Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a combination device with a hob and with an extractor device integrated in the hob and a kitchen cabinet with a combination device.
  • an extractor device In the case of a hob, it is known to use an extractor device to extract vapors and vapors.
  • the extractor device can be arranged in the form of an extractor hood over the hob.
  • so-called hollow ventilation in which the vapors and vapors are sucked in downwards next to the hob.
  • a hollow ventilation device in which a closure element is provided which is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation in the region of the suction opening. In a rotary position, the closing element closes the suction opening. In a further rotational position, a grid of the closing element lies in the suction opening.
  • a cooktop extractor for extracting cooking vapors in a vertically downward direction with a device for reversibly closing and opening the cooking fume inlet opening, which comprises one or more packets of plates that can be reversibly inserted into the cooking fume inlet opening, each packet two or more horizontally includes aligned plates, which over the length or over the width of the cooking fume inlet opening - with opening or closing of the cooking fume inlet opening - are horizontally and completely or partially reversibly slidable back and forth, with a complete displacement of a non-fixed plate a compulsory , causes automatic shifting of the rest of the higher or lower lying plates, which are also not fixed.
  • a disadvantage of this downdraft ventilation is that the construction of the extractor device is complex.
  • a cooking device which consists of two cooking frames. Several cooking zones can be provided in an upper cooking frame.
  • an extractor hood can be integrated in the upper cooking frame.
  • the lower cooking frame can also an extractor hood can be integrated.
  • the inlet of the extractor hood is covered by a grille.
  • a disadvantage of this cooking device is that when the extractor is not in use, impurities can still enter at least the upper extractor.
  • the upper cooking frame is pivotably connected to the lower cooking frame. If the upper cooking frame is swiveled up, the cooking frame can be damaged by bumping into objects.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to create a solution in which, with a simple structure, the extraction of fumes and vapors from the hob can be reliably ensured and the ingress of impurities can be prevented when the extractor device is not in use and in which the hob is nevertheless protected and the combination device is easy and safe to use.
  • the object is therefore achieved by a combination device with a hob and an extractor device integrated in the hob with a suction opening, the hob having at least one cover plate and at least one heating module arranged below the at least one cover plate.
  • the combination device is characterized in that the combination device has a frame, the hob has at least two cover plates, which together form the surface of the hob, of which at least one cover plate is slidably guided in the frame of the combination device, at least one of the cover plates in at least one position at least a part of the suction opening of the extractor device covers upwards, the at least two cover plates are arranged in the same horizontal plane and are arranged adjacent to one another.
  • a domestic appliance is referred to as a combination appliance which has a hob with an integrated extractor device.

  • the heating modules are therefore preferably arranged below the cover plates in such a way that the heating modules at least touch the cover plate (s).
  • the extractor device has a suction opening.
  • the suction opening is provided, for example, on an extractor housing of the extractor device.
  • the suction opening can represent the upper edge of the extractor device, for example the upper edge of an extractor housing.
  • Filter elements can be provided in the extractor device in the suction opening or downstream of the suction opening in the direction of flow, that is to say offset downwards.
  • the upper end of the hob is referred to as the cover plate.
  • the component of the hob on which the cooking vessels are placed during cooking is referred to as the cover plate.
  • One or more cooking zones can be formed in the hob, which define the area or areas in which cooking vessels can be heated. The cooking zones are defined by appropriate heating modules below the cover plate.
  • the hob has at least two cover plates.
  • the at least two cover plates are arranged and are in the same horizontal plane arranged adjacent to one another.

  • the combination device has a frame. At least one of the at least two cover plates is displaceably guided in the frame.
  • the frame extends at least along one edge of the at least two cover plates that face away from one another. The edges are thus two outer edges of the cover plates.
  • the frame can consist of two rails, which represent U-profiles, for example, and the open sides of which face one another.
  • the frame is preferably a closed component that covers all outer edges of the cover plates, that is to say all edges that do not face another cover plate.
  • the frame in which the frame is a circumferential frame, the frame preferably has a U-shaped cross section and the open sides are directed inward.
  • At least one of the cover plates is slidably guided in the frame. According to the invention, one of the cover plates can therefore be held firmly in the frame and another cover plate can be held displaceably in the frame. However, it is preferred that, in an embodiment in which two cover plates are present, both cover plates are held displaceably in the frame.
  • the cover plates are preferably guided so as to be displaceable relative to one another. This means that at least one cover plate can be pushed towards the hob with respect to at least one further cover plate.
  • the displacement of the at least one cover plate preferably represents a displacement in the horizontal.
  • further guide elements for example on the housing of the hob, can be provided in the interior of the combination device, in particular in the interior of the hob.
  • At least one of the cover plates covers at least part of the suction opening of the extractor device towards the top.
