Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a combination device with a hob and with an extractor device integrated in the hob.
  • the grill includes an exhaust fan.
  • the support frame of the grill can be folded from an open position to a closed position.
  • the horizontally arranged grill plates are supported in the open position by a retractable leg element. In the closed position, the grill plates are folded vertically together with the leg elements. This enables simple portability and simple stowage.
  • DE 23 31 270 A1 discloses a cooking oven or range that optionally has interchangeable cooking units so that it can be used for various cooking operations.
  • This stove is equipped with a generic extractor hood device.
  • an extractor device In the case of a hob, it is known to use an extractor device to extract vapors and vapors.
  • the extractor device can be arranged in the form of an extractor hood over the hob.
  • so-called hollow ventilation in which the vapors and vapors are sucked in downwards next to the hob.
  • a hollow ventilation device in which a closure element is provided which is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation in the region of the suction opening. In a rotary position, the closing element closes the suction opening. In a further rotational position, a grid of the closing element lies in the suction opening.
  • a disadvantage of this downdraft ventilation is that the construction of the extractor device is complex.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to create a solution in which, with a simple structure, the suction of vapors and vapors from the Guaranteed hob and the ingress of impurities in the unused state of the extractor device can be prevented.
  • the invention is based on the knowledge that this object can be achieved by integrating an extractor device into a hob and at least part of the hob serves to at least temporarily cover the suction opening of the extractor device.
  • a combination device with a hob and an extractor device integrated in the hob with a suction opening the hob having at least one cover plate and at least one heating module arranged below the at least one cover plate
  • the hob having at least two cover plates, of which at least one Cover plate is movably guided on the combination device and at least one of the cover plates in at least one position covers at least part of the suction opening of the extractor device towards the top.
  • the at least two cover plates are slidably mounted on a housing of the combination device, with the cover plates resting against one another in a rest position with mutually facing edges and in an operating position between the mutually facing edges there is a gap which is above the suction opening for sucking air into the extractor device.
  • a domestic appliance is referred to as a combination appliance which has a hob with an integrated extractor device.
  • the extractor hood device is an extractor hood device that sucks in air downwards.
  • the extractor device is integrated in the hob in such a way that the hob and the extractor device are accommodated in a common housing, for example.
  • the hob and the extractor device can also have a common power supply and can be controlled via a common control unit.
  • the extractor device is arranged in such a way that the suction opening of the extractor device is close to the surface of the hob.
  • the extractor device is preferably arranged centrally in the hob between heating modules of the hob.
  • a device is referred to as a hob which has at least two cover plates and at least one heating module.
  • the heating module can be, for example, an electrical heating module with one or more heating coils or an induction module.
  • the at least two cover plates form the top of the hob and preferably of the combination device.
  • the cover plate (s) consists or consist preferably of glass ceramic.
  • the heating module or modules are arranged below the cover plate (s).
  • One or more cooking zones are formed by the heating module or modules.
  • the heating modules are therefore preferably arranged below the cover plates in such a way that the heating modules at least touch the cover plate (s).
  • the extractor device has a suction opening.
  • the suction opening is provided, for example, on an extractor housing of the extractor device.
  • the suction opening can represent the upper edge of the extractor device, for example the upper edge of an extractor housing.
  • Filter elements can be provided in the extractor device in the suction opening or downstream of the suction opening in the direction of flow, that is to say offset downwards.
  • the upper end of the hob is referred to as the cover plate.
  • the component of the hob on which the cooking vessels are placed during cooking is referred to as the cover plate.
  • One or more cooking zones can be formed in the hob, which define the area or areas in which cooking vessels can be heated. The cooking zones are defined by appropriate heating modules below the cover plate.
  • the hob has at least two cover plates.
  • the at least two cover plates are arranged in the same horizontal plane and are arranged adjacent to one another.
  • the cover plates together form the surface of the hob.
  • the cover plates can rest on a housing of the hob, in which the extractor device is also accommodated and which can therefore also be referred to as the housing of the combination device, and be guided on this.
  • the housing can, for example, have a trough shape that is open at the top, in which the heating modules and the extractor device are arranged and which is closed at the top by the cover plates.
  • At least one of the at least two cover plates is movably guided on the combination device.
  • rails or other guide elements can be arranged on the combination device, for example on the housing of the hob.
  • the cover plates are preferably guided so as to be movable relative to one another. This means that at least one cover plate can be moved towards the hob with respect to at least one further cover plate.
  • the further cover plate or the further cover plates can be rigidly connected to the combination device, for example attached to the housing of the hob.
  • the movement of the at least one cover plate preferably represents a movement in the horizontal.
  • At least one of the cover plates covers at least part of the suction opening of the extractor device towards the top.
