- Es ergibt sich ein grosser Arbeitsbereich zur Ueberbrückung von grossen Toleranzen und Winkelabweichungen.
- Eine Ausführung mit noch grösserem Arbeitsbereich ist durch Verlängerung des Hebelarmes am Kontaktbügel möglich.
- Durch die verschachtelte Anordnung der Kontaktbügel lässt sich ein kleines Rastermass und damit eine hohe Strombelastbarkeit erreichen.
- Die Einbaubreite ist gering, weil sich die Drehgelenke der auf Torsion beanspruchten Federarme in der Mitte des Kontaktelementes befinden.
- Es ist ein minimaler Einbauraum (Einstichtiefe) nötig.
- Durch Trennung von Feder- und Kontaktfunktion ergeben sich gute Federeigenschaften.
- Die Gleiteigenschaften sind gleichbleibend gering.
- Ueber die Kontaktbügel ergibt sich trotz eines relativ langen Stromweges eine gute Kontaktierung.
- Es ergibt sich eine definierte 3-Punkt-Kontaktierung (2 Kontaktpunkte unten, 1 Kontaktpunkt oben).
- Das Kontaktelement ist sowohl als Stecker- oder Buchsenlamelle (in verschiedenen Durchmessern) als auch als Flacheinbau anwendbar.

Claims (13)
- Kontaktelement (10, 20) zum elektrischen Verbinden zweier Kontaktstücke (13, 15, 16, 17), die sich mit Kontaktflächen (18) gegenüberliegen, welches Kontaktelement (10, 20) sich entlang einer Längsachse (19) erstreckt und eine Mehrzahl von separaten, gleichartigen, im wesentlichen parallel zueinander und quer zur Längsachse (19) angeordneten, federnden Einzelelementen (12, 22) umfasst, welche an einem sich in Richtung der Längsachse (19) erstreckenden, durchgehenden Trägerband (11, 21) befestigt sind und jeweils den elektrischen Kontakt zwischen den Kontaktflächen (18) bewirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einzelelemente als ineinander verschachtelte Kontaktbügel (12, 22) ausgebildet sind.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (12, 22) im wesentlichen V-förmig mit zwei freien Enden und einer dazwischenliegenden zentralen Biegung (121, 221) ausgebildet sind, und dass die Kontaktbügel (12, 22) mit ihren freien Enden derart an dem Trägerband (11, 21) befestigt sind, dass ihre zentrale Biegung (121, 221) sich jeweils in einer vorgegebenen Höhe oberhalb des Trägerbandes (11, 21) befindet.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom V-förmigen Kontaktbügel (12, 22) aufgespannte Fläche schräg zur Ebene des Trägerbandes (11, 21) orientiert ist, und dass das Trägerband (11, 21) so ausgebildet ist, dass die an ihr befestigten Kontaktbügel (12, 22) mit ihrer zentralen Biegung (121, 221) federnd in Richtung auf das Trägerband (11, 21) bewegt werden können.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerband (11, 21) in einzelne, in Richtung der Längsachse (19) hintereinander angeordnete Bandabschnitte (111, 211) unterteilt ist, wobei jedem Bandabschnitt (111, 211) jeweils ein Kontaktbügel (12, 22) zugeordnet ist, und dass jeder Bandabschnitt (111, 211) zwei von einem in der Mittelachse des Trägerbandes (11, 21) verlaufenden Mittelsteg (110, 210) quer zur Längsachse (19) abgehende Federarme (112, 113; 212, 213) umfasst, an deren freien Enden der zugehörige Kontaktbügel (12, 22) mit seinen freien Enden befestigt ist.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerband (11, 21) mit seinem Mittelsteg (110, 210) und den vom Mittelsteg (110, 210) seitlich abgehenden Federarmen (112, 113; 212, 213) als Stanzteil aus einem Metallblech hergestellt ist.
- Kontaktelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (12) jeweils aus einem Drahtabschnitt (120) bestehen, und dass zur Befestigung eines Kontaktbügels (12) am Trägerband (11) der Kontaktbügel (12) mit seinen freien Enden von einer Seite durch Ausnehmungen (116, 117) im Trägerband (11) geführt und durch Umbiegen der durch die Ausnehmungen (116, 117) zur anderen Seite herausragenden Enden mit dem Trägerband (11) verklemmt wird.
- Kontaktelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (22) als aus einem Blech ausgestanzte Stanzteile ausgebildet sind, und dass zur Befestigung eines Kontaktbügels (22) am Trägerband (21) der Kontaktbügel (22) an seinen freien Enden jeweils einen Klemmfuss (222, 223) aufweist, mit welchem er auf dem zugehörigen Federarm (212, 213) festgeklemmt ist.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (22) als im wesentlichen ebene Stanzteile ausgebildet sind, und dass zur Schrägstellung der Kontaktbügel (22) relativ zur Ebene des Trägerbandes (21) die Federarme (212, 213) um ihre Längsachse verdreht ausgebildet sind.
- Kontaktelement nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (22) zur Versteifung im Bereich der zentralen Biegung (221) einen Prägebereich (224) aufweisen.
- Kontaktelement nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (12, 22) aus einem elektrisch gut leitenden Metall oder einer Metalllegierung bestehen.
- Kontaktelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbügel (12, 22) in Richtung der Längsachse (19) mit einem Rastermass (a) von einigen Millimetern, vorzugsweise 2-8 mm, angeordnet sind.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den schräg stehenden Kontaktbügeln (12, 22) die Auslenkung (b) der zentralen Biegung (121, 221) in Richtung der Längsachse (19) relativ zu den Befestigungspunkten der Kontaktbügel (12, 22) am Trägerband (11, 21) einige Millimeter, vorzugsweise etwa 5-10 mm, beträgt.
- Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federarme (112, 113) zur Führung des Kontaktelementes (10) in einem, vorzugsweise schwalbenschwanzförmigen, Einstich (14) eines Kontaktstückes (13) an ihren freien Enden abgekröpfte Führungslaschen (114, 115) aufweisen.
