Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for insertion and application of yarn in a false twist texturing device, the device providing a Fluid-containing heat exchanger with at least two for implementation of the yarn and yarn passages provided for sealing the heat exchanger having.
- the invention relates to a false twist texturing device with a heat exchanger with at least two for Feeding of the yarn and provided for sealing the heat exchanger Garn thoroughlyssen.
- a texturing device is known from EP 0 624 208 B1, in which Heat exchangers are provided.
- the heat exchangers are called once Heater and once used as a cooling device.
- fluid once hot and once cold, is associated with the yarn.
- the fluid is in a body, which is of the fluid is flowed through.
- the body is substantially tubular and has small holes through which the yarn is inserted into the body and is led out of the body. Through the contact of the yarn heat exchange takes place with the fluid.
- the fluid is hotter than that Yarn, so the yarn is heated. If the fluid is colder than the yarn, it will the yarn cooled.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a method and a device to create, in which the introduction and putting on or starting the texturing process is quick, easy and reliable.
- the yarn passages (4,5,6) for inserting the yarn are enlarged and the heat exchanger is opened. Due to the increased yarn passage, it is easily possible insert the yarn into the heat exchanger. The risk of constipation the yarn passages are thus reliably avoided.
- the yarn passages in the axial and / or radial direction for inserting the yarn separately and after Insert closed again so is a particularly simple and trouble-free Imports of the yarn possible.
- the tight Yarn openings are open and it is therefore possible in a simple manner the yarn in the opening that is no longer closed, but in the opening for example, to insert an open gap.
- the so inserted Yarn is then closed by the gates again fully in the yarn passage, because the slots again be closed to a full opening. Introducing the With this procedure, yarn is very quick, easy and reliable too accomplish.
- the object is further preferably achieved in that the yarn by means of an auxiliary air flow is sucked and / or blown through the yarn passages.
- the yarn is through the Thread passages carried. In this case, the yarn passages are opened is not necessary and the insertion and subsequent application is therefore to effect with a particularly simple structural device.
- Auxiliary air nozzles can be arranged on each yarn passage and thus act like a staggered nozzle, with which the yarn passes from nozzle to nozzle becomes.
- the object is preferably achieved by passing the yarn through the yarn passages is pulled using an awl.
- the Auxiliary air flow would be insufficient using the awl, which was previously pushed through the yarn passages, the yarn attached to it and pulled through the yarn passages. This is in some use cases advantageous because it provides mechanical guidance for the yarn is present and the introduction is significantly easier.
- the supply of the first and / or the second Air flow is interrupted and the fluid is removed from the heat exchanger becomes. This makes it easy to insert or guide the yarn into the possible from the fluid emptied heat exchanger. It is both the Use of an auxiliary air flow as well as opening the heat exchanger for It is particularly easy to insert the yarn.
- a false twist texturing device a heat exchanger with at least two for carrying out the yarn and yarn passages provided for sealing the heat exchanger, at which of the heat exchangers is divided along the yarn passage direction and the parts of the heat exchanger for inserting the yarn into the heat exchanger can be removed from one another and the yarn passages (4,5,6) for reading in the yarn can be enlarged.
- the heat exchanger Open so far that the yarn is simply inserted into the heat exchanger can be.
- the yarn passages are through opening the heat exchanger easily accessible, so that the yarn depending on the design of the Thread passages are threaded into the thread passages with simple means or can be inserted. After inserting or threading the yarn the heat exchanger is closed again and is ready for use.
- the elaborate Passing the yarn through the complete heat exchanger from Yarn inlet to the yarn outlet as required in the prior art was advantageously avoided.
- the injector nozzle causes blowing or suction of the yarn through the yarn passage.
- the injector nozzle can be fixed be integrated in the heat exchanger or only during the insertion process be delivered to the heat exchanger. If necessary, it can also be used per thread passage a nozzle is placed in front and a nozzle is located after the yarn passage be, in order to bring about a particularly reliable threading of the yarn. It is often sufficient only at the first and / or last thread passage of the heat exchanger to arrange an injector nozzle and thus the Blow or suck yarn through the heat exchanger.
