Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Verteilen von Pulvern (6, 8, 8a) auf einem Trägermittel (S, 3, 15b), enthaltend trichterförmige Verteilermittel (163, 200) und Leitungskanalmittel (204, 209, 209a), die dicht an das Trägermittel (S, 3, 15b) führen, wobei die genannten Pulver zum Formen von Keramikfliesen bestimmt sind, weiter enthaltend Bandmittel (212, 213, 214), angeordnet zur Aufnahme von Dekorationspulvem (8, 8a), wobei die genannten Leitungskanalmittel (204, 209, 209a) ein gebogenes Profil haben, beschreibend ein oberes Ende und ein unteres Ende, wobei die genannten Leitungskanalmittel (204, 209, 209a) durch eine konvexe Wand (203, 213, 214) und eine konkave Wand (208, 208a, 217, 220) begrenzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Leitungskanalmittel (204, 209, 209a) einen Querschnitt haben, der im wesentlichen von dem genannten oberen Ende zu dem genannten unteren Ende hin schmaler wird; wobei die genannten Bandmittel (212, 213, 214) mit Vertiefungen (210, 215) versehen sind, dazu bestimmt, mit den Dekorationspulvem (8, 8a) gefüllt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welchem das genannte Trägermittel (S, 3, 15b) in einer Richtung (V) beweglich und somit in der Lage ist, die genannten Dekorationspulver (8, 8a) in derselben Richtung (V) an dem genannten unteren Ende zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welcher die genannte konvexe Wand (203, 213) durch ein Ende der genannten Bandmittel (213) beschrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, ausserdem enthaltend weitere Bandmittel (3c, 208a), welche die genannte konkave Wand (208, 208a) beschreiben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welcher die genannte konvexe Wand (203, 213) und die genannte konkave Wand (208, 208a, 220) zusammen einen Leitungskanal beschreiben, in welchem die Pulver zu Bandfördermitteln hin fliessen, welche geeignet sind, die genannten Dekorationspulver (6, 8, 8a) dazwischen zu kompaktieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welcher die genannten Vertiefungen (210, 215) entlang einer äusseren Oberfläche der genannten Bandmittel (212, 213, 214) verteilt sind und eine Weite und eine Tiefe entsprechend dem Muster der genannten Dekorationspulver (8, 8a) auf dem genannten Trägermittel (S, 3, 15b) haben, wobei die genannten Bandmittel (212, 213, 214) mit Abstreifmitteln (169) zusammenarbeiten, geeignet zum vollständigen Füllen der genannten Vertiefungen (210, 215) mit den genannten Dekorationspulvern (8, 8a).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, bei welcher die genannten Bandmittel (212, 213, 214) mit Lösemittel (211) zusammenarbeiten, geeignet zum Ablösen der genannten Pulver (6, 8, 8a).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 7, bei welcher die genannten Lösemittel (211) Vibrationsmittel (211) enthalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 8, bei welcher die genannten Vibrationsmittel (211) an den genannten Bandmitteln (212, 213, 214) an einer Oberfläche arbeiten, die sich entgegengesetzt von der Oberfläche befindet, in welcher die genannten Vertiefungen (210, 215) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welcher das genannte Trägermittel (S, 3, 15b) eine Trägerbasis beschreibt, auf welcher die genannten Pulver (6, 8, 8a) gepresst werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welcher die genannten Verteilermittel Trichtermittel (200) enthalten, welche die genannten Basispulver (6) zum Formen einer Basisschicht auf dem genannten Trägermittel (S, 3, 15b) beinhalten.
