Claims (6)

  1. Capuchon à visser avec disque d'étanchéité pour une fermeture de récipient à utiliser sur un récipient (10) muni d'une ouverture (11) délimitée par un bord (12) périphérique, dans lequel
    - le disque d'étanchéité est formé par plusieurs couches, parmi lesquelles les couches inférieures (21, 22, 23) obturent de manière étanche l'ouverture (11) du récipient (10) avant la première ouverture du récipient,
    - les couches inférieures (21, 22, 23) sont assemblées de manière amovible avec les couches supérieures (24) du disque d'étanchéité (20),
    - ces couches supérieures (24) peuvent former une nouvelle fermeture provisoire de l'ouverture (11) du récipient (10), et
    - le capuchon (40) comporte des éléments (41, 42) destinés à délimiter la distance entre les couches supérieures (24) du disque d'étanchéité et la face inférieure du capuchon (40) en cas d'ouverture du capuchon (40),
       caractérisé en ce que les couches supérieures (24) du disque d'étanchéité (20) sont non adhésives sur la face orientée vers la face inférieure du capuchon (40) et peuvent être entraînées en rotation par rapport à celui-ci.
  2. Capuchon avec disque d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur du disque d'étanchéité (20) est constant sur toutes les couches (21, 22, 23, 24) et ne comporte pas de saillies.
  3. Capuchon avec disque d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (41, 42) destinés à délimiter la distance des couches supérieures (24) du disque d'étanchéité (20) comportent une rainure (41) en saillie vers l'intérieur et/ou une nervure (42) en saillie vers l'extérieur.
  4. Capuchon avec disque d'étanchéité selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, entre les couches inférieures (21, 22, 23) et les couches supérieures (24) du disque d'étanchéité (20), il est prévu une couche de séparation définie, qui permet de séparer les groupes de couches les uns des autres par un décollement vertical sans rotation relative des couches entre elles.
  5. Capuchon avec disque d'étanchéité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche de séparation forme un assemblage plus résistant que la force de décollement par l'intermédiaire du couple de rotation transmis par le contact mécanique de la couche supérieure (24).
  6. Capuchon avec disque d'étanchéité selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les couches inférieures (21, 22, 23) comportent sur leur face supérieure un élément d'arrachement ne s'avançant pas en saillie sur le pourtour extérieur du disque d'étanchéité (20), en particulier un pli intercalé.
