Claims (32)
- Rolltor, insbesondere zur zeitweisen Abdeckung von vorzugsweise mit ihrer Längsrichtung quer zur Förderrichtung von zu verzinkenden Gegenständen angeordneten Zinkbädern (1), mit einem Torkörper (8), der zwischen einer Schließ- und einer Öffnungsstellung des Rolltores (6, 7) bewegbar ist, und einer Speichereinrichtung (9), mittels der der Torkörper (8) aufnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Torkörper (8) als einteiliger Behang (8) ausgebildet ist und daß die Speichereinrichtung (9) in Vertikalrichtung an der Unterseite des Rolltores (6, 7) angeordnet und als Wickelwelle (9) ausgebildet ist, auf die der Behang (8) auf- und von der der Behang (8) abwickelbar ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Behang (8) aus einem flexiblen Werkstoff, vorzugsweise aus Gummi, ausgebildet ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der Behang (8) an seiner Unterkante mittels einer Fixierleiste (10) am Außenmantel der Wickelwelle (9) fixiert ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Wickelwelle (9) eine Antriebseinrichtung (16) aufweist, mittels der die Wickelwelle (9) in Auf- und Abrollrichtung drehbar ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, das gemeinsam mit einem zweiten gleichartigen Rolltor (7), das seitenverkehrt auf der anderen Längsseite (12) des Zinkbades (1) angeordnet ist, eine schließ- und vollständig oder teilweise öffenbare Haubenabdeckung (5) für das Zinkbad (1) bildet.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem zum Schutz der Innenfläche des Behangs (8) gegen Spritzer aus dem Zinkbad (1) die dem Behang (8) zugeordnete Längswand (3) des Zinkbades (1) ein vorzugsweise auf- und abwärts bewegbares Abschirmelement (13) aufweist, das in seiner aufwärtigen Stellung über dem Zinkbadspiegel (15) vertikal aufwärts vorragt.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem an der freien Längskante (17) des Behangs (8) eine Endleiste (18) sitzt, die mittels Stahlseilen (19), die auf Seiltrommeln (20) auf- und von diesen abwickelbar sind, bewegbar ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 7, bei dem die Seiltrommeln (20) mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung (21) drehbar sind.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei dem die Stahlseile (19) an den Enden der Endleiste (18) angeordnet sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei dem die Enden der Endleiste (18) jeweils ein Führungsglied aufweisen, mittels denen die Endleiste (18) an ihren beiden Enden in jeweils einer Führungsbahn (22) geführt ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 10, bei dem jede Führungsbahn einen unteren Vertikalabschnitt (23), einen mittleren, in bezug auf die Vertikalrichtung geringfügig, z.B. um 10 Grad, zum Zinkbad (1) hin geneigten Schrägabschnitt (24) und einen oberen, in bezug auf die Horizontalrichtung geringfügig geneigten, etwa zum Zinkbadspiegel (15) parallelen Dachabschnitt (25) aufweist.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dessen Wikkelwelle (9), auf die der Behang (8) auf- und von der er abrollbar ist, und Seiltrommeln (20), auf die die Stahlseile (19) auf- und von denen sie abrollbar sind, auf unterschiedlichen Längsseiten (11, 12) des Zinkbads (1) angeordnet sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, bei dem jedes Stahlseil (19) zwischen der ihm zugeordneten Seiltrommeln (20) und dem ihm zugeordneten Ende der Endleiste (18) des Behangs (8) über eine etwa oberhalb der seiltrommelseitigen Längswand (4) des Zinkbads (1) angeordnete erste Seilscheibe (26) und, sofern sich die Endleiste (18) des Behangs (8) außerhalb des Dachabschnitts (25) der Führungsbahn (22) befindet, über eine in bezug auf die seiltrommelferne Längswand (3) des Zinkbads (1) leicht zinkbadeinwärts versetzt angeordnete zweite Seilscheibe (27) geführt ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 13, bei dem jede Seiltrommel (20) einschließlich der ihr zugeordneten Antriebseinrichtung (21) und die ihr zugeordnete erste Seilscheibe (26) an einem Träger (32) angeordnet sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, bei dem die Endleiste (18) des Behangs (8) über zwei an ihren Enden befestigte Stahlseile (29) mit den Enden zumindest einer Stützwelle (30) verbunden ist, die in den Führungsbahnen (22) des Rolltores (6) geführt und auf der Innenseite des Behangs (8) angeordnet ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 15, bei dem jedes die Endleiste (18) des Behangs (8) mit der einen Stützwelle (30) verbindende Stahlseil (29) von der einen Stützwelle (30) zum Ende einer weiteren Stützwelle (31), die in den Führungsbahnen (22) des Rolltores (6) geführt und auf der Innenseite des Behangs (8) angeordnet ist, und von dort zum dem anderen Rolltor (7) des Zinkbads (1) zugeordneten Träger (32) verläuft, an dem es fixiert ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 16, bei dem jedes die Endleiste (18) über die Stützwellen (30, 31) mit dem Träger (32) des jeweils anderen Rolltores (7) verbindende Stahlseil (29) so mit der einen Stützwelle (30) verbunden bzw. verbindbar ist, daß die eine Stützwelle (30) in der Schließstellung des Rolltores (6) am Übergang zwischen dem mittleren Schrägabschnitt (24) und dem oberen Dachabschnitt (25) der Führungsbahnen (22) angeordnet ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, bei dem jedes die Endleiste (18) über die Stützwellen (30, 31) mit dem Träger (32) des jeweils anderen Rolltores (7) verbindende Stahlseil (29) um das jeweilige Ende der weiteren Stützwelle (31) geführt ist, so daß die weitere Stützwelle (31) in der Schließstellung des Rolltores (6) unterhalb des Übergangs zwischen dem unteren Vertikalabschnitt (23) und dem mittleren Schrägabschnitt (24) der Führungsbahnen (22) im unteren Vertikalabschnitt (23) derselben angeordnet ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18, bei dem die Antriebseinrichtung (16) der Wickelwelle (9) und die Antriebseinrichtungen (21) der Seiltrommeln (20) des Rolltores (6, 7) synchronisiert sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 19, bei dem die Endleiste (18) des Behangs (8) des Rolltores (6, 7) eine Bürstendichtung (28) aufweist, die mit einer Bürstendichtung (28) der Endleiste (18) des Behangs (8) des mit dem einen Rolltor (6) die Haubenabdeckung (5) für das Zinkbad (1) bildenden anderen Rolltores (7) in Schließstellung der beiden Rolltore (6, 7) eine Abdichtung bildet.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 20, bei dem die Wickelwelle (9) mittels ihrer Antriebseinrichtung (16) in Aufwickelrichtung des Behangs (8) antreibbar und die Seiltrommeln (20) mittels ihrer Antriebseinrichtungen (21) mit einem Bremsmoment beaufschlagbar sind, so daß die Wickelwelle (9) beim Aufwickeln des Behangs (8) an diesem vertikal aufwärts wandert.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 21, bei dem die Wickelwelle (9) mittels ihrer Antriebseinrichtung (16) in Abwickelrichtung des Behangs (8) antreibbar und die Seiltrommeln (20) mittels ihrer Antriebseinrichtungen (21) mit einem Bremsmoment beaufschlagbar sind, so daß die Wickelwelle (9) beim Abwickeln des Behangs (8) an diesem vertikal abwärts wandert.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 21 oder 22, bei dem die Wickelwelle (9) an ihren Stirnenden in den beiden Führungsbahnen (22) des Rolltores (6) geführt und mit ihrer Antriebseinrichtung (16) in ihrer unteren Endstellung fixierbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Rolltores (6, 7), vorzugsweise nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, bei dem ein Torkörper (8) des Rolltores (6, 7) zwischen einer Schließ- und einer Öffnungsstellung bewegt und in einer Öffnungsstellung in einer Speichereinrichtung (9) aufgenommen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Torkörper (8) bei seiner Bewegung zwischen der Schließ- und Öffnungsstellung oder umgekehrt auf eine an der Unterseite des Rolltores (6, 7) angeordnete Wickelwelle (9) auf- bzw. von dieser abgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, bei dem der Torkörper (8) mittels auf Seiltrommeln (20) aufwickelbarer Stahlseile (19) in seine Schließstellung bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 24 oder 25, bei dem der Torkörper (8) für seine Bewegung in seine Öffnungsrichtung auf die Wickelwelle (9) aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, bei dem die freie Längskante (17) des Torkörpers (8) an ihren beiden Enden jeweils in einer Führungsbahn (22) geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 27, bei dem der Behang (8) in seiner Schließstellung und bei seiner Bewegung in seine Schließstellung durch zumindest eine, vorzugsweise zwei, Stützwellen (30, 31) gestützt wird, die in den Führungsbahnen (22) des Rolltores (6, 7) geführt und mittelbar durch die Stahlseile (19) oder den Behang (8) auf- bzw. abwärts bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 28, bei dem zum Öffnen bzw. zum Schließen des Rolltores (6, 7) die Antriebseinrichtung (16) der Wickelwelle (9) und die Antriebseinrichtungen (21) der Seiltrommeln (20) synchron angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 29, bei dem zur Freigabe eines Arbeitsbereichs am Zinkbad (1) die Wickelwelle (9) aus ihrer Fixierung in ihrer unteren Endposition gelöst und in Aufwickelrichtung angetrieben wird und die Seiltrommeln (20) des Rolltores (6, 7) mit einem Bremsmoment beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 30, bei dem zum Schließen des Arbeitsbereichs am Zinkbad die Wickelwelle (9) in Abwickelrichtung angetrieben wird und die Seiltrommeln (20) des Rolltores (6, 7) mit dem Bremsmoment beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 30 oder 31, bei dem die Wickelwelle (9) bei ihrer Bewegung in Vertikalrichtung an ihren beiden Stirnenden in den Führungbahnen (22) des Rolltores (6, 7) geführt wird.
