Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Sortierung, Unterteilung, einer Fraktion aus ggf. unterschiedlichen Teilfraktionen beliebiger Art nach Dichte und/oder Korngrösse mit zumindest einem Förderelement (3), insbesondere mit einer Mehrzahl nebeneinander über wenigstens eine Kurbelwelle (2.1, 2.2) gelagerte Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderelement (3), insbesondere die zumindest eine Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) zumindest einen Absatz (13) aufweist. - Vorrichtung zur Sortierung, Unterteilung, einer Fraktion aus ggf. unterschiedlichen Teilfraktionen beliebiger Art nach Dichte und/oder Korngrösse mit zumindest einem Förderelement (3), insbesondere mit einer Mehrzahl nebeneinander über wenigstens eine Kurbelwelle (2.1, 2.2) gelagerte Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderelement (3), insbesondere die zumindest eine Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) zumindest einen überlappenden, insbesondere übergreifenden Absatz (13), insbesondere Überhang (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Förderelement (3), insbesondere der zumindest einen Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) zumindest ein Element (5) mit wählbaren Durchlassöffnungen (6) auswechselbar zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderelemente (3), insbesondere Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.6) zwei oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Teil (10.1) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) einen zweiten Teil (10.2) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) überlappt, wobei der erste Teil (10.1) beabstandet zu dem zweiten Teil (10.2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Teil (10.1, 10.2) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) ein etwa lotrecht ausgebildeter Steg (12) zur Bildung des Absatzes (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Endbereich des ersten Teiles (10.1) ein Anfangsbereich des zweiten Teiles (10.2) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) überlappt, insbesondere mittels des Überhanges (15) übergreift.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (10.1) der Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) in unterschiedlichen Winkeln (α, χ) geneigt ist und einen Knick (17) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Beschickung im Bereich des Knickes (17) auf die Förderelemente (3), insbesondere Förderleisten (4.1 bis 4.6) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Förderelement (3), insbesondere die Förderleiste (4.1 bis 4.6) aus zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Profilen (7.1, 7.2) gebildet ist, auf welchen eine Mehrzahl von Mitnehmern (9), wiederlösbar festlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitnehmer (9) dreieckartig, gleichschenklig oder gleichseitig ausgebildet sind und quer die jeweiligen benachbarten Profile (7.1, 7.2) übergreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) grösser als der Winkel (χ) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Winkel (β) des zweiten Teiles zwischen (α) und (χ) liegt.
