Claims (30)
- Handschuh (5, 50),
insbesondere Einweg- oder Wegwerfhandschuh, mit mindestens zwei im wesentlichen deckungsgleichen, eine der Handaußenfläche zuzuordnenden Außenseite (9) und eine der Handinnenfläche zuzuordnenden Innenseite (10) bildenden Kunststofffolien (6,7) und
mit mindestens einer saugfähigen mit mindestens einer Flüssigkeit versehenen und hierbei insbesondere eingesprühten und/oder getränkten und/oder imprägnierten Lage (12),
wobei die Kunststofffolien (6,7)
zumindest in deren seitlichem Randbereich fest miteinander durch eine Siegelnaht (8) verbunden sind und
eine zu einem Fingerbereich (30) entgegengesetzt liegende, flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossene und zum Zwecke des Gebrauchs des Handschuhs zu öffnende Handschuhöffnung (1) freilassen und wobei die Kunststofffolien (6,7) eine rechteckförmige Aussenkontur aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine die Kunststofffolien (6,7) verbindende Schweiß-, Klebe- oder Siegelnaht (17) zumindest bereichsweise einen Abstand von den seitlichen Randbereichen unter Bildung eines Fingerhandschuhs oder Fäustlings aufweist, dass
bei verschlossener Handschuhöffnung die Lage (12) als auf der Außenseite (9) oder als auf der Innenseite (10) außen auf den Kunststofffolien (6,7) aufgebrachten Außenlage (12) ausgebildet ist, dass
die Schweiß-, Klebe- oder Siegelnaht (17) in Draufsicht auf beiden Seiten des Fingerbereichs (30) je eine zur Aufnahme eines Daumens dienende Daumenabteilung (51) aufweist, dass die
Kunststofffolien (6, 7) aus einer sich in Längsrichtung (13) erstreckenden Kunststoffbahn gebildet sind, dass
in Längsrichtung (13) der Kunststoffbahn zumindest hinter der quer zur Längsrichtung (13) verlaufenden Siegelnaht (8) ein weiterer Handschuh vorsehbar ist, dass der Handschuh (5, 50) eine quer zur Längsrichtung (13) vertaufende, linienförmige Perforation (18) aufweist und durch diese von dem darüber verbindbaren weiteren Handschuh abtrennbar ausgebildet ist, und dass zumindest der Handschuh (5, 50) in der Längsrichtung (13) aufrollbar ist. - Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang oder im Bereich der Handschuhöffnung (11) ein sich quer zur Einführrichtung der Hand erstreckendes Band (40) angeordnet ist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (40) an der dem Fingerbereich (30) gegenüberliegenden Kante (16) der Innenseite (10) angebracht ist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Band (40) über die gesamte Breite des Handschuhs (5, 50) erstreckt.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststofffolien (6,7) auch in den der Handschuhöffnung (11) zugeordneten Randbereichen fest und flüssigkeitsdicht miteinander verbunden sind.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang der Handschuhöffnung (11) oder im Bereich der Handschuhöffnung (11) mindestens eine sich quer zur Einführrichtung der Hand erstreckende Sollbruchlinie oder Sollreißlinie (60) der die Außenseite (9) aufweisenden Kunststoffolie (6) vorgesehen ist, die dem Fingerbereich (30) näher als die in den der Handschuhöffnung (11) zugeordneten Randbereichen angeordnete feste und flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung der Kunststofffolien (6, 7) ist und entlang der die Handschuhöffnung (11) zu öffnen ist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich oder entlang der Handschuhöffnung (11) eine sich quer zur Einführrichtung der Hand erstreckende Sollbruchlinie oder Sollreißlinie (70) der die Außenseite (9) aufweisenden Kunststoffolie (6), der die Innenseite (10) aufweisenden Kunststoffolie (7) und der Außenlage (12) vorgesehen ist, die dem Fingerbereich (30) näher als die in den der Handschuhöffnung (11) zugeordneten Randbereichen angeordnete feste und flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung der Kunststofffolien (6, 7) ist und entlang der die Handschuhöffnung (11) zu öffnen ist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Sollbruchlinie oder Sollreißlinie (60; 70) über die gesamte Breite des Handschuhs (5, 50) erstreckt.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchlinie oder Sollreißlinie (60; 70) linienförmig verläuft.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sollbruchlinie oder Sollreißlinie (60; 70) als angesiegelter, gepreßter oder als gerändelter Bereich oder als eine Perforation ausgebildet ist.

- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel (80) wiederverschließbar ausgebildet ist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel (80) aus Kunststoff ist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel (80) an der Innenseite der einen Kunststoffolie (6 bzw. 7) ein Band (810) und an der Innenseite der anderen Kunststoffolie (7 bzw. 6) eine dem Band (810) zugeordnete rillenförmige Aufnahme (820) für das Band (810) aufweist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel (80) als Klebeband, als Klebeetikett, als Klebelasche oder als Tape ausgebildet ist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußmittel (80) klettartig ausgebildet ist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Handschuhöffnung (11) zwischen der die Außenseite (9) aufweisenden Kunststoffolie (6) und der die Innenseite (10) aufweisenden Kunststoffolie (7) ein sich quer zur Einführrichtung der Hand undüber die gesamte Breite des Handschuhs (5, 50) erstreckender Haftvermittler (90) vorgesehen ist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Haftvermittler (90) ein Kaltklebstoff oder Kaltleim oder ein thermisch wirksamer Klebstoff vorgesehen ist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenlage (12) Papier bzw. Vlies aufweist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststofffolien (6, 7) aus einer in Form eines Schlauchs gefalteten, sich in Längsrichtung (13) erstreckenden Kunststoffbahn gebildet sind.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich in Längsrichtung (13) erstreckende Faltkante (14) die Oberseite des Handschuhs (5, 50) im Bereich der Fingerkuppen bildet und daß die beiden der Faltkante (14) entgegengesetzt liegenden Kanten (15, 16) die Handschuhöffnung (11) bilden.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite des Handschuhs (5, 50) im Bereich der Fingerkuppen und die zur Oberseite entgegengesetzt liegende Handschuhöffnung (11) in Längsrichtung (13) zueinander beabstandet angeordnet sind.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handschuhe (5,50) durch die mindestens eine Perforation (18) unter Bildung der Handschuhöffnung (11) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Abstand zur Perforation (18) mindestens eine die Oberseite des Handschuhs (5, 50) im Bereich der Fingerkuppen bildende, die Kunststofffolien (6, 7) miteinander verbindende Schweiß- oder Siegelnaht vorgesehen ist.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufgerollten Handschuhe (5,50) einzeln mittels einer Spendevorrichtung ausgebbar sind.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu den Kunststofffolien (6, 7) mindestens eine weitere deckungsgleiche Kunststoffolie (20) auf der der Außenlage (12) entgegengesetzten Seite vorgesehen ist und daß diese weitere Kunststoffolie (20) zumindest mit der benachbarten Kunststoffolie (6) über eine weitere Schweiß- oder Siegelnaht (21) verbunden ist, die mit Abstand von der Schweiß-, klebe- oder Siegelnaht (17) verläuft.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Schweiß- oder Siegelnaht (21) eine größere Fläche als die Schweiß-, klebe- oder Siegelnaht (17) einnimmt oder einschließt.
- Handschuh gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handschuh (5, 50) im Bereich der Handschuhöffnung (11) einen Arretierverschluß mit einem sich quer zur Einführrichtung der Hand erstreckenden Fixier- oder Verschlußband (19) aufweist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixier- oder Verschlußband (19) zwei Enden (19a, 19b) aufweist.
- Handschuh gemäß Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Ende (19a) auf der einen Seite der Handschuhöffnung (11) vorgesehen ist und daß das andere Ende (19b) auf der anderen Seite der Handschuhöffnung (11) vorgesehen ist.
