Claims (10)
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut, insbesondere Fleischwolf, mit einem Einlaß und einem Auslaß für das Schnittgut, mit mindestens einer Lochscheibe (1) mit einem zugehörigen Schneidkopf (2), mit einer Antriebswelle, welche den Schneidkopf (2) antreibt, wobei der Schneidkopf (2) mindestens einen Klingenhalter (3) mit mindestens einer Klinge (4) aufweist, welche mit der Lochscheibe zusammenwirkt, wobei die Klinge (4) an dem Klingenhalter (3) drehbar gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinge (4) relativ zu dem Klingehalter (3) verschiebbar ist und daß die Klinge (4) unmittelbar mit einem elastischen Bauteil (5) zusammenwirkt und von diesem gegen die Lochscheibe (1) gedrückt wird. - Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine ein Fleischwolf ist, dessen Förderschnecke gleichzeitig als Klingenhalter dient.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse, um welche die Klinge (4) drehbar ist, die Klinge (4) durchstößt.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidkopf (2) mindestens einen Klingenhalter (3) mit je einer Klinge (4) aufweist.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klingen (4) durch je ein oder mehrere elastische Bauteile (5) gegen die Lochscheibe (1) gedrückt werden.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klingen (4) durch ein oder mehrere gemeinsame elastische Bauteile (5) gegen die Lochscheibe (1) gedrückt werden.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut mehrere Lochscheiben (1) mit zugehörigen Schneidköpfen (2) enthält.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klingen (4) austauschbar sind.
- Maschine zum Zerkleinern von organischem Schnittgut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsachse von einem Motor angetrieben wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Bauteil eine Feder ist.