  • the position is understood to mean the relative position of the at least two cover plates to one another. In one position, the cover plates rest against one another with the edges facing one another. This position is also referred to as the rest position. In another position there is a gap between the facing edges of the cover plates. The suction opening of the extractor hood is located below the gap. The position in which the width of the gap between the cover plates corresponds to the dimensions of the suction opening in this direction, that is to say completely exposes the suction opening, is referred to as the operating position. Between the rest position and the operating position, the cover plates can assume different intermediate positions with respect to one another. In this case, only part of the suction opening of the extractor device is free in the intermediate positions, that is, it is not covered at the top. The other part is covered by part of one or more cover plates.
  • At least one cover plate can be used as a cover for the suction opening of the extractor device, which is arranged below the cover plates.
  • This suction opening can, however, be released again when the extractor device is in operation, that is to say at least one Cover plate is moved so that it no longer covers the suction opening.
  • At least one of the cover plates, which is movably guided is firmly connected to a heating module of the hob. If a plurality of movably guided cover plates are provided, at least one heating module is preferably attached to each of the moveable cover plates, that is to say firmly connected to them. According to the invention, a heating module that is also moved to the same extent when the cover plate is moved is referred to as permanently connected.
  • one or more heating modules are firmly connected to each cover plate.
  • a heating module is firmly connected to a cover plate and a further heating module is separate from a cover plate assigned to it, that is to say is not attached to it.
  • a cover plate assigned to a heating module is a cover plate which lies above the corresponding heating module and through which the heat of the heating module can be given off or induced in a cooking vessel placed on this cover plate.
  • At least one of the cover plates is assigned to each heating module and at least one heating module is rigidly attached to a housing of the combination device separately from the assigned one of the cover plates, which is movably guided.
  • all heating modules can be attached separately to the associated cover plates and in particular not be connected to the cover plates.
  • the separate fastening of the heating modules to the cover plates makes it possible to move the cover plates without changing the position of the heating modules.
  • the heating modules are therefore fixed. This can simplify the construction of the combination device, since guide elements for guiding the cover plates only have to bear a lower weight when they are moved.
  • the electrical connection of fixed heating modules is easier than the connection of movable heating modules.
  • the at least two cover plates are slidably mounted on a housing of the combination device.
  • the housing of the combination device preferably represents the housing in which at least the heating modules of the hob and the extractor device are accommodated.
  • the housing can also be referred to as the housing of the hob, in which at least part of the extractor device is accommodated.
  • Moving the cover plates is a linear movement in the horizontal plane.
  • the suction opening of the extractor device can be covered by several cover plates. In this case, for example, a cover plate with its edge can cover one half and a further cover plate with its edge can cover the second half of the suction opening in the rest position.
  • the overall dimension of the cover plates in one direction is equal to or greater than the dimension of the housing of the combination device in the same direction.
  • the dimension can be the width, for example.
  • the dimension that extends parallel to the front of the combination device is referred to as the width.
  • the front side is understood to be the side of the combination device that faces the user.
  • the total dimension, for example total width, of the two cover plates is understood to be the sum of the dimensions, for example widths, of the two cover plates.
  • the dimension can also be the depth.
  • the dimension that extends perpendicular to the front of the combination device is referred to as depth.
  • the dimension is preferably in the direction in which at least one of the cover plates can be moved, in particular displaced.
  • cover plates By dimensioning the cover plates so that their overall dimensions in one direction are equal to or larger than the corresponding dimensions of the housing of the combination device in the same direction, it can be ensured that in the rest position in which the two cover plates are in contact with one another, the housing will move above is completely covered by the cover plates. Penetration of contaminants into the housing can thus be reliably prevented.
  • the cover plates lie against one another in a rest position with facing edges and in an operating position there is a gap between the facing edges, which is above the suction opening for sucking air into the extractor device.
  • the dimension of the gap in the direction of movement of the cover plates in the operating position preferably corresponds to the dimension of the suction opening of the extractor device in this direction. Since the cover plates can assume these positions, on the one hand, reliable suction can be ensured in the operating position, since the cover plates do not cover the suction opening in this position. On the other hand, a reliable prevention of the ingress of impurities in the rest position can be guaranteed.
  • the at least one cover plate is preferably moved, in particular displaced, by means of a drive unit, which can be a motor, for example.
  • a drive unit which can be a motor, for example.
  • the initiation of the shifting can take place either by manual input on the part of the user or automatically.
  • the combination device therefore has at least one drive unit for moving at least one of the cover plates and the at least one cover plate is automatically moved by the drive unit.
  • the drive unit can be connected to all cover plates and move them.
  • the at least one drive unit is connected to the extractor device for the transmission of control signals.
  • This connection of the control of the drive unit to the extractor device allows the at least one cover plate to be moved as a function of the operating state of the extractor device.
  • the movement of the cover plate (s) can be initiated automatically.