- the yarn passages consist of individual, movably arranged ones Segments so that the yarn passages in axial and / or radial Direction to open the yarn are particularly easy Allows thread insertion. Because the segments are such are designed so that the yarn in one of the segments per yarn passage a gap is inserted and then the yarn passage through the Assigning a further segment in the circumferential direction is closed, Excellent yarn management and extensive Sealing effect of the yarn passage in relation to that in the heat exchanger arranged fluid causes. The segments become insertable of the yarn apart and after loading the yarn fed back to each other, so that thereby the circumferentially closed Thread passage arises. It is often sufficient if the segments are arranged one behind the other in the axial direction and possibly with a Butt the side surface together to ensure a sufficient sealing effect and to guide the yarn.
- the segments are in relation to one another rotatable part circles of the yarn passages. This will turn on particularly easy way to open the yarn passages to insert the Thread and the subsequent closing of the yarn passage in a circumferential Direction.
- the fluid pass through the heat exchanger is opposite to the direction of yarn flow. It turned out that with such a direction of travel the yarn on much faster the temperature of the fluid is adjustable.
- the length of the heat exchanger can at a given temperature difference and length of stay can be reduced in the heat exchanger.
- the throughput speed the yarn through the heat exchanger thereby advantageously increase.
- it is beneficial is that the fluid flow through the heat exchanger in particular with a differ in the yarn speed component Speed component is provided.
- the yarn passage has an insertion bevel for the yarn. This will make the flow and the yarn guided so that the yarn easily the openings of the yarn passages passes through and there is no yarn jam inside the heat exchanger comes.
- the heat exchanger in particular mechanically, is electrically, hydraulically and / or pneumatically lockable.
- the heat exchanger opened manually or automatically.
- the yarn can be as desired during the texturing process treated or specially prepared for processing become.
- the fluid in particular the water is enriched and / or saturated. This will the yarn is treated even more gently and it does not lead to washing out of the yarn. It is a very high quality yarn.
- the temperature change of the yarn also from the length of stay of the yarn in the Heat exchanger can be predetermined. By changing the temperature changes in the temperature of the yarn. This can compensate if the yarn with different Temperatures enters the heat exchanger or on Yarn outlet the temperature of the yarn is too high or too low. By a change in temperature of the fluid can keep the yarn at a constant level desired temperature can be maintained.
- another fluid especially air, for sealing the heat exchanger and / or is provided for drying the yarn.
- the air works doing so, especially if they have a certain pressure, especially less than 5 bar, advantageously of about 0.5 bar, against the first fluid in the heat exchanger and thus prevents the first fluid from passing through the Thread passages penetrate.
- This is a particularly dense version of the heat exchanger achieved.
- this second fluid especially if it is air or some other gaseous medium the drying of the yarn causes. This will delay the first one Fluids from the heat exchanger to outside the heat exchanger and thus reliably contaminating the area outside the heat exchanger avoided.
- the effect of drying the yarn has turned out to be extraordinarily positive, since the further processing also of the yarn is thereby possible without problems.
- the disadvantage of so far The fluid-loaded heat exchanger used is hereby reliable and avoided in an inventive way.
- the heat exchanger is variable in length, in particular is telescopic.
- the dwell time of the yarn is in the heat exchanger with the yarn delivering the same speed to be variable.
- the heat exchanger can easily adapt to the respective circumstances the facility is customizable. Is the heat exchanger on his Seal the contact point of the two telescopes with a seal, see above here, too, there is sufficient tightness of the room in which the first fluid is located.
- others can too Sealing options, for example a sleeve that is variable in length used within the heat exchanger, which contains the first fluid become.
- a heat exchanger 1 is shown in cross section.
- the heat exchanger 1 has a lower part 2 and an upper part 3, which are apart are removable.
- Each the yarn passages 6 each consist of two segments 7 and 8.
- Das Segment 7 is fixed in the lower part 2.
- the segment 8 is in the upper part 3 Movable in the axial direction of the yarn passage 6. It will the segment 8 by means of a spring 9 against a surface of the upper part 3 or pressed against a surface of the segment 7 such that there is a largely functions as a seal.
- Segment 7 and segment 8 together the yarn passage 6, which has a diameter of usually has a few tenths of a millimeter.
- a seal 10 is also provided, which also contributes to that the entire system largely that in the heat exchanger 1st arranged fluid prevents from exiting the heat exchanger 1.