  • the position is understood to mean the relative position of the at least two cover plates to one another. In one position, the cover plates rest against one another with the edges facing one another. This position is also referred to as the rest position. In another position there is a gap between the facing edges of the cover plates. The suction opening of the extractor hood is located below the gap. The position in which the width of the gap between the cover plates corresponds to the dimensions of the suction opening in this direction, that is to say completely exposes the suction opening, is referred to as the operating position. Between the rest position and the operating position, the cover plates can assume different intermediate positions with respect to one another. In this case, only part of the suction opening of the extractor device is free in the intermediate positions, that is, it is not covered at the top. The other part is covered by part of one or more cover plates.
  • At least two cover plates are slidably guided in the frame.
  • a cover plate with its edge can cover one half and a further cover plate with its edge can cover the second half of the suction opening in the rest position.
  • At least one cover plate can be used as a cover for the suction opening of the extractor device, which is arranged below the cover plates.
  • This suction opening can, however, be released again when the extractor device is in operation, that is to say at least one cover plate is displaced in such a way that it no longer covers the suction opening.
  • An advantage of the invention is therefore the simpler structure of the combination device in the Compared to a device in which a rotatable cover element or a flap is provided.
  • the frame can prevent the cover plate from hitting objects that are adjacent to the combination field on a worktop, which could occur in an embodiment without a frame.
  • the frame has a height which corresponds to the height of the heating module and the cover plate.
  • at least one of the cover plates, which is slidably guided, is firmly connected to a heating module of the hob.
  • the heating module and the associated cover plate can be moved separately from one another, that is, not connected.
  • the height of the frame corresponds to the sum of the height of the heating module and the height of the cover plate.
  • the height of the frame is the vertical dimension of the receiving space, which is closed off to the side and up and down by the frame.
  • At least one heating module is preferably attached to each of the displaceable cover plates, that is to say firmly connected to them.
  • a heating module is referred to as firmly connected, which is also displaced to the same extent when the cover plate is moved.
  • the heating module or the heating modules can be mounted displaceably in the frame.
  • the heating modules can extend as far as the edge of the cover plate, which is held displaceably in the frame.
  • the embodiment of a frame which has a height that corresponds to the height of the heating module and the cover plate, has the advantage that the frame with the heating modules and cover plates arranged therein on a worktop Kitchen cabinet can be put on. In the interior of the kitchen cabinet, only part of the extractor device, for example the fan, then has to be arranged. This minimizes the space required in the kitchen cabinet.
  • the arrangement of the heating elements and cover plates in a frame on the worktop is possible according to the invention, since the frame protects both the cover plates and the heating modules.
  • the frame is preferably a circumferential frame that covers and thus protects all outer edges of the cover plates and heating modules.
  • one or more heating modules are firmly connected to each cover plate.
  • a heating module is firmly connected to a cover plate and a further heating module is separate from a cover plate assigned to it, that is to say is not attached to it.
  • a cover plate assigned to a heating module is a cover plate which lies above the corresponding heating module and through which the heat of the heating module can be given off or induced in a cooking vessel placed on this cover plate.
  • the frame has a height that corresponds to the height of the cover plate, one of the cover plates is assigned to each heating module and at least one heating module is rigidly attached to a housing of the combination device separately from the assigned one of the cover plates, which is slidably guided .
  • all heating modules can be attached separately to the associated cover plates and in particular not be connected to the cover plates.
  • the separate fastening of the heating modules to the cover plates makes it possible to move the cover plates without changing the position of the heating modules.
  • the heating modules are therefore fixed. This can simplify the construction of the combination device, since the frame only has to serve to guide the cover plates and can thus have a smaller dimension.
  • only the weight of the cover plates has to be moved, that is to say shifted, by a drive of the combination device. Therefore, the required drive can be made smaller.
  • the electrical connection of fixed heating modules is easier than the connection of movable heating modules.
  • the overall dimension of the cover plates in one direction is smaller than the dimension of the frame of the combination device in the same direction.
  • the dimension of the frame is the distance between two parallel side walls of the frame that face away from the opening formed by the frame.
  • the dimension can be the width, for example.
  • the dimension that extends parallel to the front of the combination device is referred to as the width.
  • the front side is understood to be the side of the combination device that faces the user.
  • the total dimension, for example total width, of the two cover plates is understood to be the sum of the dimensions, for example widths, of the two cover plates.
  • the dimension can also be the depth.
  • the dimension that extends perpendicular to the front of the combination device is referred to as depth.
  • the dimension is preferably in the direction in which at least one of the cover plates can be displaced.
  • a gap can be formed between the cover plates by moving one or more of the cover plates.
  • At least the upper edge of the frame has a width which corresponds to at least half the width of the suction opening of the extractor device. This dimensioning of the edge of the frame can ensure that in the idle state in which the cover plates rest against one another with the edges facing each other, the entire opening of the frame is covered by the cover plates and thus no contaminants can penetrate into the combination device.
