Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Wickeln von Kreuzspulen in wilder Wicklung auf einer Spulmaschine, deren Spulstellen jeweils eine eine Kreuzspule mittels Friktion antreibende Wickeltrommel (13) enthalten und die zur Vermeidung von Bildwicklungen in möglichen Bildzonen Schlupf zwischen Kreuzspule (10) und Wikkeltrommel (13) erzeugen, wobei der Durchmesser der Kreuzspule (10) aus dem bekannten Durchmesser der Wickeltrommel (13) und den gemessenen Drehzahlen der Wickeltrommel (13) und der Kreuzspule berechnet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Ermittlung des aktuellen Durchmessers der Kreuzspule (10) beim Durchfahren einer Bildzone der zu erwartende Verlauf der Zunahme des Durchmessers berechnet und die sich beim Durchfahren der Bildzone ergebenden Durchmesserzunahmen zu dem vor Erreichen der Bildzone aus dem Drehzahlverhältnis von Kreuzspule (10) und Wickeltrommel (13) und dem Durchmesser der Wickeltrommel (13) berechneten Durchmesser der Kreuzspule addiert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlauf der Zunahme des Durchmessers der Kreuzspule (10) über die Zeit berechnet wird und daß während des Durchfahrens einer Bildzone die Zeit erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlauf der Zunahme des Durchmessers der Kreuzspule (10) aus dem Verhältnis von aufgewickelter Fadenlänge und berechnetem Durchmesser berechnet wird und daß während des Durchfahrens einer Bildzone die aufgewickelte Fadenlänge erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufgewickelte Fadenlänge mittels Erfassen der Umdrehungen der Wickeltrommel (13) erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausgabe des Ist-Durchmessers einer während des Durchfahrens einer Bildzone fertiggestellten Kreuzspule (10) der aus dem zu erwartenden Verlauf der Zunahme ermittelte Durchmesser dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabe des Durchmessers als Ausdruck erfolgt.
