Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln blattförmiger Aufzeichnungsträger von einem auf einer Auflage (5) liegenden Stapel (30) mit einer Vorschubeinrichtung (4), wobeiVorschubeinrichtung (4) und Auflage (5) taktweise relativ zueinander derart bewegbar sind, daß einzelne Aufzeichnungsträger in Richtung eines Vereinzelungsspalts bewegt werden, undder Vereinzelungsspalt durch eine Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) und die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) begrenzt ist,
die Weite des durch die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) und die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) begrenzten Vereinzelungsspalts synchron zu der taktweisen Bewegung veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Veränderung der Weite des Vereinzelungsspalts die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) in Abhängigkeit von der Bewegung der Auflage (5) gesteuert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) unmittelbar durch die Auflage (5) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalteeinrichtung (15a) und die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) jeweils eine Profilierung besitzen, die miteinander kämmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung der Auflage (5) eine Hub- (31) und/oder Schwenkbewegung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkbewegung der Auflage (5) um einen Drehpunkt erfolgt, der auf der dem Stapel (30) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Vereinzelungsspaltes liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) mindestens ein Klemmelement (15) zum Erzeugen einer Normalkraft auf die Aufzeichnungsträger aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (5) als Abstützung der durch das Klemmelement (15) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Aufzeichnungsträgers erzeugten Normalkraft dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) durch elastische Mittel in Richtung auf die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) beaufschlagt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (5) gegenüber der Förderrichtung der Vorschubeinrichtung (4) zum Vereinzelungsspalt hin geneigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) mit mindestens einem Saugbereich zum Beaufschlagen des anliegenden Aufzeichnungsträgers mit einem Unterdruck versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) ein Förderband ist, welches partiell mit wenigstens einem Lochmuster (40) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) ein Förderband mit einer über die gesamte Bandlänge verlaufenden Lochung ist und das Förderband mit einer Saugkammer (11) zusammenwirkt, deren Unterdruck steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugbereich zwei Saugkammern (11) umfaßt, wobei der Unterdruck jeder Saugkammer steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung gesehen eine Saugkammer vor und die andere Saugkammer hinter dem Vereinzelungsspalt vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) eine dem Vereinzelungsspalt vorgelagerte Andruckrolle (17) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) einen Saugbereich (41) zum Beaufschlagen des anliegenden Aufzeichnungsträgers aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Vereinzelungsrichtung nach dem Vereinzelungsspalt ein Sensor (2) zum Detektieren des Abstandes zwischen zwei vereinzelten Aufzeichnungsträgern vorgesehen ist, dessen Ausgangssignal zum Einhalten vorbestimmter Abstände der Steuerung der Vereinzelungsvorrichtung dient.
- Verfahren zum Vereinzeln blattföxmiger Aufzeichnungsträger von einem auf einer Auflage (5) liegenden Stapel (30) mit einer Vorschubeinrichtung, wobei Vorschubeinrichtung (4) und Auflage (5) taktweise relativ zueinander derart bewegt werden, daß einzelne Aufzeichnungsträger in Richtung eines durch eine Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) und die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) begrenzten Vereinzelungsspalts bewegt werden, und wobei in einem ersten Schritta) ein Ablegen des Stapels (30) auf die Auflage (5) erfolgt,b) Aufeinanderzubewegen der Auflage (5) und der Vorschubeinrichtung (4), so daß der direkt von der Vorschubeinrichtung (4) beaufschlagte Aufzeichnungsträger zumindest teilweise durch den durch die Rückhalteeinrichtung (13) und die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) begrenzten Vereinzelungsspalt bewegt wird, dabei Schließen des Vereinzelungsspaltes, so daß der nächstfolgende Aufzeichnungsträger am Vereinzelungsspalt zurückgehalten wird,c) Auseinanderbewegen von Auflage (5) und Vorschubeinrichtung (4) und Beenden, zumindest aber Verringern der Beaufschlagung des Stapels (30) durch die Vorschubeinrichtung (4) und Öffnen des Vereinzelungsspaltes,d) Wiederholen der Schritte b) und c).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufzeichnungsträger zum Zeitpunkt, an welchem die Auseinanderbewegung von Auflage (5) und Vorschubeinrichtung (4) beendet ist, durch eine Rückhaltekraft beaufschlagt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltekraft kontinuierlich auf- bzw. abgebaut wird.
