Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Schalten von mehreren Stromkreisen in einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere Lichtstromkreise, wobei mehrere Positionen eines Betätigungselements (3) binär codiert werden, die binäre Codierung einer Logik zugeführt wird und die Logik die Schaltung der Stromkreise steuert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Position des Betätigungselements (3) redundant abgesichert und dadurch eine Fehlfunktion erkannt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Codierung von der Logik über ein Bussystem ausgelesen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Logik als zentrale Logik zur Steuerung weiterer elektrischer Funktionen und der jeweiligen Stromkreise ausgebildet ist.
- Schalter für ein Fahrzeug, insbesondere Lichtschalter, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Betätigungselement (3) und einer Schalteinrichtung zur Erreichung mehrerer Schaltzustände abhängig von der Position des Betätigungselements (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalteinrichtung aus mehreren Schaltelementen mit jeweils zwei Schaltzuständen aufgebaut ist, so dass sich eine binäre Codierung der Schaltzustände aller Schaltelemente (11-13) abhängig von der Stellung des Betätigungselements (3) ergibt, um über eine Logik die Stromkreise zu schalten und die Schalteinrichtung für mindestens eine Position des Betätigungselements (3) wenigstens ein weiteres Schaltelement (14) aufweist, um diese mindestens eine Position unabhängig von den Schaltzuständen der übrigen Schaltelemente (11-13) redundant abzusichern. - Schalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltelemente als Niederleistung schaltende Mikroschalter (11-14) ausgebildet sind.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement als Drehknopf (3) ausgebildet ist, der über eine Achse (5) mit einer Profilscheibe (7) zur Betätigung der Schaltelemente (11-14) verbunden ist.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilscheibe auf der Achse drehfest und längsverschiebbar gelagert ist, so dass der Drehknopf (3) mit seiner Drehachse zur Betätigung weiterer Schaltelemente (15, 16) herauszieh - und hineinschiebbar ist.
