Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotary drive for the Webblatt tract a loom after the Features of the preamble of claims 1 and 5.
- weaving machines Commonly known in weaving machines is that the drive carrying the reed Blade support from the main drive of the weaving machine via suitable gear means is derived. It turns out in weaving machines, the most recent state of the art represent the rigid coupling between the main drive respectively the Main drive shaft and the blade support more and more as a limitation for the weaving operation, because such a coupling brings disadvantages of the shape that a change of Swivel angle of the blade support or the reed without expensive measures not possible.
- EP 0 892 100 A1 discloses a device for changing the stop position of a reed in a weaving machine.
- the drive of the blade support (sley) is derived from the main drive of the loom.
- the blade support is known to be pivotable about a pivot axis for performing an oscillating reciprocating motion, wherein a drive member is operatively connected via gearing means to a pivot axis provided in the blade support.
- the reed should thus in addition to the basic movement in a position to be able to change its stop position, for example in the production of terry toweling.
- the drive for carrying out the basic movement of the blade support in a known manner via an operative connection with the main drive of the loom.
- EP 0 440 579 B1 discloses a drive system for a reed bearing leaf reed, which drive system is effective independently of the main drive of the weaving machine.
- the drive system is comprised of means for transmitting a variable speed of an electric motor to the shaft of the reed bearing blade, the motor being controlled by a speed varying controller.
- the transmission of the drive power of the electric motor to the blade support shaft thus requires a drive system, for example in the form of at least one coupling gear or an eccentric gear or a belt drive.
- Such drive systems require a corresponding space within the loom.
- the drive systems are also susceptible to wear and maintenance.
- the reed is to be offset by means of an electromagnetic linear actuator in a controlled, reciprocating motion.
- the reed bearing the reed supports a connecting rod.
- the connecting rod and an electromagnet form the electromagnetic linear drive for the blade support or the reed.
- Such a drive allows both adjust the pivot angle of the blade support arbitrarily, regardless of the main drive of the loom, as well as the sheet stop frequency to meet the needs in a simple manner.
- the article according to DE 198 21 094 A1 has not insignificant disadvantages.
- the connecting rod represents as a Kontrukomselement a critical solution because its connection to the blade support requires storage, which is subject to considerable wear. Within a short time intervals pending maintenance would be the result, which would significantly affect the productivity of such a loom.
- An unnoticed bearing clearance translates to the stop movement of the reed in the sense that the quality of the sheet stops is different. These differences are clearly visible in the fabric produced, namely as insufficiently dense or extremely dense areas (stripes).
- the object of the invention is to provide a drive for the reed bearing leaf support, which avoids the negative factors of the prior art.
- the blade propulsion drive should, in particular with regard to required performance parameters of the weaving machine, not restrictive act, the blade propulsion system massearm trained and require no additional space, the leaf propulsion drive should realize a constant dynamics of the leaf supports in each phase of the weaving process, ie starting with the start of the loom , the leaf prop drive should avoid points of contact in the tissue and finally the leaf propeller drive should be suitable both for weaving smoothing and for weaving terry cloth.
- the ansich known shaft of the blade support of a loom part of an electromotive direct rotary drive which has a stator and optionally an inner rotor or an outer rotor.
- the shaft is received as a stator in an outer rotor with an electrically active region and a mounting part and rotatably mounted in the loom.
- the reed is, as known per se, via a blade strip and normally connected via a plurality of leaf supports with the mounting part of the outer rotor non-positively.
- stator forming part in the swivel range of Leaf supports has a segment-like recess.
- the drives are designed for the blade support shaft as a radially oriented linear motors.
- the blade support shaft may be a fixed or rotatable structural element.
- the leaf supports connected to the blade support shaft are pivotally received in bearings in the case of the stationary blade support shaft about the longitudinal center axis of the blade support shaft.
- the blade supports are formed at least in a region between the blade rail and its bearing on the blade support shaft segmental that one or two sides on the segment-like surfaces several permanent magnets are arranged, which form the secondary part (slide) of an electromagnetic linear motor according to the invention together with the blade support.
- the primary part of the linear motor form coils which are arranged on a likewise segment-like and rotatably connected to the blade support shaft associated coil carrier, namely the position of the permanent magnets of the secondary part accordingly.
- the primary and secondary parts positioned in this way each form a disk armature motor.
- the blade support shaft 4 is a loom, not shown as a stator with Coils 5 formed.
- the direct rotary drive is e.g. an electric servomotor.
- the external rotor of the direct rotary drive 1 is formed by a magnet 6 receiving carrier ring 7.
- the blade support 2 is connected by connecting means 24 with the support ring 7.
- An anchored to the blade support 2 sheet bar 9 carries the reed. 3
- the reed 3 with the sheet bar 9 and blade support 2 is in a position in which at least one weft thread 12 is entered into a shed 11 formed of warp threads 10.
- the weft 12 is struck against the stop edge 13A of the fabric 13.

Description
- Figur 1
- den elektromotorischen Direktdrehantrieb der Webblattstütze mit Webblatt einer Webmaschine als Servoaußenläufer in der Seitenansicht;
- Figur 2
- den elektromotorischen Direktdrehantrieb der Webblattstütze mit Webblatt einer Webmaschine als Servoinnenläufer in der Seitenansicht;
- Figur 3
- den elektromotorischen Direktdrehantrieb gem. Figur 2 in der Draufsicht,
- Figur 4