- On the contact surface between the lower part 2 and upper part 3 is another seal 11 provided which the heat exchanger 1 in the closed state completely seals and thus leakage of fluid from the heat exchanger 1 prevented.
- the fluid in the heat exchanger 1, which is used for heat exchange with the Yarn is provided is located in a fluid space 15.
- the yarn which passing through this fluid space 15 comes into contact with the fluid and ensures heat transfer.
- the fluid flows through the fluid space 15, so that a fluid is always available, which largely the predetermined Has temperature and thus for defined conditions when Heat exchange with the yarn ensures.
- the flow through the fluid space 15 takes place in that the fluid is introduced into the fluid space 15 at an inlet 16 and leaves the fluid chamber 15 again at an outlet 17. It takes place thus a flow through the fluid space 15 from the direction of the inlet 16 to outlet 17.
- the yarn passes through the heat exchanger 1 in the direction of the arrow P, so that there is an opposite direction of fluid and yarn.
- FIG. 2 shows a top view of the lower part 3 of the heat exchanger 1. This particularly shows the guidance of the seal 11.
- the seal 11 is arranged such that the fluid emerges at the separation point of lower part 2 and upper part 3 is safely avoided. This is what the seal is for 11 in the area of the yarn passages 6 or the segments 7, in several parts, so that a fluid which has passed through a first yarn passage 6 is also safe here from completely exiting the Heat exchanger 1 is prevented.
- the segments 7 have slots 13 into which the yarn is open Condition of the heat exchanger 1 is inserted.
- the Heat exchanger 1 By closing the Heat exchanger 1, i.e. by joining lower part 2 and Upper part 3, the upper segments 8 are in contact with the lower segment 7 brought so that the yarn passage 6 is formed. This will, on the one hand optimal guidance of the yarn in the yarn passage 6 on one On the other hand, on the other hand, a very simple way of insertion of the yarn in the yarn passage 6 or in the heat exchanger 1 allows.
- the joining of the lower part 2 and upper part 3 of the heat exchanger 1 takes place in the present embodiment according to guides 25, which are arranged laterally on the lower part 2 and with corresponding components of the upper part 3 correspond.
- the guides 25 effect a linear guide, along which the upper part 3 is removable from the lower part 2 and is mergable again.
- FIG 3a and Figure 3b illustrate the operation of a heat exchanger 1 from Figure 1 and Figure 2.
- the heat exchanger 1 is in shown open state.
- the upper part 3 is by means of the guide 25 of the lower part 2 removed.
- the segments 7 and 8 are freely accessible.
- the segment 7 has a slot 13 and the segment 8 has a slot 14 on.
- the yarn is inserted into the heat exchanger 1 in the slot 13 introduced.
- slopes are provided, which the introduction of the Lighten yarn in the slot 13.
- After the yarn is loaded be the lower part 2 and the upper part 3 brought together by means of the guide 25. This arises from the fact that the segments 7 and 8 one behind the other are arranged and by the overlap of columns 13 and 14 in substantially circular opening which forms the yarn passage 6.
- segment 7 While the segment 7 is fixed in the lower part 2, the segment is 8 in the upper part 3 in the axial direction of the yarn passage 6 movable arranged.
- the segment 8 is designed such that it is in the 3a has a nose on both sides, which prevents that the segment 8 when removing the upper part 3 of the Lower part 2 detaches from upper part 3 and, on the other hand, the axial displacement of segment 8 allows.
- FIGS. 4a and 4b A modification of the heat exchanger 1 is shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b the execution of Figures 1 to 3 shown.
- Figure 4a is again the open state of the heat exchanger 1 is shown.
- Lower part 2 and Upper part 3 are connected to each other by means of a rotary guide 25 ', so that the upper part 3 can be folded away from the lower part 2.
- the segment 7 ' which is basically similar to segment 7 and has a notch 23. The yarn is inserted into this notch 23 when the heat exchanger 1 is open.
- the segment 8 ' has neither notch nor slot in this embodiment on, but is executed at the contact point with the segment 7 '. By folding parts 2 and 3, the segments become 7 'and 8' pressed together.
