Claims (6)
- Rostplatte für feste und bewegliche Roste, insbesondere für Wanderroste an Lepolöfen, mit im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordneten, für das Hindurchleiten von heißen Gasen bestimmten Schlitzöffnungen (3, 4), die im wesentlichen gleichmäßig über die Rostplatte (1) verteilt sind, sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung der Rostplatte erstrecken und aus einer Gruppe längerer Schlitzöffnungen (3) und einer Gruppe kürzerer Schlitzöffnungen (4) bestehen, wobei zwischen den beiden Gruppen von Schlitzöffnungen (3, 4) ein an der Rostplatte (1) nach unten vorstehender, sich quer zur Rostplatte erstreckender Montagesteg (8) ausgebildet ist, an den die einander zugewandten Enden der Schlitzöffnungen (3, 4) der beiden Gruppen jeweils angrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Montagesteg (8) ein einzelner Haltewinkel (13) angeordnet ist, der zwei klauenförmige Halterungsabschnitte (14) aufweist und die Rostplatte (1) an einem Rostplattenträger (12) sichert, wobei der Haltewinkel (13) mit einer einzelnen Schraubverbindung (15) an dem Montagesteg (8) befestigbar ist, und wobei der Haltewinkel (13) und/oder der Montagesteg (8) mit Noppen und/oder Zapfen (29) versehen ist, denen im Montagesteg (8) bzw. im Haltewinkel (13) ausgebildete Ausnehmungen (30) zugeordnet sind. - Rostplatte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubverbindung (15) eine Schraube aufweist, die am Montagesteg (8) durch Schweißpunkte fixiert ist. - Rostplatte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubverbindung (15) eine Schraube umfasst, deren Kopf mindestens eine Kantenfläche aufweist, die mit einer im oder am Montagesteg (8) ausgebildeten Anschlagfläche zusammenwirkt, so daß die Schraube beim Anziehen einer Mutter gegen Verdrehen gesichert ist. - Rostplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitzöffnungen, die die Gruppe längerer Schlitzöffnungen (3) bilden, jeweils eine Öffnungslänge L1 und die Schlitzöffnungen, die die Gruppe kürzerer Schlitzöffnungen (4) bilden, jeweils eine Öffnungslänge L2 aufweisen, wobei die Öffnungslängen L1 und L2 jeweils auf die Oberseite der Rostplatte (1) bezogen sind, und wobei die Summe aus L1 und L2 größer als 65 % der Abmessung L3 der Rostplatte (1) in ihrer Bewegungsrichtung ist. - Rostplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder der Schlitzöffnungen (3, 4) scharfkantig ausgebildet sind. - Rostplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Schlitzöffnungen (3) muldenartige Oberflächenbereiche (21) ausgebildet sind.
