Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Steuern des Drehantriebs eines wenigstens eine Spulspindel tragenden Drehtellers (10) einer Aufspulmaschine für einen kontinuierlich anlaufenden Faden, die weiter mit einer Changiereinrichtung (3) und einer dem Drehteller (10) im Fadenlauf vorgeordneten Kontaktwalze (12) versehen ist, bei dem die Kontaktwalze (12) durch das Steuern des Drehantriebs des Drehtellers (10) in ständigem Umfangskontakt mit der im Verlauf der Spulenreise im Durchmesser Zunehmenden, von der Spulspindel bzw. einer der beiden Spulspindeln (14) getragenen Spulenpackung (16) gehalten wird,
gekennzeichnet durchBerechnen des jeweiligen Durchmessers (DS) der Spulenpackung (16) durch Bilden des Quotienten aus dem Produkt der Drehgeschwindigkeit (nT) der Kontaktwalze (12) und dem Durchmesser (d) der Kontaktwalze (12) zu der Drehgeschwindigkeit (nS) der die Spulenpackung (16) tragenden Spulspindel (14),Ermitteln der Winkelposition (α) der die Spulenpackung (16) tragenden Spulspindel (14) auf deren Drehkreis, bei der der Umfang der Spulenpackung (16) mit der Kontaktwalze (12) in Umfangskontakt ist, aus dem errechneten jeweiligen Durchmesser (DS) der Spulenpackung (16), undSteuern des Drehantriebs des Drehtellers (10) derart, daß die die Spulenpackung tragende Spulspindel (14) auf ihrem Drehkreis die ermittelte Winkelposition (α) einnimmt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehgeschwindigkeit (nT) der Kontaktwalze (12) durch Abfragen eines diese erfassenden Sensors (36) erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehgeschwindigkeit (nS) der Spulspindel (14) durch Abfragen eines diese erfassenden Sensors (29) erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Winkelposition (α) der die Spulenpackung (16) tragenden Spulenspindel (14) auf deren Drehkreis, bei der der Umfang der Spulenpackung (16) mit der Kontaktwalze (12) in Umfangskontakt ist, aus einer Tabelle ausgelesen wird, in der die Winkel/Durchmesser-Beziehung enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehantrieb des Drehtellers (10) schrittweise um feste Winkelbeträge erfolgt, wobei die Durchmesserwerte der Spulenpackung (16), bei denen ein solches Weiterdrehen des Drehtellers (10) erfolgt, in eine Tabelle eingespeichert sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktwalze (12) in einer belasteten Schwinge (18) gehalten wird, wobei die auf die Schwinge (18) wirkende, den Anpreßdruck der Kontaktwalze (12) auf die Spulenpackung (16) bestimmende Last von der Winkelposition (α) der Spulspindel (14) und damit von dem jeweiligen Durchmesser (DS) der auf der Spulspindel (14) aufsitzenden Spulenpackung (16) abhängig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Schwinge (18) wirkende Kraft von deren Winkelposition (β) abhängig ist und die Winkelposition (α) der Spulenspindel (14) dem jeweiligen Durchmesser der Spulenpackung (16) entsprechend derart eingestellt wird, daß die Anpreßkraft der Kontaktwalze (12) auf die Spulenpackung (16) einen vorbestimmten Wert annimmt.
- Aufspulmaschine für kontinuierlich anlaufende Fäden,mit einer Changiervorrichtung (3),mit einem Drehteller (10), auf dem mindestens eine Spulspindel (14) zur Aufnahme einer Spule (16) befestigt ist,mit einem Motor (35) für den Drehteller (10),mit einer Kontaktwalze (12),und mit einem Steuergerät (33), welches den Motor (35) des Drehtellers (10) in der Weise steuert, daß die Kontaktwalze (12) in ständigem Kontakt mit der Spule (16) gehalten wird, deren Durchmesser im Verlauf einer Spulenreise zunimmt,
gekennzeichnet durcheinen Sensor (29) zum Messen der Drehgeschwindigkeit (nS) der Spule (16),einen Rechner (27) zum Berechnen des momentanen Durchmessers (DS) der Spule (16) aus dem von dem Sensor (29) übermittelten Signal und zum Ermitteln der zu dem Durchmesser (DS) gehörenden Winkelstellung (α) des Drehtellers (11) nach einer vorgegebenen Tabelle oder Funktion entsprechend den Abmessungen d = Durchmesser der Kontaktwalze, p = Achsabstand Drehteller/Kontaktwalze, A = Effectiver Durchmesser des Drehtellers der Maschineund dadurch, daß das vom Rechner (27) gebildete, der Winkelstellung (α) entsprechende Signal in das Steuergerät (31) übertragbar ist. - Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Sensor (36) zum Messen der Drehgeschwindigkeit (nT) der Kontaktwalze (12).
- Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktwalze (12) in einer Schwinge (18) gelagert ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (18) durch eine Feder (20) oder einen pneumatisch wirkenden Zylinder belastet ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen taktweise arbeitenden Rechner und durch einen Schrittmotor, der in dem vom Rechner vorgegebenen Takt eingeschaltet und nach einer Anzahl von Schritten, die von dem Rechner ermittelt und in das Steuergerät übertragbar ist, abgeschaltet wird.
- Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen taktweise arbeitenden Rechner und einen Motor, der mit einem Inkrementalgeber ausgestattet ist, welcher pro Umdrehung eine vorgegebene Anzahl von Impulsen aussendet,
und dadurch, daß der Motor in dem vom Rechner vorgegebenen Takt eingeschaltet wird und daß er jeweils ausgeschaltet wird, wenn der Inkrementalgeber eine von dem Rechner ermittelte Anzahl von Impulsen abgegeben hat. - Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen taktweise arbeitenden Rechner und einen Motor, der mit einem Absolutwertgeber für die erreichte Winkelposition (α) ausgestattet ist,
und dadurch, daß der Motor in dem vom Rechner vorgegebenen Takt eingeschaltet wird und daß er jeweils ausgeschaltet wird, wenn die erreichte Winkelposition mit der vom Rechner ermittelten Winkelposition übereinstimmt.
