Claims (11)
- Farbwerk mit Farbzuführeinrichtung für einen Farbduktor (01) mit einer Mehrzahl von in einer Farbzuführleiste (03) nebeneinander angeordneten Farbzuführungen (05; 06; 07), wobei die Farbzuführungen (05; 06; 07) je Farbzone des Farbduktors (01) eine Farbzuführleitung (09) und mindestens eine Hauptkammer (13) aufweisen, wobei deren Ende (14) unmittelbar am Farbduktor (01) mündet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Strömungsrichtung (A) der Druckfarbe gesehen, am Einlass (12) der Hauptkammer (13) eine Vorkammer (11) angeordnet ist und daß die Vorkammer (11) eine Breite (b) aufweist, die zumindest dem zweifachen des Durchmessers (d) der Farbzuführleitung (09) entspricht.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Hauptkammer (13) in Strömungsrichtung (A) gesehen, verbreitert und sich in ihrer Dicke (e) verringert.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptkammer (13) in Strömungsrichtung (A) gesehen, an ihrem Einlass (12) eine geringere Breite (b) aufweist als an ihrem Ende (14).
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbzuführleiste (03) zumindest eine die Vorkammern (11), die Hauptkammern (13) und die Überströmöffnungen (18) abdeckende Verschlußleiste (08) aufweist.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende (14) der Hauptkammer (13) als Schlitzdüse (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitzdüse (16) etwa in tangentialer Richtung zum Farbduktor (01) weist.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Arbeitsdrehrichtung (F) des Farbduktors (01) gesehen, hinter der Farbzuführeinrichtung (02) eine Rakeleinrichtung (23) angeordnet ist.
- Farbwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Rakel (24) der Rakeleinrichtung (23) in einem positiven Anstellwinkel an den Farbduktor (01) anstellbar ist.
- Farbwerk nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rakel (24) mittels einer auf der Verschlußleiste (08) angeordneten Halteleiste (26) festklemmbar angeordnet ist.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Bereich in der Nähe einer Vorderkante (27) der Rakel (24) in radialer Richtung des Farbduktors (01) verstellbar ist.
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Länge der Farbzuführeinrichtung (02) zumindest einer Viertelbreite des Farbduktors (01) entspricht.
