Claims (6)
- Ausleger einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Druckmaschine, miteiner die verarbeiteten Bogen (3) von einer Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit auf eine Ausgabegeschwindigkeit abbremsenden Bogenbremse (11),einem Bogenförderer (4), der die verarbeiteten Bogen (3) mit der Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit in einer Förderrichtung transportiert und an die Bogenbremse (11) übergibt,
undeinem betriebsmäßig mit einem Unterdruckerzeuger (24) verbundenen Spalt (25), über welchen der Bogenförderer (4) die Bogen (3) zu deren Glättung vor deren Übergabe an die Bogenbremse (11) hinwegzieht, - Ausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenbremse (11) einen eine zylindrische Mantelfläche aufweisenden Rotationskörper (29) umfasst, der betriebsmäßig zwangsweise mit einer gegenüber der Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit kleineren Umfangsgeschwindigkeit rotiert, mit der Mantelfläche eine bezüglich der Förderrichtung stromabwärts gelegene erste Berandung (26) des Spaltes (25) ausbildet und einen jeweiligen an die Bogenbremse (11) übergebenen und abgebremsten Bogen (3) in der Förderrichtung über den Spalt (25) hinwegzieht. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine bezüglich der Förderrichtung stromaufwärts gelegene zweite Berandung (27) des Spaltes (25) an einem betriebsmäßig still stehenden Bauteil (30) ausgebildet ist. - Ausleger nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen weiteren zylindrischen Rotationskörper (35), der mit seiner Mantelfläche eine bezüglich der Förderrichtung stromaufwärts gelegene zweite Berandung (27') des Spaltes (25) ausbildet, und eine betriebsmäßig gleiche Drehbewegung der beiden Rotationskörper (29 und 35) - Ausleger nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die erste Berandung (26) bildende zylindrische Rotationskörper (29) als Hohlkörper mit einem Mantel (31) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem Innenraum des Hohlkörpers kommunizierende Durchbrechungen (32) aufweist. - Bogen verarbeitende Maschine, insbesondere eine Druckmaschine
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Ausleger (1) nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
