Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Verdichten von textilen Flächengebilden in Längs- und Querrichtung aus Polyesterfilamentgarnen, wobei ein Teil aus hochschrumpfenden Polyesterfilamentgarnen und ein Teil aus normalschrumpfenden Polyesterfilamentgarnen zu einem Flächengebilde verarbeitet werden und das Flächengebilde spannungslos bei 60 bis 200°C thermisch behandelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächengebilde zu einem ebenen Flächengebilde verarbeitet wird, wobei die normalschrumpfenden und die hochschrumpfenden Polyesterfilamentgarne aus dem gleichen Polymer bestehen und die hochschrumpfenden Polyesterfilamentgarne kaltverstreckte Polyester-POY mit einem Kochschrumpf von wenigstens 20 % sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Warenschrumpf längs und/oder quer wenigstens 15 %, bezogen auf die Ausgangsdimensionen, beträgt.
- Anwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 zur Herstellung von verdichteten Web-, Maschen- und Tuftingwaren.
- Anwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 zur Herstellung von verdichteten Polwaren.
- Anwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 3 zur Erhöhung der Noppenhaftung bei Polware.
