Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden mehrerer mit Abstand nebeneinander liegender Bauteile in Längsrichtung (10) miteinander, deren Hauptebenen quer zur Längsrichtung (10) liegen, zu einem Paket (13),
wobeia) die einzelnen Bauteile (1a,1b,1c) im Abstand (20) zueinander positioniert werden,b) in wenigstens eine fluchtende Ausnehmung (6) wenigstens ein Stab (3) eingebracht wird,c) im Bereich der Berührungen der Bauteile mit dem Stab (3) das Paket verbunden wird,d) wobei der Außendurchmesser (4) des Stabes (3) nur geringfügig kleiner ist als die Ausnehmung (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daße) die Ausnehmung ein Durchlaß (6) in den Bauteilen (1a, 1b, 1c) ist, wobei der Durchlaß (6) vom Rand (7) des Bauteiles (1a, 1b, 1c) durch einen randseitig verbleibenden Bereich (8) des Bauteiles (1a, 1b, 1c) beabstandet ist,f) der Stab (3) in Längsrichtung (10) in die Durchlässe (6) eingeschoben wird, undg) die Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c) mit dem Stab (3) verklebt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
den Stab (3) aus Metall, besteht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c), mehrere Durchlässe (2a, 2b, 2c) aufweisen, und die Durchlässe (2a, 2b, 2c) nicht in einer Ebene liegen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Abstand (20) zwischen den einzelnen Bauteilen zwischen 0,1 und 5 mm beträgt und der Kleber (9) dünnflüssig aufgetragen wird, und in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung (10) und quer zur Querrichtung (11) auf das Paket aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber sowohl im Bereich des Abstandes (20) zwischen den Bauteilen auf die Außenfläche (21) des Stabes über dessen gesamte Länge des Abstandes (20) aufgetragen wird als auch auf die beiden angrenzenden Bereiche der Außenflächen (21) der beiden benachbarten Bauteile. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber in einer solchen Menge aufgebracht wird und eine so hohe Oberflächenspannung aufweist, daß der Abstand (20) zwischen den einzelnen Bauteilen um den gesamten Umfang Ihres Stabes (3) herum bis zu den Rändern (7) der Bauteile mit Kleber (9) angefüllt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Kleber (3) ein schnell aushärtender Kleber verwendet wird und das Paket (13) nach dem Aufbringen des Klebers (9) mit Geschwindigkeit um eine Rotationsachse (25) bis zum Aushärten des Klebers (9) gedreht wird, die quer zur Aufbringrichtung des Klebers (9) verläuft. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als der Kleber (9) ein Zwei-Komponenten-Kleber verwendet wird. Härter auf Basis von Polyminoamid ist und der - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber (9) bei Raumtemperatur oberhalb der Klebestellen aufgebracht und anschließend auf mindestens 100°C erwärmt wird und durch die Erwärmung zunächst sehr dünnflüssig wird und an die Klebestelle absinkt, gleichzeitig aber auch dabei erstarrt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber (9) warm ausgehärtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber (9) ein Lack ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c) vor dem Verkleben zueinander positioniert werden durch Aufnahme in einer Haltevorrichtung (16). - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Haltevorrichtung (16) in Querrichtung (11) verlaufende Nuten (17) aufweist sowie einen in Längsrichtung (10) und quer zur Querrichtung (11) verlaufenden Anschlag (16) für das freie Ende des Funktionsbereiches (19) der Bauteile. - Paket (13) aus mehreren in Abstand (20) nebeneinander liegenden, fest miteinander verbundenen Bauteilen (1a, 1b, 1c), deren Hauptebenen quer zur Längsrichtung (10) angeordnet sind, die nebeneinander liegenden Bauteite (1a, 1b, 1c) auf wesigstens einem Stab (3) fest sitzen, welcher in Längsrichtung (10) verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie nebeneinander liegenden Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c) durch Durchläße (6), die vom Rand (7) der Bauteile durch einen verbleibenden Bereich (8) des Bauteiles (1a,1b,1c) beabstandet sind, von dem wenigstens einen Stab (3) durchsetzt sind, undwobei im Bereich des Abstandes (20) zwischen den Durchlässen (6) der einzelnen Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c) sowohl der Außendurchmesser des Stabes (3) als auch die angrenzenden Bereiche der Außenflächen (21) der beiden benachbarten Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c) mit Kleber (9) benetzt sind, wobeidie Verbindung des Stabes (3) mit den Bauteilen (1a, 1b, 1c) erst durch das Verkleben erfolgt ist. - Paket (13) nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber (9) im Durchlaß (2a, 2b, 2c) der Bauteile (1a, 1b, 1c) zwischen Stab (3) und Bauteil (1a, 1b, 1c) eingedrungen ist. - Paket (13) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Außenkontur des Stabes (3) in Längsrichtung (10) verlaufende Rinnen (15) aufweist, oder die Kontur des Durchlasses (6) der Bauteile radial nach außen weisende Vertiefungen (14) aufweist. - Paket nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Durchlaß (6) eine in Querrichtung (11) sich konisch verjüngende Kontur aufweist, die bei allen Bauteilen des Paketes (13) die gleiche Orientierung aufweist und der Stab (3) einen Außendurchmesser (4) besitzt, der in das breitere Ende des Durchlasses (6) paßt. - Verwendung mehrerer in Längsrichtung aneinander anschließender Pakete (13) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17 als Bett in einer Strickmaschine.
