Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Fluides auf einen Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) für einen stabförmigen Artikel (34) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fluid in einer im wesentlichen nichtlinearen Bahn auf den Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
mit den Schritten:das Fluid wird in Form eines bevorzugt aus einer Düse (50) austretenden Strahls zur Verfügung gestellt,der Strahl in Rotation versetzt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
wobei der Strahl mit Hilfe eines zweiten Fluides, bevorzugt mit Hilfe von Luft, in Rotation versetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
wobei der Strahl derart in Rotation versetzt wird, daß er den Mantel eines Kegels beschreibt, dessen Spitze im wesentlichen im Erzeugungspunkt des Strahls, bevorzugt an der Düsenöffnung (52) einer Düse (50) zur Erzeugung des Strahls, liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
wobei der Strahl in Rotation versetzt wird, indem das zweite Fluid ebenfalls im wesentlichen strahlförmig in einem Winkel, bevorzugt in einem Winkel von etwa 30°, zu dem Strahl im wesentlichen gegen den Strahl gerichtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
wobei das zweite Fluid im wesentlichen tangential zu dem Strahl gegen den Strahl gerichtet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
wobei das zweite Fluid zu Beginn des Aufbringens bereits vor Erzeugung des Strahls gegen seine zukünftige Position gerichtet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
wobei ein erforderlicher Strahldruck zum Erzeugen des Strahls mit Hilfe einer Fluidpumpe (58) erzeugt wird, welche Fluidpumpe (58) das Fluid durch eine mittels einer Düsennadel verschließbare Düsenöffnung (52) preßt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
wobei zu Beginn des Aufbringens die Düsennadel erst nach Erzeugung des erforderlichen Strahldruckes geöffnet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
wobei die Düsennadel etwa 0,5 s nach Erzeugung des erforderlichen Strahldruckes geöffnet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) während des Aufbringens bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch und nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10,
wobei die Menge des pro Zeiteinheit zur Verfügung gestellten Fluides der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Umhüllungspapierstreifens (27) angepaßt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei die Menge proportional zur Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit angepaßt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
wobei für die Menge eine Mindestmenge, bevorzugt etwa 2 g pro Minute, vorgegeben wird, die auch bei unter einen vorgegebenen Wert abfallender Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Umhüllungspapierstreifens (27) konstant zur Verfügung gestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das Fluid in einer im wesentlichen wendelförmigen Bahn aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei als Fluid Klebstoff verwendet wird. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Filters der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, mit den Schritten:ein Filtermaterialstrang (4) wird zugeführt,ein Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) wird zugeführt,auf den Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) wird gemäß einem Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche Klebstoff aufgebracht,der Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) wird um den Filtermaterialstrang (4) herumgelegt und mit Hilfe des aufgebrachten Klebstoffes verklebt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17,
wobei der Klebstoff im Bereich einer Seitenkante (120) des Umhüllungspapierstreifens (27) in einer solchen Breite (118) aufgebracht wird, daß die somit erzeugte Klebstoffbahn (116) sowohl das Filtermaterial (4) an dem Umhüllungspapierstreifen (27) fixiert als auch eine Längsschließnaht des Umhüllungspapierstreifens (27) verklebt.
