Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Gegenstromkaskadenspüle, die zur naßchemischen Oberflächenbehandlung dem Prozeßteil oder einem Nachbehandlungsteil einer Anlage zum Behandeln metallischer Bänder nachgeschaltet ist und bei der jede Spülstufe neben einem Anschluß an eine zentrale Frischwasservolumen-Zuführung ein Spülwasser-Kreislaufsystem aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus dem einer jeden Spülstufe zugehörigen Spülwasser-Kreislaufsystem ein Teilstrom als Bypass-Strom abgezweigt und der jeweils vorhergehenden Spülstufe zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abgezweigte Teilstrom am Ende der jeweils vorhergehenden Spülstufe aufgeteilt und sowohl ober- als auch unterhalb des Bandes zugeführt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Betrieb einer Gegenstromkaskadenspüle, die zur naßchemischen Oberflächenbehandlung dem Prozeßteil oder einem Nachbehandlungsteil eine Anlage zum Behandeln metallischer Bänder nachgeschaltet ist und bei der jede Spülstufe neben einem Anschluß an die zentrale Frischwasservolumen-Zuführung ein Spülwasser-Kreislaufsystem aufweist, insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das einer jeden Spülstufe (n, n+1, n+2, n+3) zugeordnete Spülwasser-Kreislaufsystem (I bis IV) separate Bypass-Leitungen (10) integriert sind, die jeweils am Ende der jeweiligen vorhergehenden Spülstufe (n, n+1, n+2) in diese münden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mündungsende der Bypass-Leitungen (10) mit ober- und unterhalb des Bandes (4) angeordneten Düsenrohren (11a, 11b) ausgebildet ist.
