Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations, installé dans la zone proche de zones de cuisson à découvert ou d'autres zones de préparation culinaire pour la préparation d'aliments, muni d'un dispositif d'aspiration, placé à peu près dans le plan de ces zones, pour les buées partant de cette zone et d'un dispositif d'aspiration pour l'évacuation de ces buées, le dispositif d'aspiration (3) étant déplaçable vers le haut, à partir du plan des zones de cuisson à découvert jusqu'à une hauteur au-delà du récipient de cuisson posé éventuellement sur la zone de cuisson à découvert, en pouvant être positionné à différentes hauteurs, et étant raccordé du point de vue technique du flux avec le dispositif d'aspiration au moyen d'un raccord en tube de longueur réglable ; et le dispositif d'aspiration (3) au-dessus de la hauteur d'un récipient de cuisson posé éventuellement sur la zone de cuisson à découvert étant installé de manière pivotante au-dessus de celui-ci afin de prendre différentes positions de pivotement, caractérisé en ce qu'une mesure de commande (21, 22) pour la position de pivotement du dispositif d'aspiration (3) est installée, qui commande la position de pivotement du dispositif d'aspiration en fonction du réglage en hauteur du dispositif d'aspiration.
  2. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mesure de commande (21, 22) pour la position de pivotement du dispositif d'aspiration (3) comprend la limitation de la position de pivotement du dispositif d'aspiration (3) en fonction du réglage en hauteur.
  3. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la mesure de commande (21, 22) pour la position de pivotement du dispositif d'aspiration (3) comprend le pivotement de retour du dispositif d'aspiration (3) lors de l'abaissement du dispositif d'aspiration dans une position de repos.

  6. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le palier de l'axe pour le dispositif d'aspiration est formé par une colonne (7) en forme de tube, guidée dans des supports de palier (8, 9) placés de manière fixe dans un boítier par rapport à la structure du boítier (1), cette colonne étant couplée à un moteur d'entraínement au moyen d'organes d'entraínement (10, 17, 16) pour le réglage en hauteur en direction axiale.
  7. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que deux supports de palier (8, 9) formés de manière similaire, orientés l'un vers l'autre par un raccordement en colonne (11), sont placés dans des parties éloignées du boítier et en ce qu'entre ces supports de palier (8, 9) est placé un palier de guidage (10), raccordé de manière fixe axialement mais de manière pivotante avec la colonne (7) en forme de tube, déplaçable sur les tiges de la colonne (11) et exécuté de manière similaire aux supports de palier (8, 9), ledit palier de guidage (10) étant raccordé audit dispositif d'entraínement par moteur.
  8. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le palier de guidage (10) est en liaison avec le dispositif de commande par moteur par l'intermédiaire d'une courroie dentée (17) guidée parallèlement à la colonne (7.) en forme de tube au moyen de deux poulies de renvoi (16).
  9. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'une des poulies de renvoi (16) est exécutée comme une roue de courroie dentée et qu'elle est couplée au dispositif de commande par moteur.
  10. Dispositif d'aspiration d'émanations selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un guidage à coulisse (21, 22) est placé entre des parties fixes du boítier et le guide pour le dispositif d'aspiration pour limiter le pivotement du dispositif d'aspiration (3) en fonction du réglage en hauteur de celui-ci.
