Claims (4)

  1. Wagen zur Zweistufenbefüllung von Keramikformen im allgemeinen, mit:
    - einer Einfülleinrichtung (5) für zerstäubten Lehm oder einen anderen Werkstoff, welche in einer Richtung nach außen und wieder zurück bezüglich wenigstens einem formenden Hohlraum (20) einer darunterliegenden Keramikform bewegbar ist, und welche derart angeordnet ist, daß der Lehm in den wenigstens einen formenden Hohlraum während der nach außen führenden Bewegung entladbar ist,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    - ein ebenes perforiertes Abdeckglied (6) zum Verteilen einer pulverförmigen Glasur oder eines anderen Werkstoffes, welches vor der Einfülleinrichtung für Lehm befestigt und auf dem Niveau der Öffnung des wenigstens einen formenden Hohlraumes angebracht ist, und
    - eine Einfülleinrichtung (78) für eine pulverförmige Glasur (77) oder einen anderen Werkstoff, welche verschiebbar über dem perforierten Abdeckglied (6) angeordnet ist, durch welche sie normalerweise während der nach außen und wieder zurückführenden Bewegung der Einfülleinrichtung für Lehm verschlossen ist;
    - die Einfülleinrichtung für die Glasur ist derart angeordnet, daß sie relativ zu dem Abdeckglied bewegbar ist, während letzteres zeitweilig über dem wenigstens einen Hohlraum während der Rückbewegung der Einfülleinrichtung für Lehm stillsteht, um die Glasur auf den darunterliegenden Lehm über das Abdeckglied aufzubringen.
  2. Wagen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckglied (6) einen ebenen Körper aufweist, welcher mit einer Anzahl von Öffnungen (7) versehen ist, wobei die Anzahl der Öffnungen (7) der Anzahl der formenden Hohlräume der Form entspricht, wobei jede einzelne Öffnung dieselbe geometrische Form wie der jeweilige Hohlraum aufweist, mit Abmessungen, welche ein wenig geringer als die der letztgenannten sind oder diesen entsprechen.
  3. Wagen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jeden einzelnen formenden Hohlraum (20) das Abdeckglied (6) wenigstens eine Öffnung enthält, welche die gleiche geometrische Form wie der Hohlraum aufweisen kann oder nicht, und wobei die Öffnung einen Gesamtoberflächenbereich aufweist, welcher kleiner ist als der des Hohlraumes.
  4. Keramikform, die mit einem Wagen zur Zweistufenbefüllung versehen ist, nach Anspruch 1 bis 3.
