Claims (7)
- Ständerloser Walzentragrahmen für zweiseitig in Lagereinbaustücken gelagerte Walzenpaare, der in einen, die Antriebsübertragungs- und Anstelleinrichtungen für die Walzen aufnehmenden, einseitig offenen Ständer ein- und ausbringbar ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Walzentragrahmen (WTR) aus einem Kastenelement (KE) mit Ein- und Ausgangs-Durchgängen (DG), Führungen für das Walzgut und an dem Kastenelement (KE) angeordneten Halte- und Führungselementen (KA ; ZB) für die Lagereinbaustück-Paare (LES) jeder der Duo-Walzen (W) besteht. - Walzrahmen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Lagereinbaustücke (LES) der einen, als auch der anderen Walze (W) des Duo-Walzenpaares bei, in den Ständer (ST) eingefahrenem Walzentragrahmen (WTR) jeweils von einer Walzenanstelleinrichtung (AK) beaufschlagbar sind. - Walzentragrahmen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halte- und Führungselemente aus, in Führungsbohrungen (FB) in den Lagereinbaustücken (LES) geführten Zylinderbolzenpaaren (ZB) bestehen, die von, seitlich an den Kastenelementen (KE) angeordneten Kragansätzen gehalten, in den Führungsbohrungen (FB), stirnseitig gegen die Lagereinbaustücke (LES) federabgestützt sind. - Walzentragrahmen nach Anspruch 1 mit einem, diesen aufnehmenden, in den offenen Ständer einfahrbaren Tragwagen,
gekennzeichnet durch,
an beiden Seitenwänden des eingefahrenen Tragwagens (TW) angeordnete Anschläge (AS), die von, in den gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden des offenen Ständers (ST) angeordneten Riegelelementen (RE) klemmbeaufschlagbar sind. - Walzentragrahmen nach Anspruch 1 mit einem, den Walzentragwagen aufnehmenden, in den Ständer einfahrbaren Tragwagen,
gekennzeichnet durch,
an der, in Einfahrrichtung dem Ständer (ST) zugewandten Vorderseite des Tragwagens (TW) angeordnete Medienkuppelelemente. - Walzentragrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walzen (W) jeweils eine Kuppelbohrung mit Polygonquerschnitt für das Einführen eines Kuppelbolzens (BK) der Antriebsspindel (AS) mit entsprechenden Polygonquerschnitt aufweisen. - Walzentragrahmen nach Anspruch 6,
gekennzeichnet durch,
einen, vor dem Polygonquerschnitt des Kuppelbolzens (BK) angeordneten, stumpfkegeligen, in einen entsprechenden Bohrungsfortsatz (FS) der Kuppelbohrung (KB) der Walze (W) einbringbaren Führungsansatz (FA).