  • the movement of the cover plate (s) can also take place automatically when the extractor device is switched off.
  • the suction opening of the extractor device is not or only slightly is covered by the cover plate (s).
  • the gap between the cover plates can be closed and thus a continuous surface of the hob can be created.
  • the hob has two cover plates which are slidably mounted on the housing of the combination device and between which there is a gap in the middle of the hob in the operating position between the facing edges, which is above the suction opening for sucking air into the extractor device lies.
  • FIG 1 an embodiment of a combination device 1 according to the invention is shown.
  • the combination device 1 has a hob 10.
  • the hob 10 is closed at the top by at least one cover plate 100, 101.
  • the hob 10 has two cover plates 100, 101.
  • the two cover plates 100, 101 are arranged next to one another in a horizontal plane.
  • the two cover plates 100, 101 lie against one another with the edges facing one another. This results in a continuous surface of the hob 1.
  • the hob 10 is in the embodiment according to Figure 1 recorded in a cabinet 2.
  • the hob 10 is at least partially in the worktop 20, which represents the top of the cabinet 2.
  • the combination device 1 also has an extractor device, which in the Figure 1 is not visible.
  • the extractor device lies below the cover plates 100, 101 and is therefore covered by the cover plates 100, 101 when the combination device 1 is in the rest position.
  • the cover plates 100, 101 are moved apart, in particular pushed apart, as shown in FIG Figure 1 is indicated schematically by the arrows. This shifting can be done by a drive unit, for example a motor. The movement of the cover plates 100, 101 creates a gap 104 between them. Below the gap 104 is the suction opening 110 of the extractor device 11. If the suction opening 110 is completely below the gap 104, that is, the suction opening 110 is no longer covered by the cover plates 100, 101 covered, the combination device 1 is in the operating position. In this position, which is in Figure 2 is shown, the extractor device 11 can be operated and air can be sucked in via the gap 104 between the cover plates 100, 101 into the suction opening 110 and above it into the extractor device 11.
  • the cover plates 100, 101 are provided on the combination device 1 in such a way that they can slide along the worktop 20. In the operating position, the cover plates 100, 101 thus cover an area of the worktop 20 which is laterally adjacent to the combination device 1. Since to open the gap 104 between the cover plates 100, 101, which has a width that corresponds to the width of the suction opening 110 of the extractor device 11, each of the cover plates 100, 101 only has to be moved by half the gap width, the protrusion is the when the hob 10 is open at the side edges, low.
  • At least one heating module is arranged in the hob 10 below the cover plates 100, 101.
  • a heating module 103 which is located below the cover plate 101 is arranged, visible.
  • the heating module 103 is preferably an induction module.
  • the cover plates 100, 101 preferably each represent a glass-ceramic plate.
  • a plurality of heating modules are preferably provided and a cover plate 100, 101 is assigned to each heating module. This will be discussed later with reference to the Figures 3 to 6 explained in more detail.
  • FIG. 3 and 4 a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of the combination device 1 is shown.
  • An embodiment of an extractor device 11 can be seen in this illustration.
  • this includes a fan 111 and an extractor housing 112.
  • the combination device 1 also includes a housing 12 which, in the embodiment shown, has a trough shape that is open at the top and is closed at the top by the cover plates 100, 101.
  • the extractor device 11 and the heating modules 102, 103 are accommodated in the housing 12.
  • the fan 111 is arranged on the bottom of the housing 12.

  • the cover plates 100, 101 lie against one another with the edges facing one another.
  • the cover plates 100, 101 each cover half of the housing 12 and also half of the suction opening 110 of the extractor device 11.
  • the top of the hob 10 forms a closed surface. If the cover plates 100, 101 are now moved apart in the horizontal direction, i.e. pushed apart, a gap 104 is created between the mutually facing edges of the cover plates 100, 101 Cover plates 100, 101 was covered, accessible and air can be sucked into the extractor device 11 via this suction opening 110.
  • This position also known as the operating position, is in Figure 4 shown.
  • the state of the combination device 1 in which the suction opening 110 is completely open, that is to say is no longer covered by the cover plates 100, 101 is preferably referred to as the operating position. However, intermediate positions between the rest position and the operating position can also be set, in which the cover plates 100, 101 only partially cover the suction opening 110.
  • the heating modules 102, 103 are each fastened to a cover plate 100, 101, when the cover plates 100, 101 are moved, the heating modules 102, 103 are also moved, that is to say pushed apart. In the embodiment shown, the heating modules 102, 103 rest against the side walls of the housing 12 in the operating position. The heating modules 102, 103 thus prevent the cover plates 100, 101 from being pushed apart further beyond the operating position. However, it can also be provided that the heating modules 102, 103 in the operating position are at a distance from the side walls of the housing 12 and the movement of the cover plates 100, 101 beyond the operating position is prevented, for example, by a stop element.
