Claims (7)
- Fadenführer (11) für Flachstrickmaschinen mit einem Fadenführerbügel (31), gekennzeichnet durch eine Fadenumlenkrolle (41) für den Faden (10), die in horizontaler Richtung versetzt zur senkrechten Mittelachse (71) des Fadenführers (11) anordenbar ist und die den Strickfaden (10) einer an der Spitze des Fadenführerbügels (31) angeordneten Leitöse (51) zuführt.
- Fadenführer (11) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der horizontale Abstand (A) der Fadenumlenkrolle (41) zur senkrechten Mittelachse (71) des Fadenführers (11) einstellbar ist.
- Fadenführer (11) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (41) den Faden (10) der an der Spitze des Fadenführerbügels (31) befindlichen Leitöse (51) derart zuleitet, dass der der Öse (51) zugeleitete Fadenabschnitt (10'') mit dem von der Öse (51) abgehenden Fadenabschnitt (10''') einen flachen Winkel einschließt.
- Fadenführer (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (41) in Bewegungsrichtung (60, 70) des Fadenführers (11) voreilend vor der Mittelachse (71) des Fadenführers (11) anordenbar ist.
- Fadenführer (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (41) mittels einer Mechanik mit dem Fadenführerantrieb gekoppelt ist.
- Fadenführer (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (41) mit einer geringen Rollreibung an einer Achse (61) gelagert ist.
- Fadenführer (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkrolle (41) aus einem leichten Material gefertigt ist.
