Claims (15)
- Betonlose Schwelle für eine feste Fahrbahn, bei der die durch die Schienen zu einem Gleisrost vormontierten Schwellen nach dem Ausrichten des Gleisrostes über einer Tragplatte zumindest teilweise in eine Fahrbahnplatte einbetoniert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine ohne Betonumhüllung ausgebildete durchgehende Schwellenarmierung (2) mit aufgeschweißten Schienenbefestigungsplatten (5) versehen ist.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Schwellenarmierungen (2) und den Schienenbefestigungsplatten (5) Abstandhalter (3), vorzugsweise in Form stehender Stahlstege (4) oder Stahlkästen (21), zwischengeordnet sind.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienenbefestigungsplatte (5) mit angeschweißten, gegebenenfalls die Abstandhalter (3) durchsetzenden Betonanker, z. B. Kopfbolzen (17) zur Einbindung in die Fahrbahnplatte (14) versehen sind.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwellenarmierung (2) zwei parallel nebeneinander verlaufende Gitterträger (7, 8) mit jeweils drei die Kanten eines dreieckigen Prismas bildenden Längsstangen (9, 10, 11) und zwei diese verbindenden Mäanderschlangen (12, 13) umfasst.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gitterträger (7, 8) unten durch eine angeschweißte Mäanderschlange (18) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die oberen Längsstangen (9) der Gitterträger (7, 8) jeweils zwei beabstandete, quer zur Schwellenachse verlaufende Stahlstege (4) je Schienenbefestigungsplatte (5) aufgeschweißt sind.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Gitterträger (7, 8) durch im Wesentlichen U-förmige Bügel (19) miteinander verbunden sind, auf deren obenliegende Basisschenkel (20) die Abstandhalter (3) aufgeschweißt sind.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der Schienenbefestigungsplatte (5) ein über die Vergussoberkante (15) der Fahrbahnplatte (14) überstehender Stahlkasten (21) angeordnet ist.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwellenarmierung (2) wenigstens einen, vorzugsweise zwei parallel nebeneinander liegende, Profilträger (22, 22') umfasst.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilträger (22, 22') ein Z-, U-, T-, T, L- oder ein Hohlprofil aufweisen.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest teilweise vertikal verlaufenden Schenkel der Profilträger (22, 22') mit Löchern (28) zum Einlegen von Längsarmierungen (29) der Fahrbahnplatte versehen sind.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilträger mit, vorzugsweise als T-Trägerabschnitte oder Rechteckrohren ausgebildeten, Aufstellfüßen (24) zum Aufstellen eines Gleisrostes auf der Tragschicht (27) vor dem Ausrichten und Einbetonieren versehen sind.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Unterseite der Profilträger Betonanker, z. B. Kopfbolzen, angeschweißt sind.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich an einen durchgehenden Profilträger (22) im Bereich der Schienen kurze Profilträger (25) zur Bildung einer verbreiterten Aufliegefläche für die Schienenfußplatten (5) tragende herkömmliche Lager (26) befestigt, vorzugsweise angeschweißt, sind.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Teile die nicht korrosionsgeschützt in Beton eingebettet sind, ganz oder teilweise aus Edelstahl, wetterfestem Stahl, Stahl mit verzinkter oder sonstiger korrosionsverhindernder Oberflächenbeschichtung bestehen.
