Definitions
- the invention relates to a seat, in particular a seat with a preferably stable foot, at least one backrest and with a seat.
- the invention proposes a seat with the features of Patent claim 1 before.
- Such an upright posture can be with a suitable seat choice ensure that the seat in its inclination angle is relocated.
- this shift can occur both in Sitting direction as well as sideways. It is also possible in particular that the seat can be easily rotated with respect to the horizontal. Likewise, it may be provided to shift the seat in its height.
- the seat can one, preferably sturdy, foot, at least one backrest and a seat which surround one Pivot is displaceable in its inclination angle.
- Arrangement is independent of the other features of the seat, possible, on the one hand a body relieving movement during the Sitting and on the other hand an ergonomic posture to ensure a workplace or work surface.
- the fixed foot ensures that a central position, for example, before a screen and a keyboard can not be left and nevertheless a slight body movement - whether executed or forcibly moved - is performed.
- the fulcrum preferably in his Distance to the seat and / or in his distance to the foot, too relocate.
- the inclination angle change and on the other hand, the seat height can be influenced.
- the movement can also be designed such that a pivot point can not be defined and only the inclination of the seat can be changed accordingly.
- the seat can be resiliently mounted. This can for example, by a spring element between a seat surface mount and the foot is effective, done. It is also possible to have one provide appropriate, resilient guide for the seat. By a Such suspension jerky movements are avoided, the on the one hand interfere with a smooth movement and to Cramping and on the other hand would result in the seated, subconscious leveling movement suddenly and unwillingly becomes aware and so on a distraction from a concentrated activity.
- the seat is not necessarily a physical existing pivot point must be relocatable. Rather, one can also suitable guidance of the seat be provided, this by a shifted virtual pivot.
- a guide can, for example be provided directly under the seat itself, so that the entire Foot beneath the seat in a known manner as a normal seat foot, optionally also with rollers or the like may be formed.
- the latter arrangement can also be used as a footrest or be configured as a standing surface instead of a seat that directly on the Ground is forcibly moved continuously and cyclically.
- the seat according to the invention is suitable especially for office chairs. In such an application allows a stable foot in a particularly suitable way that a person in Correct posture with respect to a work surface or on a Computer remains in prescribed position.
- the Invention are also realized in motor vehicles or car seats. Here it can be particularly at long rides fatigue successfully prevent. By switching off the movement in emergency situations In this case a risk potential can be reduced.
- a Seat according to the invention in railway operator stands or in aircraft Find use and show the same advantages. It is beyond that possible to use a seat according to the invention as a lying aid when he designed flat or integrated into a lounger. In a Such an application, a seat according to the invention a pressure ulcer counteract.
- An inventive seat can also be in the form of a Armchairs be provided.
- the seat or the footrest or the standing surface can, as already described above, back and forth, up and down and also be moved laterally. In particular, however, are also tumbling Gyro movements (such as in a hula or belly dance) or staggering high-low gyroscopic movements (like a roller coaster) possible.
- the seat but also a U-shaped, page-alternating high-low movement, as in a horse in the crotch, or a rocking movement, as in a dromedary in the Padedgang, To run. Also a movement similar to a dolphin jump is possible, where the seat is over an arch forward and then straight is moved back. It is understood that other movements are conceivable, in particular, according to the well-being of the user or but also from a medical point of view can be selected.
- the seat is inclined or formed such that a Person in normal sitting position an angle of over 90 ° between Upper body and thigh has. This applies preferably for all operating inclinations of the seat and ensures a simple upright sitting.
- the seat surface opposite the ground also be slightly inclined forward.
- these legrests can at least one lower leg support, i.e. a lower leg supporting device have.
- a lower leg support has a laterally supporting support surface on.
- Such a laterally supporting support surface promotes an ergonomically advantageous posture and allows alike that a sturdy seat on the moving seat is possible.
- With the lower leg support can be a corresponding footrest be connected.
- these legrests can be arranged so that they allow a kind of ladies seat or a kind of manor. Also one Crossed leg posture or a slight cross-legged fit are conceivable.
- leg supports also independent of the other features of the seat advantageously a stable seat and thus an ergonomically advantageous sitting position, can serve.
- the seat comprises at least one backrest, the support surface regardless of the seat at least along a concave Movement path is displaced.
- the term of the concave trajectory of a trajectory, which is around at the Backrest supporting body is designed to run around.
