篷帐织物
技术领域
本发明涉及篷帐织物及其生产方法,也涉及含此篷帐织物的篷帐。
背景技术
由于其耐紫外光、耐撕裂、耐老化、防水和防污,对篷帐织物有巨大的需求。传统上,它们由使用支数为Nm 34×2(dtex 588)的强纱的纺染聚丙烯腈(PAC)长丝生产得到。为了得到良好的防水性和清晰的纵向条纹图案,使用约30经纱/厘米和约15纬纱/厘米,然后将相应的织布进行硬挺处理和防水人造树脂处理。
在一些情况下,也试图使用其它类型的长丝织物,但是未能得到认可,主要是因为缺乏对紫外光稳定的长丝和染料。这些织物单位面积的重量为不小于300克/平方米。
发明内容
以上述内容为出发点,本发明的目标是创造一种篷帐织物,它具有最可能低的单位面积重量,同时具有良好的对紫外光稳定性和耐候性。
由聚酯(PES)长丝纱(连续长丝纱)生产篷帐织物,以此方式满足了本发明的目标。由此本发明的核心不仅在于使用不经常使用的聚酯纱,而且特别地以连续长丝纱代替通常的切断长丝纱的形式使用聚酯纱。
由于使用此类的连续长丝纱,表面变得更平滑,这可减少沾污。聚酯纱表现为十分耐撕裂。基于聚酯长丝纱具有圆形截面,和基于消光剂和润滑剂(它们通常形成紫外射线降解长丝的核)以少量使用,对紫外射线的高耐受性得到进一步保证。传统上,对消光长丝型的该百分数为1.5%,对半消光长丝型的该百分数为0.3至0.5%。
优选采取措施使纬纱密度为35至50纱/厘米和经纱率为20至25纱/厘米。
本发明框架内优选且可得到的单位面积重量为200至250克/平方米。基于这样低的单位面积重量,篷帐织物以较小的厚度环绕篷帐的布罩,容许接缝之间的距离比至今仍习以为常的120厘米更宽。其结果是篷帐布的缝合更经济,整个篷帐可建得更轻。已知的由在接缝面积上部互相叠加的厚度导致的称之为“圣诞树效应”的现象被抵消。
优选采取措施使此篷帐织物的单位面积重量在200至250克/平方米之间,因而此单位面积重量明显比传统篷帐织物的低,传统篷帐织物的单位面积重量超过300克/平方米。
有利地将篷帐织物湿染,优选以蒽醌基分散染料湿染。使用的分散染料为硝基染料、偶氮染料和蒽醌染料。这意指在此情况下不采用在主要纺织过程中的传统纺染,而是可根据加工者的要求在水溶液中染色,因此显著加宽通常局限的颜色范围。
更进一步,提供紫外光阻隔剂(UV block)是有利的,它容许本发明聚酯纱按所要求的坚牢度进行湿染。合适的紫外光阻隔剂是三嗪衍生物基的阻隔剂,可将此紫外光阻隔剂加入染液中。
本发明也涉及生产篷帐织物的方法,由此采取措施,由聚酯长丝纱编织篷帐织物、将其湿染并在约185℃下放置在拉幅机中。作为消光剂和润滑剂,二氧化钛加入纤维中的量不超过0.05%。
本发明进一步的一个主题是使用上述篷帐织物的篷帐。
以优选的实施方案为基础,在下面对本发明进行进一步描述。

实施方案1:
经纱率:38.5纱/厘米,PES长丝dtex 167/2
纬纱密度:22.0纱/厘米,PES长丝纱dtex 167/2
单位面积重量为约235克/平方米
实施方案2:
经纱率:46.5纱/厘米,PES长丝dtex 110/2
纬纱密度:21.0纱/厘米,PES长丝纱dtex 167/2
单位面积重量为约200克/平方米
在两个实施方案中,以此方式得到的篷帐织物以蒽醌基分散染料进行湿染。将以三嗪衍生物为基础的紫外光阻隔剂加到染液中,然后将此织物在高温下放置在拉幅机中,再冷却下来,张力由此固定在织物中。

Claims (10)

1.一种篷帐织物,它由湿染的聚酯连续长丝纱和/或聚酯单长丝纱制成,其特征在于,所述湿染的纱线是由蒽醌基分散染料湿染的。
2.权利要求1的篷帐织物,其特征在于,它的单位面积重量为200至250克/平方米。
3.权利要求1的篷帐织物,其特征在于,它具有紫外光阻隔剂。
4.权利要求3的篷帐织物,其特征在于,紫外光阻隔剂为三嗪衍生物基的。
5.权利要求4的篷帐织物,其特征在于,聚酯纱是圆形的。
6.篷帐,其包含权利要求1-5中任一项的篷帐织物。
7.根据权利要求6的篷帐,其为具有接合在一起的区域的篷帐。
8.根据权利要求6的篷帐,其为遮阳篷帐。
9.一种篷帐织物,它由分散染料湿染的且具有圆形横截面的聚酯长丝纱制成,并包含消光剂和润滑剂,所述聚酯长丝纱为连续长丝纱和/或单长丝纱,所述织物具有纬纱密度为35至50纱/厘米和经纱率为20至25纱/厘米且单位面积重量为200至250克/平方米。
10.根据权利要求8的篷帐织物,其中所述分散性染料包括一种硝基染料、一种叠氮染料或蒽醌基染料,并含有一种三嗪衍生物基的紫外光阻隔剂。
