Claims (6)

  1. Tonbeschickungsvorrichtung für Keramikpressen zum Formen von Fliesen, mit einen Beund Entladetrichter (13), einem Beschickungswagen (4), der hin- und herläuft zwischen einer Position in der Nähe der Vertiefungen in der Form der Keramikpresse und einer Position in der Nähe des Be- und Entladetrichters; dieser Wagen hat soviele Roste (5) wie die Form Vertiefungen hat; diese Rost laufen zwischen einer Position unterhalb des o.a. Be- und Entladetrichters und einer Position oberhalb der Formvertiefungen; außerdem mit mindestens zwei Dosierern; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in den o.g. Trichter (13) eine longitudinal geneigte Rampe (7) einfließt, sodass das darauf liegende Pulver frei nach unten laufen kann, und deren Vorderkante aus einer Gruppe von Segmenten (6) besteht, die in Bezug auf die Längsachse der Rampe geneigt sind und deren Anzahl denen der Roste des Wagens gleich ist; die o.a. mindestens zwei Dosierer (8) sind über der o.a. Rampe angebracht und entsprechend der Neigung dieser Rampe hintereinander angeordnet, jeder einzelne Dosierer ist mit Pulververteilern (9, 10) ausgestattet, die über die ganze Breite der Rampe verteilt sind.
  2. Vorrichtung entsprechend Patentanspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der Entladetrichter in soviel Teile aufgeteilt ist wie Roste (5) des Wagens und Vertiefungen in der Form vorhanden sind, wo jedes Teil eines der geneigten Segmente (6) der Vorderkante der geneigten Rampe (7) aufnimmt.
  3. Vorrichtung entsprechend Patentanspruch 2, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass jedes der o.a. Segmente (6) die ganze Breite des entsprechenden Teils des Entladetrichters besetzt.
  4. Vorrichtung entsprechend Patentanspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass neben jedem der geneigten Segmente (6) der geneigten Rampe über die ganze Breite hin ein senkrechtes Blech (62) befestigt ist, das den Ton, der sich vom Segment ablädt, senkrecht nach unten fallen lässt.
  5. Vorrichtung entsprechend Patentanspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sich über der ganzen Breite der geneigten Rampe (7) mehrere Dosierer (81-84) befinden, deren untere Öffnung aus einem Schlitz (9) besteht, der so lang ist wie die Breite der darunterliegenden Rampe (7); jeder Dosierer ist dazu vorgesehen, eine bestimmte Pulverqualität mit der gewünschten Korngröße und Farbe zu enthalten.
  6. Vorrichtung entsprechend Patentanspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die untere Öffnung eines jeden Dosierers (81-84) mit einem Schieberventil (9), das den Pulverfluss regelt, gedrosselt, und mit einem sternförmigen Drehschieber (10) verschlossen wird.
