Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum bequemen Haltern eines Buches, einer Zeitschrift u. dgl. ("Lesestoff"), von Schreibmaterial oder einem Laptop u. a. m. in bequemer Position, z. B. im Bett, in einem Sessel oder einer Gartenliege. Eine solche Vorrichtung soll im Folgenden kurz als "Buchhalter" bezeichnet werden.
Aus dem Dokument US-A-1,652,774 ist ein Schreibtisch bekannt, der zum Aufstellen auf dem Fußboden zwei Seitenteile enthält, die jeweils aus einem unteren Fußteil in Form eines kopfstehenden "T" und einem oberen etwa T-förmigen oberen Teil bestehen. Die Fußteile sind durch eine plattenförmige Fußrast verbunden. An den quer verlaufenden Endteilen der oberen Teile ist vorne eine Auflageplatte schwenkbar gelagert, die durch Rasten an Lagerschellen auf einen Winkel von 60 Grad bezüglich der Horizontalen einstellbar ist. Dieser Schreibtisch ist kompliziert und nicht für den oben genannten Zweck geeignet.
Beim Tischhalter nach US-A-4108083 dient ein Stift nicht als Anschlag für die Auflageplatte, sondern als Drehachse.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Buchalter zu schaffen, der einfach, Energie sparend sowie aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, insbesondere Holzwerkstoffen hergestellt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung gelöst durch eine Vorrichtung zum Haltern eines Buches und dergleichen mit
  • a) zwei plattenförmigen Seitenteilen zum Aufstellen der Vorrichtung auf einer Unterlage,
  • b) einer die Seitenteile verbindenden und ein gegenseitiges Verdrehen der Seitenteile in Bezug aufeinander verhindernden Querstrebe,
  • c) einer bezüglich der Seitenteile schwenkbaren Auflageplatte,
  • d) einer Vorrichtung zum schwenkbaren Lagern der Auflageplatte an den Seitenteilen,
  • e) einer Vorrichtung zur Einstellung verschiedener Winkelstellungen der Auflageplatte bezüglich der Seitenteile, die eine Reihe von Löchern in einem der Seitenteile und einen Stift, der als Anschlag für die Auflageplatte dient und zur Einstellung der gewünschten Winkelstellung der Auflageplatte wahlweise in eines der Löcher einsteckbar ist, enthält.
    • Die Seitenteile, die Querstrebe und die Auflageplatte bestehen zweckmäßigerweise aus Holzmaterial, wie Naturholz, ggf. Sperrholz, Hartfaserplatten etc. Zusätzlich ist ferner eine Vorrichtung zum Niederhalten der Seiten eines auf der Auflageplatte liegenden Buches vorgesehen.
    Der vorliegende Buchhalter zeichnet sich durch eine unkomplizierte Konstruktion aus. Er ist leicht und läßt sich bequem handhaben. Er ist einfach, energiesparend und preiswert herzustellen und kann Umwelt schonend entsorgt werden, da er im wesentlichen aus Holzwerkstoff besteht. Er erleichtert vor allem älteren Menschen, Kranken und Kindern das Lesen. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist als Bausatz ausgebildet, der mittels eines Schraubendrehers einfach zusammengesetzt werden kann.
    Im folgenden werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

    Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Buchhalter hat zwei parallele plattenförmige, ebene Seitenteile aus Holzmaterial, insbesondere Naturholz, Sperrholz, Pressspan- oder Hartfaserplatte oder Lamellenholz. Sie haben im wesentlichen die Form von schmalen, hohen Trapezen und sind durch einen einzigen runden Querstab 16 aus Holz verbunden, der in entsprechende Löcher in den Seitenteilen 12, 14 eingeleimt ist. An dem eine Querstrebe bildenden Querstab 16 ist zwischen den Seitenteilen 12, 14 eine Auflageplatte 20 aus Holzwerkstoff, vorzugsweise Sperrholz, durch Schlaufen oder Schellen 18 (Fig. 4) schwenkbar gelagert. Die Auflageplatte 20 hat am unteren Rand eine hochstehende Leiste 20a, die ein Abgleiten eines auf die Auflageplatte gelegten Buches o. dgl. verhindert. Als Anschlagvorrichtung für verschiedene Winkelstellungen der Auflageplatte 20 dient ein Steckstift 22 (Fig. 1 und 3), der in geeignet angeordnete Löcher 24 in einem der Seitenteile 12, 14, hier dem Seitenteil 14, einsteckbar ist. Der Steckstift 22 besteht hier aus einem Nagel 22a und einem von ihm durchsetzten runden Holzstückchen 22b als Griff, wie Fig. 3 zeigt.
    Fig. 5 zeigt eine Alternative zu den aus Metall bestehenden Schellen 18 der Fig. 4. Die Lagerung der Auflageplatte 20 am Querstab 16 erfolgt hier durch ausgekehlte Holzklötze 30, die durch Schrauben 32, 34 an der Auflageplatte 20 befestigt sind. Die eine Schraube trägt eine normale Sechskantmutter, die andere eine Flügelmutter 36, mit der der Anpreßdruck des Holzklotzes 30 (oder in entsprechender Weise der Schelle 18 in Fig. 4) verändert werden kann.
    Zum Niederhalten der Seiten eines auf der Auflageplatte 20 liegenden Buches dient eine Klammer 38, deren einer Vorderbacken mit einem Querstab 40 versehen ist.
    Das derzeit bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 6 und 7 entspricht im Prinzip dem oben beschriebenen Buchhalter gemäß Fig. 1. Entsprechende Teile sind mit um 100 vergrößerten Bezugszahlen bezeichnet.
    Wie Fig. 6 zeigt, sind die plattenförmigen Seitenteile 112, 114 durch eine brettartige Querstrebe115 mittels zweier Paare von Schrauben 117, 119 verbunden. Die Seitenteile 112, 114 haben hier im unteren Teil parallele Ränder, sie konvergieren nach oben trapez- oder dreieckartig.
    An der Rückseite der Auflageplatte 120 ist ein Stab 116 mit quadratischem Querschnitt durch zwei Senkkopf-Schrauben 121, 123 fest angebracht. Der Stab 116 und damit die Auflageplatte 120 ist durch zwei Senkkopf-Schrauben, von denen nur die Schraube 125 dargestellt ist, drehbar an den Seitenteilen gelagert. Die Schrauben 125 ... wirken als Wellenstummel und drehen sich in entsprechenden Löchern in den Seitenteilen.
    Die Auflageplatte kann auch als Tisch verwendet werden, indem sie in die horizontale Lage geschwenkt wird (Fig. 7). Sie liegt dann an einem aus einer Schraube bestehenden Anschlag 127 (Fig. 6) an. In dieser Stellung wird die Auflageplatte 120 durch den Steckstift 122 gesichert, der in ein entsprechendes oberes Loch 124a (Fig. 6) der Lochreihe 124 gesteckt wird. Der Steckstift 122 kann durch eine am benachbarten Seitenteil angebrachte Schnur oder Kette (nicht dargestellt) gegen Verlust gesichert sein.
    Die Auflageplatte 120 ist mit einem Griffloch 129 versehen, so dass der Buchhalter bequem erfasst und transportiert werden kann. Zum Niederhalten der Seiten eines auf der Auflageplatte 120 liegenden Buches (nicht dargestellt), dient bei Fig. 6 und 7 ein ringförmges Gummiband 138, das entsprechend der Größe des Buches verschiebbar ist.
    Wie Fig. 7 zeigt, kann außen an der Seitenplatte 114 eine Tasche 131 für ein Schreibgerät angebracht sein.
    Der Buchhalter gemäß Fig. 6 und 7 kann zerlegt als Bausatz geliefert werden. Zum Zusammensetzen ist lediglich ein Schraubendreher erforderlich.
    Griffloch, Gummiband, Schreibgerätetasche und Mittel zum Arretieren der Auflageplatte in der horizontalen Stellung können auch bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 1 Anwendung finden.

    Claims (7)

    1. Vorrichtung zum Haltern eines Buches und dergleichen mit
      a) zwei plattenförmigen Seitenteilen (12, 14, 112, 114) aus Holzwerkstoff zum Aufstellen der Vorrichtung auf einer Unterlage,
      b) einer die Seitenteile verbindenden und ein gegenseitiges Verdrehen der Seitenteile in Bezug aufeinander verhindernden Querstrebe (16, 116),
      c) einer bezüglich der Seitenteile schwenkbaren Auflageplatte (20, 120) aus Holzwerkstoff,
      d) einer Vorrichtung [16, 18; 116, 125] zum schwenkbaren Lagern der Auflageplatte an den Seitenteilen,
      e) einer Vorrichtung (22, 24, 122, 124) zur Einstellung verschiedener Winkelstellungen der Auflageplatte bezüglich der Seitenteile, die eine Reihe von Löchern (24, 124) in einem der Seitenteile (14) und einen Stift (22, 122), der als Anschlag für die Auflageplatte (20, 120) dient und zur Einstellung der gewünschten Winkelstellung der Auflageplatte wahlweise in eines der Löcher einsteckbar ist, enthält.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstrebe (16) ein Stab ist, an dem die Auflageplatte (20) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
    3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstrebe (115) ein plattenförmiges Bauteil ist.
    4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zur schwenkbaren Lagerung der Auflageplatte (120) zwei als Wellenstummel wirkende Schrauben (125) enthält.
    5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen an der Auflageplatte befestigten Stab (116), in dem die Schrauben (125) sitzen.
    6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (12, 14; 112, 114) zumindest in ihrem oberen Teil die Form von Trapezen haben.
    7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Mittel zum Niederhalten von Seiten des Lesestoffes, das ein Gummiband enthält
