkbaren Rollenhebels (7) gelagerte Gegendruckrolle (6) gegen eine dem Druckkopf (1) in Förderrichtung der Gegenstände nachgeschaltete, stationär angeordnete, frei drehbare Rolle (12) gesteuert zustellbar ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenhebel (7) mit einer an einer Hauptwelle (5) befestigten Kurvenscheibe (11) verstellbar verbunden ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schwenkachse (3) des Rollenhebels (7) ein mittels vorgespannter Feder (9) mit dem Rollenhebel (7) verbundener Hebel (8) gelagert ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (8) durch die Feder (9) an einem an dem Rollenhebel (7) befestigten Anschlag (10) einseitig arretierbar ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurvenscheibe (11) über den Hebel (8) mit dem Rollenhebel (7) steuerwirksam verbunden ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegendruckrolle (6) über ein an dem Rollenhebel (7) gelagertes Zahnradvorgelege mit einem Antriebsmotor verbunden ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckkopf (1) an dem freien Ende eines weiteren Hebels (2) befestigt ist, der an der Schwenkachse (3) der Hebel (7, 8) gelagert und mit einer an der Hauptwelle (5) befestigten zweiten Kurvenscheibe (4) in eine Ausserbetriebsstellung versetzbar ist.
- Frankiermaschine zum Bedrucken von flachen Gegenständen wie Couverts, Karten oder dgl. mit postalischen Wertzeichen, mit einem Druckwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7.