- Such a movable independently of the seat backrest whose Degree of freedom preferably substantially perpendicular to a vertical Level is directed, on the one hand allows a resting seat that the Back of a sitter pleasant within a certain Travel can be moved. With a moving seat, On the other hand, the back and thus the upper body can easily little follow the movement of the seat, without causing tension in the lower vortex area comes.
- Such, displaceable along a concave trajectory Backrest is also independent of the other features of the seat advantageous.
- this inventive Basic idea as a back bed or for a headrest or for a Use pillows.
- the guideway or management organs corresponding horizontal, for example on a bed or in a Lounger, supported or arranged.
- the head or the upper body are pleasantly displaced or rotated can without having to be raised.
- such Construction as a pillow in a bed or on a couch Use find, in which case the concave trajectory is aligned around the head.
- the headrest or the pillow can also include a shoulder or back support.
- the backrest may also be subject to forced movement or be formed drivable.
- the backrest can be stepless, especially in the inclination to be adjustable. This is true in particular in connection with the use of such Backrest in beds or beds.
- the seat may have armrests that are springy and independent of the Seat or backrest displaceable at least in the horizontal direction are arranged.
- the suspension can be both horizontal and be provided vertically. Due to the horizontal displacement is a supported by a large radius.

- Such armrests are also independent of the rest Features of the seat advantageous.
- the seat can be provided with heating and / or ventilation be.
- heating and / or ventilation be are also applicable to a backrest or the other assemblies of a seat assembly, such as headrest, armrests, Footrests or similar.
- a sensor for controlling the proper movement of a Seated can, for example, a force transducer or be a force gauge. It is also possible, only to check the energy absorption of the seat drive. Through a Such sensor for controlling the proper movement of a seated person can be checked whether the sitter is "positive" or whether he is only lethargic the movement of the seat follows. It is desirable that the sitter is positive and, of its own accord, but unconsciously sits in the given motion of the seat follows. It is assumed that in a sluggish sitting the from the seat forces to perform the movement, are correspondingly larger. Accordingly, the Energy absorption of the drive increase.
- the seat can also provide means for changing the frequency and / or amplitude of the movement, so that the movement of the Seat can be adapted to the type of sitting.
- a positive Sitting for example, the frequency and / or amplitude of the movement be reduced to a minimum.
- the sitter begins "sluggish” to sit, so the amplitude and / or the corresponding Frequency changed to this way to a positive sitting to stimulate.
- a signal like a Horn signal, or music sound. It is by such an arrangement especially in aircraft or car seats or in driver's cabs of lanes possible to reduce the risk of falling asleep in the Falling asleep to slow a transition from positive to sitting Sitting happens.
- a seat is suitable for therapeutic purposes.
- the staggered Arrangement for example, in the known in flight simulators Art respectively.
- Actuators or pneumatic actuators come in particular or hydraulic drives in question.
- the seat especially the remobilization of persons after operations of the lower one Extremities, strengthening the back and pelvic muscles and a variable, flexible and thus not one-sided loading of the intervertebral discs and the digestive support in completely and partially paralyzed or to serve the therapy of autistic or hyperactive persons.
- a seat 1 to a between a stable Stuhifuß 2 and the seat 1 provided Fulcrum 3 displaceable in its inclination angle.
- Fulcrum 3 displaceable in its inclination angle.
- a support rod 4, on which the seat 1 is rigid is fixed by means of a support plate 5 is supported on the foot 2.
- the support plate 5 is movably supported on the foot 2, so that the seat in a suitable manner, both in the seat direction as also laterally, is displaceable.
- the support plate 5 is by means of two elastic rings 6 'and 6 "on the Supported foot 2, wherein the support disk 5 on the lower elastic Ring 6 'is supported and from above via the second elastic ring 6 " is held. As is immediately apparent, this is already sufficient Arrangement to a displaceable in accordance with the invention seat 1, which has an upright rest position.
- the support rod 4 further has a height adjustment 7 and a Tilt adjustment 8 on, so that the seat to individual needs can be adapted.
- the support rod 4 could also be rigid with the Foot 2 be connected, if a corresponding movement mechanics is provided immediately below the seat 1, which is a shift to the then virtual pivot 3 allows.
- a counter-plate. 9 intended.
- This counter-plate 9 is used by its inertial mass as Damping element, so that the movement of the seat 1 is not too can be done easily.
- Spring elements 10 are provided, on the one hand a vibration limitation in support of the elastic rings 6 'and 6 "serve and on the other hand prevent the seat 1 from rotating about the support bar 4.