  • the cover plates are in a rest position with mutually facing edges against each other and in an operating position there is a gap between the mutually facing edges, which is above the suction opening for sucking air into the extractor device.
  • the dimension of the gap in the direction of movement of the cover plates in the operating position preferably corresponds to the dimension of the suction opening of the extractor device in this direction. Since the cover plates can assume these positions, on the one hand, reliable suction can be ensured in the operating position, since the cover plates do not cover the suction opening in this position. On the other hand, a reliable prevention of the ingress of impurities in the rest position can be guaranteed.
  • the edges of the cover plate facing away from the gap are in contact with one side wall of the frame.
  • the side wall of the frame In the case of a frame that consists of a U-shaped profile, in particular the base of the profile is referred to as the side wall of the frame. Since the cover plate rests against the respective side wall of the frame, the cover plates can be prevented from sliding apart beyond the operating position. However, it is also possible that the cover plates are in the operating position at a distance from the side wall of the frame and the sliding of the cover plates beyond the operating position is prevented by a mechanical stop which is provided in the frame.
  • At least one of the cover plates has at least two cooking zone displays.
  • a marking is referred to as a cooking zone display which shows the user of the combination device in which area a heating module is located below the cover plate and which can therefore be used as a cooking zone.
  • the provision of at least two cooking zone displays is advantageous. In the operating position and the rest position, the cooking zones defined by the heating modules are in different positions. It is therefore helpful if the different cooking zones are displayed.
  • the cooking zone displays represent markings on the cover plate. These can be applied to the top of the cover plate or integrated into the cover plate.
  • the cooking zone displays can be lighting elements or lighting means for Illuminate at least a part of the cooking zone. These lighting elements can be LEDs, for example, which are arranged below the cover plate. The lighting elements can, for example, illuminate the edge of the respective cooking zone.
  • This embodiment has the advantage that the cooking zone displays can be generated in accordance with the current position of the combination appliance. For example, the cooking zone is positioned differently in a rest position than in the operating position.
  • the at least one cover plate is preferably moved by means of a drive unit, which can be a motor, for example.
  • a drive unit which can be a motor, for example.
  • the initiation of the shifting can take place either by manual input on the part of the user or automatically.
  • the combination device therefore has at least one drive unit for moving at least one of the cover plates.
  • the at least one cover plate is preferably automatically displaced by the drive unit.
  • the drive unit can be connected to all cover plates and move them.
  • each cover plate is assigned its own drive unit.
  • the at least one drive unit is particularly preferably connected to the extractor device for the transmission of control signals.
  • This connection of the control of the drive unit to the extractor device allows the at least one cover plate to be moved as a function of the operating state of the extractor device.
  • the cover plate (s) can be automatically initiated.
  • the closing of the cover plate (s) can also take place automatically when the extractor device is switched off.

  • the top sides of the frame are wider at the two side edges than at the front and rear edges of the frame.
  • the outer edges of the cover plates which are displaced in the width direction of the frame, can be protected by the frame both in the rest position and in the operating position. If the heating modules and the cover plates are held in an external frame which is positioned on the worktop of a cabinet, the top drawer of the cabinet can still be used, for example, as storage space.
  • the high frame can also be integrated into the worktop instead of on the worktop. In this case, the top of the frame is flush with the countertop. This type of installation is also known as "piano a filo".
  • a different type of frame is used.
  • a thin, that is to say flat, frame is used which only surrounds the cover plates, that is to say accommodates their outer edges.
  • the frame can be arranged on the worktop or in the worktop, in particular flush with the worktop.
  • the heating modules are fixedly mounted in the combination device.
  • the cover plates can be moved separately to the heating modules. This changes the position of the cooking zones on the cover plates.
  • One or more cooking zones can be used.
  • a marking on the cover plates can define the two different cooking zones, in particular the cooking zone in the case of the combination device in the rest position and the cooking zone in the case of the combination device in the operating position.
  • the cooking zones can be round.
  • no markings are provided on the cover plates but a lighting system is provided under the cover plates, through which the respective cooking zones, for example their edges, are illuminated.
  • the lighting means or lighting elements can in particular be LEDs.
  • a clean visual impression can be achieved through the continuous surface of the hob in the rest position.
  • the hob appears to the user as a conventional, uninterrupted hob.
  • the hob has a flat design in the operating position. In particular, no covers protrude upwards, as would be the case with cover flaps. This prevents the cooking vessels from hitting them.
  • all technical parts of the extractor device such as filters or housings, are covered by the cover plates and are therefore not visible to the user.
  • the extractor device is protected against the ingress of contamination by the cover plates in the rest position.
  • the cover plates are protected in both positions (operating and rest position) by the frame.
  • the upper drawer of a cabinet, on whose work surface the frame of the combination device is installed, can still be used as storage space, for example.
