Claims (7)
- Wolf insbesondere zum Zerkleinern von Gefrier- und Frischfleisch, mit einer Förderschnecke (1), einer Antriebswelle (10) und einem Schneidsatz, der aus einem der Förderschnecke (1) nachgeordneten Vorschneider (2), einer dem Vorschneider (2) nachgeordneten Lochscheibe (4) und einem angetriebenen Messer (3) besteht, welches zwischen Vorschneider (2) und Lochscheibe (4) angeordnet ist, wobei der Schneidsatz mittels einer Verschlussmutter (7) im Schneckengehäuse (9) eingespannt ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem Vorschneider (2) und der Lochscheibe (4) gleich oder etwas größer ist als die axiale Erstreckung des Messers und das Messer axial verschiebbar auf der Antriebswelle angeordnet und federnd gegen die Lochscheibe gepresst ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Vorschneider (2) und die Lochscheibe (4) in einem festen, vorbestimmten Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und der Schnittdruck zwischen dem Messer (3) und der Lochscheibe (4) nicht durch die Verschlussmutter bestimmt ist. - Wolf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschneider (2) einen größeren Innendurchmesser als der Durchmesser der Antriebswelle (10) aufweist, und daß in dem Zwischenraum zwischen Antriebswelle (10) und Vorschneider (2) ein auf das Messer (3) wirkendes Druckelement (8, 15) angeordnet ist.
- Wolf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschneider (2) aus zwei gegeneinander gepreßten Teilen besteht.
- Wolf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lochscheibe (4) mindestens eine weitere Lochscheibe (4) in einem festen Abstand nachgeschaltet ist, zwischen denen ein federbelastetes angetriebenes Messer (3) angeordnet ist.
- Wolf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckelement eine federbelastete Buchse (15) ist.
- Wolf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder eine Teller- oder Schraubenfeder (8) ist.
- Wolf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckelement aus einer Schraubenfeder (8) besteht.
