Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Prägen und Satinieren von blattförmigem Material für die Verpackung von Tabakwaren, Nahrungs- und Genussmittel, mit mindestens zwei Prägewalzen (1, 4), einer ersten, angetriebenen Walze (1) und einer Gegenwalze (4), die in einem Gestell (13) parallel zueinander und aneinander definiert anliegend ausrichtbar angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Prägewalzen (1, 4, 4A) in einer Wechseleinheit (2; 2, 35; 42; 48; 55, 56; 77) enthalten ist, die Wechseleinheit Haltemittel (8, 9; 31; 49) aufweist, und das Gestell im wesentlichen komplementär zu den Haltemitteln geformte Aufnahmen (11, 12; 30; 50) aufweist, so dass die Wechseleinheit unter Einfügen der Haltemittel in die zugehörigen Aufnahmen in einer vorgegebenen Position in das Gestell einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der in einer Wechseleinheit (2; 2, 35; 42; 48; 55, 56; 77) enthaltenen Prägewalzen (1, 4, 4A) eine erste Walze (1) ist, die zu einer Drehbewegung angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruche 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Gegenwalze (4) in einer Wechseleinheit (35; 42; 48) angeordnet ist, insbesondere eine oder mehrere solche zweite Walze(n) (4, 4A), deren zugehörige erste Walze (1) in einer eigenen Wechseleinheit oder zusammen mit einer oder mehreren der zweiten Walze(n) in einer gemeinsamen Wechseleinheit (48) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einer der in einer Wechseleinheit (2; 2, 35; 42; 48; 55, 56; 77) angeordneten Walzen (1, 4) Handbedienungsmittel (24) vorhanden sind, so dass die Walze in eine bestimmte Drehstellung drehbar ist, insbesondere in eine solche, in der die Kupplung mit dem Antrieb (20) beim Einsetzen in das Gestell (13) möglich ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner Feststellmittel (18; 57) vorhanden sind, vorzugsweise Klemmen, Feststellschrauben und/oder andere nichtmechanische Feststellmittel, durch deren Betätigung die Haltemittel (8, 9; 31; 49) im Gestell (13) in einer vorgegebenen Position arretierbar sind, so dass Entnahme und Wiedereinsetzen ohne Verlust der Justierung in betriebsbereitem Zustand durchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile der Wechseleinheit miteinander verbunden sind, um eine einteilige Umhüllung, insbesondere einen Wechselrahmen (48; 2, 42) oder eine Hülse (2; 35; 77), zu bilden, die eine einzelne Walze (1; 4; 4A), oder eine Mehrzahl Walzen (1, 4, 4A) enthält.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wechselrahmen (48) eine erste Walze (1) und eine Gegenwalze (4) umgibt, so dass das Walzenpaar als Einheit entnehmbar und wiedereinsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (1) und die Gegenwalze(n) (4, 4A) miteinander über in der Wechseleinheit angeordnete Synchronisierungsmittel (70, 71) in Wirkverbindung stehen, so dass die Drehstellung der Walzen in betriebsbereitem Zustand, bevorzugt auch im aus dem Gestell entnommenen Zustand, zueinander definiert ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (13) Aufnahmen für die Haltemittel (8, 9; 31; 49) mit axial oder radial zur Walze (1, 4, 4A) im eingesetzten Zustand angeordneten Wänden (11, 12) und/oder Führungen (50) aufweist und die Haltemittel der entsprechenden Wechseleinheit (2; 2, 35; 48; 55, 56; 77) im wesentlichen komplementär dazu ausgebildet ist, so dass das Entnehmen und Wiedereinsetzen der Wechseleinheit in das Gestell (13) im wesentlichen parallel oder senkrecht zur Drehachse der Walze oder durch eine Abfolge derartiger Bewegungen durchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (8, 9) Dreharretierungsmittel und die Aufnahmen für die Haltemittel im Gestell (13) komplementär dazu ausgebildete Arretierungsmittel aufweisen, so dass die Haltemittel nur in vorgegebenen Drehstellungen zum Gestell in die Aufnahmen einführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Messmittel zur Messung der Abnutzung mindestens einer Prägewalze vorhanden sind, insbesondere Sensoren zur Bestimmung der Position einer Gegenwalze (4, 4A), um ein Signal bei Überschreiten einer vorgegebenen Abnutzungsschwelle erzeugen zu können, bevorzugt in Verbindung mit einer Einrichtung zum Wechseln von Prägewalzen (1,4, 4A), so dass ein automatischer Wechsel durch die Sensoren veranlassbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Haltemittel (8, 9; 55, 56) für eine Prägewalze (1, 4, 4A), bevorzugt alle Haltemittel für alle in Wechseleinheiten (2; 2, 35; 42; 48; 55, 56; 77) angeordneten Prägewalzen (1, 4, 4A), ein Lager (6) für drehbewegliche Lagerung der Prägewalze aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Haltemittel (61) für eine Prägewalze (1, 4, 4A), insbesondere dasjenige an der Kupplungsstelle einer ersten, angetriebenen Prägewalze (1) zum Antrieb (21), als eine Auflage (65) für die Prägewalze (1) ausgebildet ist und die drehbewegliche Lagerung (60) für den Betrieb im Gestell (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wechseleinheit (77) mindestens zwei Prägewalzen (4, 4A) enthält.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Prägewalze (1) einzeln im Gestell (13) angeordnet ist und die in der Wechseleinheit angeordneten Prägewalzen (4, 4A) antreibt.
- Verpackungsmaschine für das Verpacken von Zigaretten oder Lebensmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung zum Prägen und Satinieren gemäss Anspruch 1 aufweist.
- Verpackungsmaschine gemäss Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (13) der Prägevorrichtung (14) unlösbar mit der Verpackungsmaschine verbunden ist.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 oder einer Verpackungsmaschine gemäss Anspruch 16 zum Einprägen und Satinieren oberflächlicher Strukturen in flächenhaft ausgedehntes Material in Form von Bahnen oder Bändern, das zwischen mindestens einer ersten Walze (1) und einer oder mehreren zweiten Walze(n) (4, 4A) hindurchgeführt ist, wobei das Material bevorzugt einseitig mit einem Metall, insbesondere Aluminium, beschichtet ist und als Träger ein faserhaltiges Material, insbesondere Papier, aufweist.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 15 zum Erzeugen von Schatten- oder Doppelprägungen auf Tabakwaren-Verpackungen.
