Abstract
Description
Bei den bekannten Siebeinsätzen findet eine regellose Wanderung der Prallkörper im Zwischenraum zwischen dem Sieb und dem Prallboden statt. Die Prallkörper führen nicht nur die genannte Auf- und Abbewegung aus, sondern auch andersartige Teilbewegungen, beispielsweise Wanderbewegungen um die Maschinenachse oder Bewegungen quer hierzu. Die Erfinder haben weiterhin erkannt, daß es für den Reinigungsprozeß günstig ist, diese Wanderbewegungen zu unterdrücken. Optimal ist ein Bewegen der Prallkörper im wesentlichen aufwärts und abwärts, mit relativ geringen Wanderungen in andere Richtungen.

Claims (5)
- Siebeinsatz für eine Rundsiebmaschine, insbesondere für eine Taumelsiebmaschine;1.1 mit einem ebenen Sieb (1.1 bis 9.1) auf das das zu siebende Gut aufgegeben wird;1.2 mit einem im wesentlichen parallel und im Abstand hierzu angeordnetem Prallboden (30), der eine Vielzahl von Prallkörpern (30.1) trägt;1.3 mit einem das Sieb tragenden Siebrahmen (10);1.4 mit einem den Prallboden (30) und den Siebrahmen tragenden Traggerüst (20);1.5 das Sieb ist in eine Reihe von Siebsegmenten (1.1 - 9.1) unterteilt;1.6 der Siebrahmen (10) unterstützt die Siebsegemente (1.1 - 9.1) entlang deren Konturen.
- Siebeinsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenraum zwischen den Siebsegmenten (1.1 - 9.1) und dem Prallboden (30) durch Trennwände in eine Mehrzahl von Kammern unterteilt ist.
- Siebeinsatz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwände aus Segmenten des Siebrahmens (10) und des Traggerüstes (20) gebildet sind.
- Siebeinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebsegmente einen Kranz von äußeren Siebsegmenten (1.1 - 8.1.) umfassen, die gemeinsam einen Ring bilden, sowie aus einem zentralen Ringsegment 9.1, daß von den äußeren Ringsegmenten (1.1 - 8.1) umschlossen ist.
- Rundsiebmaschine, insbesondere Taumelsiebmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch einen Siebeinsatz gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4.
