Description
a)様々な構造が設けられ、そのうち少なくとも1つのロールが先行技術の歯を備え、少なくとも1つの追加のロールが異なる構造、例えば1つまたは複数の長手方向のリブを備えるか、滑らかなゴム製ロールであるロールを適用することにより、見る角度および/または照明状態に応じてその構造が変化できるよう、細かいエンボス加工をすることができる。それによって、ほとんど偽造ができないセキュリティ機構を生成することができる。
b)3つ以上のロールを適用しているので、紙の繊維が可能な限り最高の方法で破壊され、紙の記憶効果がほとんど中和される。これは、動作している連続したエンボス加工ロールを精密に配置し、それによって光学的に劣化させることなく、既存の非常に細かいエンボス加工パターンでも再エンボス加工できるようにすることによって達成される。
c)包む包装用箔の折り畳み挙動が改善されるので、予め折り畳んだ包装ユニットを箱に挿入する際の問題が解消される。
d)有利な構造により、エンボス加工パターン同士、およびエンボス加工ロール同士の切換えを短縮し、したがって包装機械の停止時間を短縮することができる。
e)装置によって、エンボス加工ロールの構造がロールの屈曲補償を必要としないエンボス加工機を設計することができる。
Claims (13)
- 金属被覆されまたは金属性の包装用箔を艶出し加工するための装置にして、少なくとも1つの第1エンボス加工ロール(2)および第2エンボス加工ロール(3、4、15、20)を備え、パターンを生成するために、これらのロール間を前記箔が加圧状態で通過することができ、第2エンボス加工ロールの後に少なくとも1つの別の第2エンボス加工ロール(3、4、15、20)が続き、これらのロールは第1または第2エンボス加工ロールと協働し、その間にパターン加工した包装用箔(6)が通過することができる装置であって、駆動される第1エンボス加工ロール(2)が、規則的に配置された個々の歯(8)で形成された歯部を備え、少なくとも1つの他の第2エンボス加工ロール(3、4、20)が個々の歯のない表面構造を備え、追加された前記第2エンボス加工ロール(3、4、15、20)の少なくとも1つ(3、4)がリング(10)または長手方向リブ(12)を含み、前記リングまたは長手方向リブの切断面が外方向にテーパ付きにされ、かつ平坦にされ、リングまたは長手方向のリブおよびその間の溝(9、11)の寸法が前記駆動される第1エンボス加工ロール(2)の歯(8)の寸法に一致し、さらに全ての歯が前記リングまたは長手方向リブの間の溝内に係合することを特徴とする装置。
- 金属被覆されまたは金属性の包装用箔を艶出し加工するための装置にして、少なくとも1つの第1エンボス加工ロール(2)および第2エンボス加工ロール(3、4)を備え、パターンを生成するために、それらのロール間を前記箔(6)が加圧状態で通過することができる装置であって、駆動される第1エンボス加工ロール(2)が、規則的に配置された個々の歯(8)で形成された歯部を備え、第2エンボス加工ロール(3、4)が個々の歯がない表面構造を備え、前記第2エンボス加工ロールがリング(10)または長手方向リブ(12)を含み、前記リングまたは長手方向リブの切断面が外方向にテーパ付きにされ、かつ平坦にされ、リングまたは長手方向のリブおよびその間の溝(9、11)の寸法が駆動される前記第1エンボス加工ロール(2)の歯(8)の寸法に一致し、さらに全ての歯が前記リングまたは長手方向リブの間の溝内に係合することを特徴とする装置。
- 外観が観察者の見る角度および/または光源の種類および/または位置に応じて変化する記号を生成するため、歯(8)、リング(10)または長手方向のリブ(12)の高さおよび/または幾何学的形状および/または表面が、残りの歯(8)、リング(10)または長手方向のリブ(12)とは異なるよう設計されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 追加された前記第2エンボス加工ロールのうち少なくとも1つ(15)が、駆動される第1エンボス加工ロール(2)と同じ歯部(8)、またはその歯部(8)と相補的な歯部(28)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 追加された前記第2エンボス加工ロールのうち少なくとも1つが、滑らかなゴム製ロール(20)であることを特徴とする請求項1、3、4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記エンボス加工ロールが、同期手段(22、23、24;25、26、27)によって相互に積極的に同期されることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 駆動されていない前記エンボス加工ロール(15)が、輪軸の長手方向および/またはエンボス加工した材料(6)の接触圧方向および/または移動方向に偏位できるよう、ジャーナル接続されることを特徴とする請求項1、3および4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 歯(8、28)を設けたエンボス加工ロール(2、15)に、エングレービングを施していることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 積極的に同期されないエンボス加工ロールの場合、ロールが均一または不均一の直径および/または長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5、7および8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 積極的に同期されるエンボス加工ロールの場合、エンボス加工ロールが、均一な直径または整数比を形成する直径を有し、均一または不均一な長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 駆動されていないエンボス加工ロールが、個々に、グループで、または共通して駆動されているエンボス加工ロールと係合できることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- エンボス加工ロールのうち少なくとも1つが、ベアリング取付台に挿入可能な交換式ユニットに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- エンボス加工ロールが、個々に、グループで、または共通して交換式ユニット内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
