Abstract

Markisenstoff, hergestellt aus Polyester (PES)-Filamentgarn (Endlosgarn) und/oder ­Monofilgarn.

Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Markisenstoff und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung sowie auf eine Markise mit einem derartigen Markisenstoff.
An Markisenstoffe werden hohe Anforderungen an UV-Lichtstabilität, Reißfestigkeit, Wetterstabilität und Wasser- und Schmutzabstoßung gestellt. Herkömmlicherweise werden sie deshalb aus spinndüsengefärbten Polyacrylnitrilfasern (PAC) unter Verwendung von Zwirnen der Feinheit Nm 34x2 (dtex 588) hergestellt. Zur Erzielung einer guten Wasserabstoßung und eines klaren Erscheinungsbildes der Längsstreifen der Musterung werden ca. 30 Kettfäden/cm und ca. 15 Schußfäden/cm eingesetzt. Das entsprechende Gewebe wird dann mit griffverbessernden und wasserabstoßenden Kunstharzen ausgerüstet.
Vereinzelt wurde auch versucht, andere Fasermaterialien einzusetzen, wobei sich diese aber vor allem wegen der mangelnden UV-Stabilität der Fasern und der Farbstoffe nicht durchsetzen konnten. Das Flächengewicht dieser Stoffe lag bei 300 g/qm und darüber.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Markisenstoff zu schaffen, welcher bei guter UV-Stabilität und Wetterfestigkeit ein möglichst niedriges Flächengewicht aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß er aus Polyester (PES)-Filamentgarn (Endlosgarn) hergestellt ist.
Der Kern der Erfindung besteht also darin, daß man nicht nur herkömmlicherweise kaum eingesetztes Polyestergarn verwendet, sondern dieses speziell in Form eines Endlosgarns statt des herkömmlicherweise verwendeten Stapelfasergarns.
Durch ein derartiges Endlosgarn wird die Oberfläche sehr viel glatter, was der Verschmutzung entgegenwirkt. Es wird durch das Polyester-Garn eine sehr hohe Reißfestigkeit erreicht. Außerdem wird eine sehr hohe Resistenz gegen UV-Strahlung dadurch gewährleistet, daß Polyester-Filamentgarn einen runden Querschnitt aufweist, Mattierungs- und Gleitmittel, die herkömmlicherweise eine Keimzelle für den Faserabbau durch UV-Strahlen bilden, werden in den Fasern in geringsten Mengen eingesetzt, vorzugsweise unter 0,05 %. Herkömmlicherweise beträgt dieser Wert 1,5 % bei matten Fasertypen und 0,3 - 0,5 % bei halbmatten Fasertypen.
Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, daß die Kettfadendichte bei 35 bis 50 Fäden/cm und die Schußfadendichte bei 20 bis 25 Fäden/cm liegt.
Ein im Rahmen der Erfindung bevorzugtes und erzielbares Flächengewicht liegt bei 200 bis 250 g/qm. Aufgrund dieses geringen Flächengewichtes wickelt der Markisenstoff auf der Tuchhülle der Markise weniger dick auf und erlaubt größere Nahtabstände als die bisher üblichen 120 cm. Dadurch wird eine preisgünstigere Konfektionierung des Markisentuches erreicht und die gesamte Markise kann schlanker gebaut werden. Dem bekannten sogenannten "Tannenbaumeffekt", der durch die Dickenüberlagerung der aufeinandergewickelten Nahtbereiche bedingt ist, wird entgegengewirkt. Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, daß der Markisenstoff ein Flächengewicht von 200 bis 250 g/qm aufweist. Damit liegt das Flächengewicht deutlich niedriger als dasjenige herkömmlicher Markisenstoffe, deren Gewicht über 300 g/qm lag.
Vorteilhafterweise ist der Markisenstoff naßgefärbt, vorzugsweise mit einem Dispersionsfarbstoff, wie Nitro-, Azo- sowie Anthrachinonfarbstoffe. Es wird also nicht die übliche Spinndüsen-Färbung beim Primärspinnen verwendet, sondern das Färben erfolgt in wässriger Lösung beim Verarbeiter, was eine starke Ausweitung der ansonsten begrenzten Farbpalette ermöglicht.
Weiterhin ist mit Vorteil ein UV-Blocker vorgesehen, der es ermöglicht, die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Polyester-Garne in der erforderlichen Echtheit naß zu färben. Hierfür geeignete UV-Blocker sind auf der Basis eines Triazinderivates aufgebaut. Dieser UV-Blocker kann im Färbebad aufgebracht werden.
Die Erfindung richtet sich auch auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Markisenstoffes, wonach vorgesehen ist, daß er aus Polyester-Filamentgarn gewebt, naßgefärbt und in einem Spannrahmen bei einer Temperatur von ca. 185 ° fixiert wird. Als Mattierungs- und Gleitmittel wird Titandioxid in einer Menge von weniger als 0,05 % in die Faser eingebracht.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiterhin auch eine Markise mit einem vorstehend beschriebenen Markisenstoff.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert:

  • In beiden Ausführungsbeispielen wird der so gewonnene Markisenstoff naßgefärbt mit Dispersionsfarbstoffen, wie Nitro-, Azo- sowie Anthrachinonfarbstoffen. Dem Färbebad ist ein UV-Blocker auf Basis eines Triazinderivates zugesetzt. In einem Spannrahmen wird das Gewebe dann bei höheren Temperaturen gespannt und wieder abgekühlt. Damit sind Spannungen im Gewebe fixiert.

    Claims (11)

    1. Markisenstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Polyester (PES)-Filamentgarn (Endlosgarn) und/oder - Monofilgarn hergestellt ist.
    2. Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Flächengewicht von 200 bis 250 g/qm aufweist.
    3. Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er naßgefärbt ist, insbesondere mittels eines Dispersionsfarbstoffes, wie Nitro-, Azo- sowie Anthrachinonfarbstoffe.
    4. Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein UV-Blocker vorgesehen ist.
    5. Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der UV-Blocker auf der Basis eines Triazinderivates aufgebaut ist.
    6. Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polyester-Garn rund ist.
    7. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Markisenstoffes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Polyester-Filamentgarn und/oder - Monofilgarn gewebt wird.
    8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Markisenstoffes nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er naßgefärbt wird.
    9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Markisenstoffes nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in einem Spannrahmen bei einer Temperatur von ca. 185 ° fixiert wird.
    10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Markisenstoffes nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mattierungs- und Gleitmittel Titandioxid in einer Menge von weniger als 0,05 % in die Faser eingebracht werden.
    11. Markise, insbesondere Gelenkarm- oder Wintergartenmarkise, umfassend einen Markisenstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
