Claims (22)
- Verfahren zur Beseitigung einer punktförmigen Lackerhebung (20), insbesondere im Klarlack von Automobilen, durch Abschleifen der Lackerhebung (20) und Polieren der Schleifstelle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Lackerhebung (20) umgebende Lackbereich vor dem Abschleifen durch eine Schutzfolie (10) mit einer lediglich die Lackerhebung (20) und deren unmittelbare Umgebung freilassenden Öffnung (12) abgedeckt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Öffnung (12) für die einzelnen Lackerhebungen (20) in Abhängigkeit von der Foliendicke und dem Folienmaterial jeweils passend ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Öffnung (12) 1,5 - 40 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Öffnung (12) 2,5 - 30 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Öffnung (12) 4,5 - 20 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Foliendicke 0,5 - 0,001 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Foliendicke 0,5 - 0,001 mm beträgt. 7.Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Foliendicke 0,2 - 0,005 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Foliendicke 0,1 - 0,005 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Foliendicke 0,06 - 0,01 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) transparent ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) zur Markierung von Lackerhebungen (20) farbig ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) selbsthaftend oder selbstklebend ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) mit einer kreuzförmigen Zieleinrichtung (14) oder dergleichen versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) eine Griffeinrichtung (16) umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Griffeinrichtung (16) als ein- oder mehrseitige Randverstärkung der Schutzfolie (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) auf einer Trägereinrichtung aufgebracht ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzfolie (10) quadratisch ausgebildet ist, wobei die Außenabmessungen 25 x 25 mm2 bis 100 x 100 mm2 betragen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenabmessung der Schutzfolie (10) 40 x 40 mm2 bis 60 x 60 mm2 betragen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abschleifen mittels eines Schleifmittels erfolgt, das im wesentlichen gleichzeitig die Schutzfolie und die Lackerhebung kontaktiert.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abschleifen mittels eines im wesentlichen biegesteifen Schleifmittels erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nicht oder nur mit Klarlack nachlackiert wird.
