Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Einfüllen von Pulver in Formhohlräume für Keramikfliesen, welches die folgenden Verfahrensschritte aufweist:
    Vorbereiten von wenigstens einer Schicht von vernebeltem Pulver auf einer Oberfläche;
    Pressen der wenigstens einen Schicht;
    Abdecken der wenigstens einen gepressten Schicht mit einer möglichen weiteren wenigstens einen Schicht von vernebeltem Pulver;
    Transferieren der Materialschichten aufeinanderfolgend in einen Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) eines Ladeschlittens (4) unter Hin- und Herbewegung einer Struktur (12) zwischen einer über dem Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) liegenden Position und einer von dem Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) beabstandeten Position;
    Transferieren von Materialschichten von dem Beschickungsbehälter (11) zu den Gießformhohlräumen (2) mittels des Ladeschlittens (4), welcher sich zwischen zwei Position bewegt, wobei in einer der Positionen die Ladekammer (7) des Ladeschlittens oberhalb der Gießformhohlräume (29) liegt und in der anderen Position die Kammer (7) unterhalb des Lade-Beschickungsbehälters liegt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurchgekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten mittels Schwerkraft in den Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) transferiert werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten mittels Schwerkraft in die Formhohlräume (2) transferiert werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten, welche sich in dem Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) bilden, dieselben Grundrissabmessungen wie die Formhohlräume (2) aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Einfüllen von Pulver in Formhohlräume für Keramikfliesen, mit einem Ladeschlitten (4), welcher mit wenigstens einer Ladekammer (7) versehen ist, in der sich ein Gitter (70) befindet und die dieselben Grundrissabmessungen wie die Abmessungen des Formhohlraums (2) aufweist, und welcher sich zwischen zwei Positionen bewegt, wobei in einer der Positionen die Kammer (7) oberhalb des Formhohlraums (2) liegt und in der anderen Position die Kammer unterhalb eines Lade-Beschickungsbehälters (11) liegt, und mit einer Struktur (12), welche mit einer Hin- und Herbewegung zwischen einer oberhalb des Lade-Beschickungsbehälter liegenden Position und einer von dem Lade-Beschickungsbehälter beabstandeten Position angetrieben ist, und auf welcher ein Antriebsriemen mit einem flachen Abschnitt, wenigstens ein Service-Beschickungsbehälter (15-20) oberhalb des oberen Trums des Riemens (21), dessen Öffnung quer zu dem Riemen (21) angeordnet und mittels Verschließelementen (28-33) verschlossen ist, und eine Rolle (40) angeordnet sind, welche elastisch auf die obere Seite des Riemens (21) presst und bezüglich der Bewegungsrichtung des Riemens (21) nach dem wenigstens einen Service-Beschickungsbehälter (15-20) angeordnet ist und gegen eine darunterliegende, entgegenwirkende Rolle (40) wirkt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) dieselben Grundrissabmessungen wie der Formhohlraum (2) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Antriebsrichtung betrachtet nach der Pressrolle wenigstens ein weiterer Service-Beschickungsbehälter (26,27) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Struktur (12) sich zwischen einer Position, in welcher das Ende des Riemens (21) über dem dem Formhohlraum (2) naheliegenden Ende des Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) liegt, und einer Position, in welchem das Ende des Riemens (21) über dem von dem Formhohlraum beabstandeten Ende des Lade-Beschickungsbehälter (11) liegt, bewegt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Struktur (12) mittels eines Kurbeltriebs (14) angetrieben ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressrolle (40) mit der Hubstange einer doppelt wirkenden, pneumatischen Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (300) verbunden ist, die als eine Luftfeder wirkt.
