Claims (8)
- Wolf für zu zerkleinerndes Schneidgut unterschiedlicher Konsistenz, insbesondere Fleischwolf, mit einem Wolfsgehäuse und einer darin angeordneten Fördereinrichtung (4) für den Transport des eingespeisten Schneidgutes über eine Schneideinrichtung (5) zu einer Förderöffnung (19), wobei die Schneideinrichtung (5) im wesentlichen eine Lochscheibe (13) und ein in Förderrichtung (8) vor der Lochscheibe (13) drehbares Schneidmesser (10) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Wolfsgehäuse zwischen der Fördereinrichtung (4) und der Schneideinrichtung (5) ein leicht entfernbares und wiedereinsetzbares, den Förderweg verlängerndes Zwischenstück (21,22) vorgesehen ist, das aus einer Distanzbuchse (22) und einem Schnecken-Segment (21) der Fördereinrichtung besteht, welche gegen einen Distanzring (28) austauschbar sind. - Wolf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (4) und die Schneideinrichtung (5) in dem rohrförmigen Wolfsgehäuse (1) fluchtend in einer gemeinsamen Achse (9) vorgesehen sind, die Schneideinrichtung (5) mittels einer mit dem Wolfsgehäuse (1) an dessen offener Stirnseite (23) gewindeverbundenen, mit der Förderöffnung (19) für das Fertigprodukt versehenen Spannbuchse (27) axial spannbar ist.
- Wolf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Distanzbuchse (22) an einem Anschlagbund (24) des Wolfsgehäuses (1) für die Schneideinrichtung (5) anschlagend in dieses einsteckbar und an dessen Innenmantel (6) radial gelagert und axial gehalten ist.
- Wolf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (4) eine Förderschnecke (3) aufweist, die zusammen mit dem Schneidmesser (10) drehfest auf einer von einem Drehantrieb betriebenen Antriebswelle (2) aufgebracht ist.
- Wolf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderschnecke (3) aus einem zu dem Zwischenstück (21,22) gehörenden und zusammen mit der Distanzbuchse (22) leicht entfernbaren Schnecken-Segment (21) besteht.
- Wolf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Schnecken-Segment (20) mit seiner äußeren Mantelfläche (29) an dem den Schneckengang kreiszylindrisch umhüllenden Innenmantel (6) des Wolfsgehäuses (1) und das zweite Schnecken-Segment (21) mit seiner äußeren Mantelfäche (29') an einem vergleichbaren Innenmantel (6') der Distanzbuchse (22) geführt ist.
- Wolf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (D1) des zweiten Schnecken-Segmentes (21) gleich groß oder kleiner ist als der Durchmesser (D2) des ersten (20).
- Wolf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Spannbuchse (27) und der Lochscheibe (13) mindestens ein koaxialer Distanzring (28) einfügbar ist.