- Both chairs are characterized by a forcibly continuous and cyclically moving seat, wherein means are provided, the one Shift the pivot point according to the movement of the seat surface.
- seats or devices known from the prior art have a fixed pivot point, which optionally over again lockable Actuators can be displaced in height, during the rotary motion but remains in one place.
- both chairs have means that at least one point the seat 1 "or 1" 'forcibly continuously and cyclically in move at least two directions of movement periodically, the Period in one direction of movement greater than the period in the other Movement direction is.
- the one period is exactly twice as big as the other period. This can be a swing or Wippmos be achieved, as they last in the in Figures 6 to 9 described embodiments is realized.
- FIG. 6 and 7 Embodiment on the foot 2 '"two rocker arms 30, which the Seat 1 "is supported by a ball joint, seat 1" is
- a support 31 also via a ball joint supported.
- the support 31 has a gas spring for height adjustment and to increase the seating comfort and is in a spherical shell 32, preferably made of nylon or a similar sliding material, stored.
- the rocker arms are guided by a guided by rollers 34 Bowden cable 35, which is continuously cyclically forced by a motor 36 is driven, and about return springs 37.
- the cyclical Lifting the knee lever the seat 1 "on the one hand with a certain frequency shifted from right to left, the exact Position of the seat 1 "by the geometry of rocker arms 30 and support 31 is determined. With double frequency, however, the seat 1 ", as immediately apparent, in addition to forward and backward or also shifted in height. This creates a rocking motion similar to that of a saddle on a horse, which is an extremely soothing, yes even therapeutic, has effect.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 The embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9 is for realization however, two rigidly interconnected, eccentric and one Angle mounted ball bearing washers 41, which below the Seat 1 "'are arranged and support these 41 are driven in rotation by a drive 42 and on a shaft 43 stored.
- the seat 1 "' is not in one secured guide against unintentional tilting.
- the seat surface 1 By rotating the ball bearing blocks 41, the seat surface 1 "'becomes one rocking movement that stimulates the movement of a saddle on a passgear corresponds. In this case, the seat 1 'moves at' a half turn of the ball bearing washers 41 from one side to others, as shown in Figure 9. At the same time the seat 1 "'staggers during this movement due to the eccentricity of the ball bearing washers 41 by a twisted position, in particular from FIG. 8 seen. This tumbling motion is twice the frequency as the Page movement up.
- Actuators find use.
- the means that the Relocate pivot point according to the seat surface movement, or the Means, the at least one point of the seat 1 "or 1" 'forcibly continuously and cyclically in at least two directions of movement move periodically, even control devices, such as electric or electronic controls, and corresponding controlled actuators or other positioning options for the seat and its inclination angle include.

- the spring arms 59 are in common with the backrest 13 between a writing position (see Figures 13 and 14) and a rest position (see Figures 15 and 16) displaced.
- the backrest 13 In the writing position, the backrest 13 is inclined forward and supports the back only slightly, whereby by the U-shaped movement the buttocks a seated person is moved slightly forward, if one Side movement is present, so that just a burden on the back avoided by a relative movement between the back and the backrest 13 is, even if the backrest 13 would be rigidly arranged, like this for example, in a motor vehicle the case. Through the concave Trajectory of the back, this plays in this chair but no Role.
- the spring arms 59 are in the writing position to the outside arched and embrace the arms and the armrests 60 from the outside. By the suspension, the person can the arms nevertheless to different Moving positions without leaving the armrests, so that the supporting function is nevertheless preserved.
- the spring arms 59 In the rest position, the spring arms 59 about a pivot point to the twisted upper support arms 56 and lie on these. This will shortened the spring travel, so that the armrests 60 are mounted rigidly. They can be used in this way as supports for getting up.
- the armrests 61 are in a use position and a person can sit back comfortably and relaxed. It understands itself that such a separate embodiment of the armrests 60th regardless of the seat 1 "and the backrest 13 may be advantageous can. This is especially true for those above the shoulders of one seated person provided pivot points as well as within limits movable arrangement of the armrests 60 in a writing position.
- a headrest may be provided on the chair. This is preferably not directly connected to the backrest but suitably fastened separately to the chair.
- lateral supports that attack under the armpits, or a stomach or Lumbar support and / or a chin or neck support be provided.
- the abdominal support or the lumbar support can be similar to the back support be formed displaced with a concave trajectory.
