Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile floor cleaning device with a dirt suction device, which with its outer end Picks up dirt from the floor to be cleaned, with a dirt collecting container, with which the inner end of the dirt suction device is connected, and with a filter arrangement, by via the dirt suction device into the dirt collecting container air escapes from this, the dirt suction device has a suction line and a return line, through the air from the dirt container adjacent to and in the reverse direction behind the outer end of the suction line is returned to the floor to be cleaned.
- a floor cleaning device is the beginning mention type designed according to the invention such that the outer ends of suction line and return line in a suction mouth open, the side walls of which face forward in the direction of rotation an opening angle of 30 ° to 50 °, in particular 34 ° to 46 °, diverge and at the rear end a curved end wall form, from the lower edge of a floor wall to the front extends, the upper surface at an angle of 5 ° to 15 °, especially 7 ° to 13 °, sloping forward and in an arcuate Front edge ends, in front of which an arcuate at a distance curved, inclined towards the front and merging into the side walls Partition wall is provided which the outer ends of Separates suction line and return line and their lower edge a return air outlet gap between them and the front edge of the bottom wall forming above the front edge of the bottom wall ends, with the curved rear wall portion of the intermediate wall the partition to the horizontal at an angle of 60 ° up to 80 °, in particular 66 °
- Such a suction mouth design ensures that the recirculated air is wedge-shaped and relatively small Inclination to the floor to be cleaned hits it and over the entire return air outlet gap into the interior of the suction mouth is directed, i.e. when the return air hits the floor resulting movement components of the air towards the outside are significantly reduced. This will prevent dirt from escaping over the lower edges of the side walls of the suction mouth to the outside essentially completely avoided.
- the curved end wall is advantageously in the plane the bisector of the opening angle of the side walls of the bottom wall upwards at an angle of 45 ° to 70 °, in particular 48 ° to 61 °, inclined backwards to the horizontal.
- the Return line and the suction line usually parallel to this can have the same inclination in the area of the suction mouth to have.
- the lower edges of the side wall sections expediently diverge the partition wall facing forward with a Opening angle of 55 ° to 75 °, in particular 59 ° to 68 °, and these side wall sections can be at the front end of the inside protruding sections in the side walls of the suction mouth pass.
- the front ends of the inwardly projecting sections can at a distance from the front end of the associated Sidewall lying, the 20% to 40% of the distance of this front End of the middle of the end wall.
- the mobile cleaning device shown schematically in Figure 1 is an articulated vehicle whose front, on front wheels (only the front wheel 4 shown) supported platform 1 over a double pendulum hinge assembly 10 with a rear platform is coupled, which rests on rear wheels 6, 7 and on which most of the cleaning system 11 is arranged.
- the structure a suitable double pendulum joint arrangement is in DE-A-100 29,691.
- the cleaning system 11 contains a not shown Dirt collecting container, which is opposite via a filter arrangement 13 the environment is closed and which has a suction fan 12, that creates a negative pressure during operation and thus over itself diagonally from the upper part of the rear platform 2 under the front Suction tube extending platform in the area of a still to be described provided at the lower end of the suction pipe 13
- Suction mouth 20 generates a suction air flow to remove dirt from the to be cleaned Soak up the floor, partially from conventional side brushes (only a side brush 9 shown) in the opening area of the suction mouth 20 can be transported.
- a return pipe 14 which also has its lower end in still to be described opens into the suction mouth 20 and its upper end itself in the upper part of the dirt collecting container or in an area above this dirt collecting container extends.
- the suction mouth 20 has a carrier plate 21 on its front side a deflection bar 23 and support rollers 24 at the rear area thereof and 25 are attached, the suction mouth in operation in a Hold the specified height above the floor to be cleaned.
- a carrier plate 21 At the Front of the carrier plate 21 is an elastically deformable, Protective wall divided by incision in individual rag areas 26 available, the dirt parts to be picked up on the one hand to a certain size and the other hand prevents too large parts from entering the suction area.
- a molded part is fastened to the carrier plate 21
- This curved end wall is at an angle ⁇ of about 45 ° to 70 °, preferably 48 ° to 61 °, inclined to the horizontal, and connected to them is a bottom wall 33 which extends from the End wall 32 extends forward and in the adjacent area of the side walls 30, 31 inwardly projecting sections 36, 37 has.
- the front ends of the sections 36, 37 lie in a distance from the front end of the respective side wall 30, 31, which is about 20% to 40% of the distance of this front end from the The middle of the end wall is 32.
- the top surface 35 of the bottom wall falls at an angle ⁇ of 5 ° to 15 °, preferably 7 ° to 13 °, to the horizontal from back to front, and also sections 36 and 37 have a corresponding inclination from that Side walls 30, 31 inwards and downwards.
- An intermediate wall is formed in the molded body, the side wall sections 38 and 39, which approximately at the front end of the inside projecting sections 36 and 37 of the bottom wall in the Side walls 30 and 31 passed and the one curved rear Form intermediate wall section 40.
- This is horizontal at an angle ⁇ of 60 ° to 80 °, preferably 66 ° to 73 °, inclined.
- the upper edges of the side wall sections 38 and 39 of the The partition wall diverges at an angle ⁇ of 50 ° to 70 ° forward while their bottom edges are at an angle of about 55 ° to 75 °, preferably 59 ° to 68 °, diverge. Your steepness takes against that of the rear partition section 40 continuously.
- the lower end of the suction pipe opens 13 in the area immediately before the end section 40 the intermediate wall in the molded part, for which purpose in the carrier plate 21 of the Suction mouth 20 is formed an opening recognizable in Figure 4.
- the lower end of the return pipe 14 opens into the molded part in Area between end wall 32 and end wall section 40 the partition, i.e. the partition divides the outer ends of suction line 13 and return line 14.
- the slope of the return line 14 to the horizontal and thus also the inclination of the Suction line 13 is equal to the inclination of the end wall 32.
- the volume flow of the return air flow increases when the permeability of the filter arrangement 13 'decreases as a result of exposure to fine dust.
- the suction air can act with a volume flow of 0.77 m 3 / s at an air flow rate of 33 m / s and the return air with a volume flow of 0.17 m 3 / s and an air flow rate of 23 m / s s are directed to the floor to be cleaned.
- the floor cleaning device in question can still work effectively without cleaning the filter arrangement. Only when the filter load increases further does it make sense to interrupt the cleaning operation and to make the filter arrangement fully functional again by knocking off the accumulated fine dust, although it has been shown that a usable method of operation is still achieved even with a further increased filter load.