- Embodiments are not like the previous ones Embodiments arranged one behind the other, but directly one above the other and because of the notch 23 form a yarn passage 6 in merged State off
- the seal is made exclusively by pressing the Segments 7 'and 8' in the radial direction.
- FIGS. 5a and 5b 1 A further exemplary embodiment of the heat exchanger is shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b 1 shown. Only one segment 7 ′′ is provided here Element 7 "is arranged in the lower part 2. It has a rotating part 21. In the rotating part 21, a slot 13 'is arranged, in which the yarn in the open Condition of the heat exchanger 1 is inserted. After inserting the rotating part 21, here by means of a lever 22, is rotated through 180 ° so that the slot 13 'points downwards. This is in cooperation with the Segment 7 "the slot 13 changed to a thin yarn passage 6. The Lever 22 is secured by means of an edge of the upper part 3, so that an unintentional Opening the yarn passage 6 is avoided.
- Training according to this embodiment allows a very reliable and easy insertion of the yarn into the heat exchanger 1 because the control, whether the yarn is correctly and smoothly arranged in the yarn passages 6 is in the open state of the heat exchanger 1 can be checked. It are slight corrections, i.e. a changed insertion of the yarn in the yarn passage 6 is more easily possible than in the previous exemplary embodiments, which the yarn passage 6 only after the Form heat exchanger 1.
- FIG. 6 shows a heat exchanger 1 in a simplified representation.
- the heat exchanger 1 is telescopic in length in this embodiment variable. It consists essentially of an inner tube 40 and one Outer tube 41, which can be pushed into one another. To keep the fluid safe in the To keep fluid space 15, seals 30 and 31 are provided, which between the inner tube 40 and the outer tube 41 are arranged such that they with a displacement of the inner tube 40 and the outer tube 41 their Maintain sealing function.
- the length of the heat exchanger 1 is determined by the inner tube 40 and the outer tube 41 changed.
- Advantageous due to this change in length of the heat exchanger 1 it is, on the one hand, that the dwell time of the yarn in the heat exchanger 1 is changeable at constant delivery speed.
- Another advantage of this version is in that for the insertion of the yarn through the yarn passages 6 of Heat exchanger 1 can be changed to its smallest length, whereby the yarn passages 6 are at a minimum distance from one another. hereby the threading of the yarn through the yarn passages 6 becomes essential relieved, since the guidance by means of auxiliary air flows, for example are passed through the yarn passages 6, is easier possible, because the distances to be covered by the yarn are less are. Threading the yarn into the heat exchanger 1 is thus easier, possible faster and more reliably.
- a further heat exchanger 1 is shown sketched in FIG. Between a tube 35 is arranged in the yarn passages 6.
- the tube 35 has openings 36 on.
- the fluid can flow out of the fluid space through the openings 36 15 penetrate into the tube 35 and thus contact with the through the tube 35th have guided yarn.
- the tube 35 is used in particular for easy insertion of the yarn in the heat exchanger 1.
- the yarn is in the Yarn passage 6 of the yarn inlet 4 is inserted and by means of a suction pipe 37 sucked through the tube 35. Through the tube 35 Yarn better guided in the suction air flow, so that a safe suction and insertion of the yarn into the heat exchanger 1 is possible.
- the yarn is through the insertion bevel 28 to the yarn passage 6 and there is thus reliably a yarn jam avoided in the tube 35. If necessary, the yarn passage 6 for inserting the yarn also enlarged and after inserting it on the original diameter can be reduced. This is done, for example by means of the measures described for changing the yarn passages.
- the features of the described exemplary embodiments are self-evident can be combined with each other.
- the first and also the second fluid can be both liquid, gaseous or vapor.
- the fluid can be colder or warmer than the yarn, which makes the heat exchanger as a cooler or a heater can be used. Especially when the heat exchanger is an active cooler is used, the fluid is usually liquid, whereas with one Use as a heater rather steam is used in the heat exchanger will be.
- the fluid can in particular for better flow around the Threads flow turbulently through the heat exchanger. It can also be used for Have thread running direction transverse flow direction.
- the invention is also not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown. So it is also possible that the top and bottom of the heat exchanger are shifted against each other in the axial direction and thereby the segments are separated from each other, so that the passage for the Yarn is enlarged.
