Claims (14)
- Feststellvorrichtung (2) für eine mit einem Türschließer (1) versehene Tür, wobei der Türschließer einer Schließerwelle (7) aufweist und am Türflügel (5) oder am Rahmen (6) angeordnet ist,mit einem Gleitarm (2), der an seinem einen Ende drehfest an der Schließerwelle (7) gelagert ist und an seinem anderen Ende mittels eines Gleiters (16) in einer am Rahmen (6) bzw. an der Tür (5) angeordneten Führungsschiene (3) verschiebbar geführt ist, undmit einer elektrisch schaltbaren Halteeinrichtung mit einem beweglichen Anschlag (30, 32), der vorzugsweise unter Wirkung einer Feder (35) in die Bewegungsbahn des Gleiters (16) gedrängt wird, einem beweglichen Lager (31), auf dem der Anschlag (30, 32) und/oder die Feder (35) abgestützt ist bzw. sind, und einem vorzugsweise außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn des Gleiters (16) angeordneten Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23), mit dem das in seiner unmittelbaren Nähe befindliche bewegliche Lager (31) zusammenwirkt,wobei das bewegliche Lager (31) mit einer Platte verbunden ist, die als Ankerplatte des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) ausgebildet oder mit dem Anker des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, und die in gemeinsamer horizontaler Ebene mit dem Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) und der Gleiterbahn angeordnet ist und mit dem Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) zusammenwirkt,
dass die Kraft des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) in Richtung senkrecht zur Türebene wirkt. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenebene und/oder die Wirkfläche des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) parallel zur Türebene liegt. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (31) entweder auf der von der Bewegungsbahn des Gleiters (16) abgewandten Seite des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) oder zwischen der Bewegungsbahn des Gleiters (16) und dem Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) liegt. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Führungseinrichtung die Platte (31) senkrecht zur Türebene führt. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung der Platte (31) im Körper des Magneten (21, 22, 23) liegt. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung aus zwei Hülsen (25, 26) besteht, wobei die eine Hülse (25) am Körper des Magneten (21, 22, 23) befestigt und die andere Hülse (26) mit der Platte (31) verbunden ist. - Feststelleinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Lager mit der Platte (31) starr verbunden ist und dass die Platte (31) am Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) anliegend, insbesondere ohne physikalischen Drehpunkt, gelagert ist. - Feststellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Anschlag (30, 32) in einer Ausnehmung (24) des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) gelagert ist. - Feststelleinrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromagnet (21, 22, 23) mehrere Spulen (22, 23) aufweist und dass die Ausnehmung (24) in einem Zwischenraum zwischen den Spulen (22, 23) angeordnet ist. - Feststelleinrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (30, 32) als Kunststoff-Spritzteil ausgebildet ist, in welchem eine mit dem Lager zusammenwirkende Distanzschraube (33) eingesetzt ist und die Feder (35) eingreift. - Feststelleinrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Führungseinrichtung des Anschlags (30, 32) eine mit der Platte (31) verbundene, in der Ausnehmung (24) des Elektromagneten (21, 22, 23) angeordnete Hülse (26) aus gleitendem Material, z.B. Kunststoff, dient. - Feststelleinrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am Rahmen (6) bzw. an der Tür (5) angeordnete Führungsschiene (3) aus mehreren sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Kammern (11, 12, 13) besteht. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Elektromagnet (21, 22, 23) und Platte (31) in einer Kammer (11), der Gleiter (16) in einer oder zwei anderen Kammern (12, 13) angeordnet sind. - Feststelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (12, 13), in der sich ein Abschnitt des Gleiters (16) befindet, einstückig mit der Schiene (3) oder aufgeklipst als Blende (18) ausgeführt ist.
